A Tea Party: Part 1

Erina_Nobara
Eri slowly stepped up to the shop door. She gently pushed against it and peeked inside. Behind her, a brown spirit followed along, swinging his lanturn. "Come on Mocha. It looks like it's begun. How exciting."

"Yay!" He hopped about excitedly, running around an examinging the chairs and tea cups. "What're these?"

"W-wait a minute. Hold on. Be careful with those. Remember the 'glasses' we have in the kitchen?"

Mocha nodded. Eri had taugh him about those before.

"These are just like those. See?" She poured tea in one of the cups and handed it to him.

"Ah I get it!" whee

Chegrin
An orange hand snaked up from under the tablecloth of the snack buffet, creeping up the light cotton fabric to the edge of a silver plate decked out in rice crispie treats. Inching up a little further, delicate, bone marked fingers plucked the square treat from the stack and whipped under the cloth again, leaving but a small ripple.

Crunching noises aside, he was indetectable.

Well, as indetectable as children think they are when there is a sheet between them and someone else.

Braeden peeked his fluffy orange head free from the cloth, blinking as his eyes adjusted to the light. His silver eyeshadow shone brightly, as did his mercury colored eyes, swirling orbs of grey they managed to be. The treat dangled from his mouth as Braeden looked for anyone familiar to him, seeing only Mocha, Hakari and Xenos. The rest of the room was a rainbow of unfamiliarity.

But heck, when that ever stopped him before? Braeden crammed the remaining treat into his mouth and crawled out from under the table, quickly pushing up into a handstand and walking about completely inverted for a moment. He bridged out experately and stood up, errantly flipping his ponytail back behind him.

Besides, he had gifts!

Breaking into a run, the orange spirit dashed to his caretaker, who was just entering. Braeden leapt up and down in excitement.
"Dian Dian Dian Dian Diandiandiandiandiandiandian!!" He squealed,
"Gimme the things I made for everyone."

"You want to hand them out already?" Dian queried, fishing through his pockets. From within emerged no fewer than two dozen necklaces. Each held a colored glass bauble on a thin silver chain. Some were shaped as hearts, others leaves, yet more feathers, some rings and spirals, and each was delicately shaped from molten glass by the orange spirit himself.

Taking them in hand, Braeden began to run around and hold out the necklaces, asking everyone to take one they liked.
"Happy post-valentines day tea party thingie!" He chirped to everyone.

Teasublime
Kama glanced up at the noise. He looked first to Tea, to see if this was a problem, but Tea spared the orange spirit no more than a glance and a wave...so apparently it was okay!

Still holding his tea in one hand, Kama tilted his head and watched Braden zoom about. Kama wasn't scared, but suddenly he felt a bit unstable...as though the orange boy would zip over here and knock over his tea cup and bend his wings!

Kama smiled. It might be a new feeling, but it wasn't a bad feeling. So high energy, almost out of control? There was a certain appeal to it! Laughing, Kama set down his teacup and scooted out of the way.

He'd say hi eventually, but for now, he just wanted to watch!

((I have to go for about 11 hours. Anyone can move Tea and Kama around if they are in the way, or if someone needs a response from them! See you all then. ^_^))

Alex Mustang
A young boy with large rabbit ears noticed a table full of other lanturns. He had never seen so many of them gather in one place. He decided to come alone because Alex spent most of her time with her studies and her work. Gokiloud sniffed the air and could smell the tea and cookie arouma. It was wonderful.

Gokiloud paused for a moment and then pondered if he should ask for some tea and cookies. He just found out about it. The sight of worrying showed on his face. He didn't want to interrpt the others. Gokiloud wonder then if he was even invited.

M
Yawning, Marrigan walked slowly into the shop, rubbing one of her eyes. Her lanturn swung lazily from the crook of her upraised arm, glowing merrily. Casting a bleary look about the room, she attempted a smile, somewhat overwhelmed by the amount of people inside.

Deciding that, despite what she was taught about the importance of socializing with one's peers, sitting down was the first priority, she collapsed into a nearby chair ungracefully.

Erina_Nobara
Spotting someone 'dressed in yella', Mocha couldn't help, but wonder if that was the 'Cinderlla' Braeden had spoke of in his jump-rope rhyme. Spotting his orange friend running about, full of energy, he took off after him. Finally catching up with him, he tugged on the elder lanturn's arm. "Hey, is THAT Cinderella?" he questioned, gesturing toward the yellow spirit Goki.

((couldn't resist after that whole jump rope thing. xD <3))

kaze1981
Kaze pushed open the shop door awkwardly, a plate of cookies in her left hand, her right one pushing at the door handle.

The half-sprite had found the tea party invitation at the post office when she'd gone to check the mail and one excited unicorn boy and two plates of freshly baked cookies later - the latter owing to the fact that Kaze felt she ought to contribute if just a little - and here the pair were.

"Hurry up Mummy!" Arian was almost bouncing with excitement, silvery-grey wings fluttering down from his wings. "Otherwise everyone will be gone." The unicorn boy was particularly worried about this as he didn't want everyone to have gone home before he had a chance to talk to them.

Kaze laughed, having finally managed to fumble the door open. "I don't think we're too late" she told Arian as she stepped through the doorway and into the shop. "I can hear people."

"But you were so slow with baking those cookies and..." Arian paused distracted by the smell of cakes.

M
Seeing the new arrival having difficulty, Marrigan rose from her chair, grabbing the door. She was a little late, but somewhat more lucid than before, the excitement of the party having woken her a little. Deciding to at least try and be civil, she closed the door.

"Would you like some help?" she asked the woman, eyeing the balancing plates.

kaze1981
Kaze gave the woman a smile "Help would be..." She started, but Arian interrupted.

"Are there other people still here?" He asked the lady, somewhat anxiously. "I want to meet lots of people if I can since Mummy said that lots of people come to parties and I don't know many people." He paused to draw breath "Oh and I'm Arian by the way and that's Mummy. What's your name Miss?"

M
"Ah, yes I believe that there are a few people around," Marrigan answered somewhat overtaken by the barrage of questions. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Arian and Miss Mummy. My name is Marrigan Knight." She bowed slightly with her introduction.

"Perhaps I should take one of those plates," Marrigan said, moving forwards. "I would not like to see your hard work wasted." She continued to watch Arian out of the corner of one eye. She had never seen a person with wings before, nor a horn.

kaze1981
Kaze laughed "Pleased to meet you Miss Marrigan, my name's Kaze and if you wouldn't mind taking my plate then I can take Arian's since I know he's excited at the chance at meeting lots of people. Have you by chance a lantern too?" She pointed to the one that Arian was holding, the jade lantern at first not readily noticible as Arian was holding the plate of cookies.

Arian blinked at Marrigan "You do the bending over thingy too" he told her. "You're the" he paused to think "Um third person I've met who does it. Are you doing it to say hello?" He frowned "Or say sorry, or..." he paused. Come to think of it of the other two who'd done the bending over thing Toshi had done it to say hello and the red lantern girl Hi... Hik something had done it to say sorry.

Hakari-chan
Hakari came back out of the back room of the shop with a sign that said 'Employees only' on it. The red bow she had put in her hair fluttered slightly as she moved gracefully about the room, long curled black hair trailing behind her in elegant wisps. She held a platter of fresh tea cakes balanced on one hand, and the other holding a pale haired baby on her red silk clad hip. She gently placed the platter on the table and then moved off again.
The baby on Hakari's hip looked around with large, blue, curious eyes. The child looked like a normal human infant until one spotted his feathered tail and three sets of tiny wings that graced his back. He smiled happily at all the brightly glowing children that scampered about the place, clearly entranced by all the colors.
Hakari smiled at the child and kissed him on top of his pale, curly haired head. she then smiled at the two women who had just entered.
"Good afternoon and welcome to the party. Make yourselves at home." she said with a bright smile that lit up her red eyes.

Toshi skipped back into the shop in a white party dress and bow in her hair. She had a plastic bag with different kinds of tea in it, signaling that she had just come back from the store. She smiled around at all the people who had come in since she'd left. Her wild magenta hair bobbed as she looked around excitedly.

kaze1981
Kaze smiled and looked over in Hakari's direction as the other woman spoke "Thank you and thank you for inviting us - Arian's been excited about it all afternoon."

Arian nodded, emerald eyes peering curiously at the baby that the other woman was holding.. He had feathered wings too and. He opened his mouth to ask about them, but his attention was caught by a familiar pink-haired girl carrying a bag of tea - well familiar as in met once at any rate. "Hi Toshi!" For a moment Arian almost waved, but the unicorn boy remembered the plate of cookies at the last minute.

M
Taking the plate, Marrigan smiled.

"A pleasure I'm sure. And yes, I do have a lanturn as well." Holding the plate steady as she did so, she wiggled her elbow a little to show off the lavender pink lanturn hanging from it.

"Hmmm....bowing like that is a habit I picked up from my family. In my case, I believe I'm using it to say hello, although I think it is used to emphasize politeness."

Glancing over, Marrigan saw the three enter. She recognized the woman from the time when she first saw the lanturns, but could not recall if they had ever been properly introduced. And of course she had met the young girl lanturn spirit upon her last visit, and smiled as she recalled the information she had been given.

Turning back to Kaze, she motioned to the platter.

"Where do you think I should place this?"

kaze1981
Kaze snagged the plate from Arian deftly, relieved and a little surprised that the cookies were still on the plate considering how loose the unicorn boy grip on the plate was. "Thank you" she told Marrigan with a smile. "And your lantern is pretty." She looked thoughtful "As to where to put these, maybe in the kitchen" she frowned slightly "Or wherever the rest of the food is."

Arian blinked "Ok" he said, his attention flickering back to Marrigan. "The bending over thing seems really complicated though. How do you know what to use it for?" He looked at Kaze "Maybe you could put it with the cakes Mummy - I can smell them." He gave Kaze a hopeful look. "They smell yummy."

M
"Thank you very much," Marrigan said, looking fondly at her lanturn. Walking over to the table, she placed the cookies in a free spot, nudging them to make sure that they would not topple off the table top.

Returning to the group, Marrigan bowed once again to Hakari, chuckling slightly as she did so.

"I don't believe we were introduced? My name is Marrigan."

kaze1981
Arian grinned at Toshi, answering her question as he waited for Marrigan's answer "Yep they are, Mummy baked them when she found out that there was going to be a party since she says it's rude not to bring stuff and..." He blinked as he realised that he no longer held the platter of cookies and. "And they're.." he started.

"I've got them Arian" Kaze said interrupting him. She peered at Toshi curiously "Hello - I look after Arian. I don't think we've met though. I'm sure I'd have remembered someone as pretty as you." She smiled at Toshi as she half-watched Marrigan place the plate of cookies on the aforementioned table.

Hakari-chan
"Ah yes Marrigan, I remember now. You have recovered fully I hope?" She asked with a concerned smile, remember how sick the woman had been when they had first met.
Toshi blushed cutely at the compliment she recieved from Kaze and said "I'm Toshi, my keeper is Hakari." she said with a smile, curtsying in her white party dress to be polite to the woman.

kaze1981
Kaze smiled again "And my name's Kaze." She looked at Arian who was looking curiously at Toshi. "It's called a curtsy" she told Arian. "It's more a girl thing though, boy's bow.. Or as you call it do the bending over thing." She paused and then added "I'll just pop these cookies on that table, so Arian's free to play with you if you want Toshi." The half sprite suited actions to words.

Arian blinked. How did Mummy know that he was about to ask about it? And.. And... The unicorn boy blinked again as he realised that Mummy had gone. "Oh she's gone" he murmed half-disappointed, before brightening when he remembered Toshi had mentioned playing. "I'd love to play a game" he told Toshi brightly. "What game should we play?"

M
"I must admit that I am still fairly tired. My sleepwalking problem does not seem to have abated, I'm afraid." She probed the area under one eye slightly, smiling. "I'm sure I must have the most terrible bags under my eyes."

Hakari-chan
"Oh, they're not so bad." The raven haired woman said, brushing her fingertips lightly across the bags under the womans eyes. As she did, a small red light flared at her fingertips and when she rested her hand on her hip once more, Hakari smiled. The bags under the womans eyes were gone along with a good deal of her exhaustion no doubt.

"Um um um...."Toshi said, tapping one finger to pursed lips as s he thought, pink eyes roving about the room as though seeking the answer somewhere on the walls.
"Well what kind of games do you like?" she asked him finally, not sure what kind of game to suggest to him.

kaze1981
Arian looked thoughtfully at Toshi "I like any game, well not chess - cause that sounds boring, but I'll try any other game.. Even ones I don't know as long as it's ok for me to ask about them if I don't know them." He frowned "I don't really like I Spy either though, I don't know why though.. I just don't."

M
"Ah!" Marrigan gasped, suprised by the light, and even more startled by the sudden burst of energy. Feeling more awake than she had in months, she sighed in relief.

"Thank you so much for your kindness," she said, smiling brightly. Glancing at the two spirits, she smiled, remembering something from back home.

"Makes me think of my little sister," she said, waxing nostalagic.

Hakari-chan
Hakari only smiled and nodded before asking conversationally "You have a sister?" as she shifted the baby boy on her hip onto her other hip.

Toshi nodded and then said "Well...How about kick the can? We can play it outside! It'll be even more fun if we can get more people to play with us...maybe Vanescere will!" she said with a grin. "What do you say?"

Chegrin
Braeden was visiting every person he could see, asking each one to take a necklace. They were hand made and fairly ornate, not cheap plastic party favors normally handed out. He didn't know who everyone was, but giving gifts just had to be a way to break the ice.

A tug on his arm and the orange spirit turned around, lighting up at the sight of young Mocha. Their last encounter left him with a happy euphoria that lasted for days, and the memory brought a smile to his face. Holding out a few necklaces, Braeden allowed Mocha to pick one he liked.

The younger spirit soon brought his attention to Gokiloud, and the inquary on if he was Cinderella or not and the lad snickered slightly.
"Don't think so. At least, he told me his name was Gokiloud. He could have been lying though. Why don't you go ask him for yourself?" Braeden wanted to encourage mingling between the others, and seeing the Cinderella exchange would just be classic.

"But hey Mocha, you wanna help me give out these necklaces to everyone? I made them for the party." He said, holding out a few of them, shining on small silver chains.

M
"Actually, I have two siblings. I am the middle child in a family of all girls," Marrigan said grinning. "My little sister is about six years younger than me. She'll be turning eleven in the spring."

"I remember when she was about ye big," she said, indicating the baby with a little wave and a smile, restraining herself from patronizing the poor little thing with a wave of nonsense words. She remembered being annoyed by it when her parents were doing it to her sister, and didn't want to repeat it, thus negating the entire point of her being irritated in the first place.

Erina_Nobara
"Oooh sure. I like that green one," he said, placing it around his neck. He then took a few others to pass out for Braeden. And as he did so, he slowly wandered in the yellow spirit's direction. He coughed. "Ahem....excuse me, but are you Cinderella?" Oo;

((xD))

Hakari-chan
Hakari chuckled and smiled. "I too have a younger sister, though she lives very far away at the moment. I was lucky enough to be able to visit she and my family while I was pregnant." she said and kissed her infant sons forehead, making him smile sleepily. "She is about fifty years younger than me." she said as she tucked a stray bit of hair behind an ear.

"Great! Yeah Van's just like us, only taller." she said with a smile. "Ooh Hey! Lets ask them to play too!" she said and grabbed Arians hand and pulled the winged unicorn over to mocha and Braeden. She was all smiles as she smoothed out her white party dress and asked "Hey, do you guys want to play kick the can with us?"

Erina_Nobara
"Hm?" Mocha didn't really wait for a response. He'd have to find out later. Someone was speaking to him. "Oh hello!" He grinned excitedly. There were so many spirits like himself here. whee "Sure. I'll play. What's your name?"

Xenostatica
Xenos was rather silent but smiled as she watched Hikari enjoy her tea and cake.

"Xemos, may I leave this with you and go to the other lanturns?" She was very polite in this situation and smiled large. She looked around excited were there any she knew.

"Yes you may, just behave," she smiled and nodded her away.

Erina_Nobara
Noticing yet another lanturn, Mocha waved to her. "Hey over here. Wanna hang out with us?" he questioned.

Eri sat a little ways away, sipping her tea and munching on a few snacks.

Enikil
"La La La..... tea and cookie's here I come!" Aikori said in a soft sing song voice, a happy skip in his step. Green hair bounced around his head, his arms swinging a tad. He had just heard about the tea party from Enikil, they weren't sure if they were going to be able to make it. With Enikil working so much and going to school, there really wasn't much time for anything else. Sadly, this also ment that Aikori didn't get to do alot either.

Once at the door, he pulled it open and smiled as he stepped inside. He knew Enikil was bringing up the rear, a package of home made burnt brownies in hand.

Xenostatica
Xenos smiled as she notice other laturns taking to Hikari. She sipped her tea and allowed the little lanturn expand her horizons.

Hikari's eyes widen with excitement, she skipped and allowed her pigtails to bounce, "You were talking to me?" She met up with Mocha, "Hi, I'm Hikari. It is very nice to meet you." She bowed as she normally did in greetings.

A Tea Party: Part 2

Erina_Nobara
"Nice to meet you Hikari. I'm Mocha." He noticed the girl's bow. She was very polite. He extended his hand in greeting.

Another green lanturn had entered. "Whoa his clothes are so cool!" he thought to himself. "Oh, who's that I wonder."

Hakari-chan
Toshi smiled at mocha and said "I'm Toshi! You're mocha, right?" she asked after a moment of thinking. Since she now worked here at the shop with her keeper, Hakari had told her it'd be a good idea to learn everyones names, which she had.
"Look! I even have a can!" she said, grabbing a tin can from a shelf. It's label had long sense fallen off, and it looked fairly dented, but still good for a game of kick the can.
Toshi turned to Aikori and Hikari and said "You guys can play too if you want!"

Enikil
Aikori walked in and looked around, his eyes looking around at all of the lanturns that were all gathered together. Most of them he had no idea who they were! Such a pitty, but hey this was the best chance he had!

"Now Aikori, please do not eat to many sweets, you'll only make yourself sick remember" Enikil spoke up, a small smile as he coughed a tad into his scarf. He walked over, passing Aikori, patting his head a tad and set the brownies down. He really didn't think anyone was going to eat them.... they were terribly burnt.

"Ah I wont!"

Xenostatica
Hikari's grin was wider and brighter now that she knew two lanturns and turn to see that Aikori come in, "Mocha, Toshi, and Aikori..." she put her finger to her lip and thought carefully to remember them all. She then looked at the can, "What game do you play with a can?" she was very curious as she had often played by herself.

Erina_Nobara
"H-how-...yeah that's me," he stuttered in suprise. "Nice to meetcha' too. This game'll be fun." whee He followed a little ways behind, unsure of whether or not they were heading outside to do this.

Eri was watching closely out of the corner of her eye, silently wondering the same thing. She crossed her fingers, and hoped they would choose outside, so they didn't run into anything. The last thing she wanted was for Mocha to make a mess and knock things over, even if it was an accident. (xD; )

Mocha sniffed at the air. The scent of something burnt was hovering int the air. But it wasn't that noticable he figured. He looked over his shoulder to see where it was coming from. He eyed the slightly crispy brownies and looked over to the older spirit, waving 'hello'.

Hakari-chan
"We're gonna play kick the can." Toshi said matter-of-factly with a nodd of her head and a cheerful smile.
"We have to go outside to play, so I'll explain the rules there." she said and headed for the door. She paused as she opened it and called "Anyone who wants to play a game, come outside!" she said and then headed merrily out, her white party dress and hair bow bouncing about as she did so.

Xenostatica
Hikari hadn't hear of that game before but it could be fun. She followed behind them and was extremely excited. "Okay, outside sounds like a good plan...gosh it would be horrible to have cake splatter everywhere!" Her eyes widen in the idea of the mess.

Enikil
"HI!" Aikori beamed when spoken to, smiling at the brown lanturn. It was great, so many different lanturns to meet and greet; it was so cool! "I'm AIkori, Nice to meetcha!" He waved a hand, giving him a playful peace sign.

Looking to Toshi, he grinned and nodded, then looked to Enikil to see if it was okay.

"Of course, go out and play.... just have alot of fun!" Enikil smiled and moved to sit down, very exhausted looking.
"Alright lets go!" Aikori put a arm into the air with a silly grin.

Erina_Nobara
Eri sighed with relief. Phew. That Toshi is a smart girl. <3

"Okay," Mocha grinned. He hadn't even bothered to ask permission like the others, not thatt he thought would have ever crossed his mind. He just did whatever he felt like doing. But he'd listened to enough of Eri's safety speeches, and the like to last him a lifetime. He'd be okay.

And so he filed out the door after the others.

((and the next thing ya know he falls on his face. Don't hurt yourself Mocha gonk

Mocha: I'm not a clutz! >.<

we don't know that! *reads first aid kit*

Mocha: stare *thwaps*

crying *uses bandaids on self instead*))

Xenostatica
"Is this kick the can game very fun?" she looked excited at Mocha and Toshi.

Xenos chuckled at seeing Hikari having fun.

Erina_Nobara
"Yes, I think so. I played once before with Eri's friend's...err...sister. Yes I think that's who she was. Haha. Her name was Skuld. But anyway..." whee He tried to refrain from wriggling with pure joy. He loved getting the chance to run around, he always being full of energy it was to be expected. Happy.Happy.Happy.

Xenostatica
Hikari giggled at Mocha, "How exciting! I don't normally go out except to garden...so this will be a new, exciting experience."

Hakari-chan
Once she was outside, she looked around the dark alley way lit only by moonlight and bright lanturns hung above and around the exterior of the shop. She seemed to be looking for something as she tossed the can idly up and down in her hand. Finally she seemed to find what she was looking for in the shadows of a neighboring building. She dashed forward and a minute later, she came out again, merrily leading a tall, lean, silver haired man by the hand to join all the much smaller spirits.
"Okay, So here's how we'll play..." Toshi began before delving into a quick description of the game.
"So, I'll be it, and Vanescere will be the can kicker for the first round." she said with a grin.

Vanescere was a tall, tan, lean, and silver haired man dressed in grey and partially decayed clothes with a long ribon tied around his neck. His grey eyes watched the smaller spirits and he nodded in agreement to what toshi said.

((here's a site that will explain the rules 3nodding
http://www.streetplay.com/rulesheets/kickthecan/ ))

Erina_Nobara
Mocha waved to the silver-haired man. "Hello...Vanscere." ^^

There were all kinds of places to hide in the alley. This would be great. Mocha was already peering around for a good hiding spot. "Hmm."

((hey that is a very nifty site. xD))

Alex Mustang
((great job on the bow and arrow hakari *looks around for anyone to rp*))

Gokiloud shifted his bows and arrows on his back as he took some tea and drank it. He then sat down and started to eat some cookies. He wonder if anyone was around to talk to and hang out with.

Alex Mustang
((kk))
Gokiloud then got up and headed outside. He wonder if they were out there. His ears shifted. He placed the tea on the table before exiting the building. Gokiloud looked about. "Hello anyone out there?"

Teasublime
Sinking back, Kama watched the others play. They all talked so easily, in such a complex pattern of interest and fear. Sipping his tea, he tilted his head as a few made their way outside.

"Tea? Are they leaving?" Voice gentle, Kama nodded toward the door.

Shaking his head, Tea finished the cookie he'd been munching on. "Don't think so. Game, or something. Not sure. Did you see these? They're great!" Popping another little tea cake into his mouth, Lime drifted about, nibbling happily. It was far easier than actually striking up converstaion with any of the billions of women here.

Sighing, Kama smiled...watching his guardian shuffle about. "Do you want to go play?'

Tea froze, another cookie half way to his mouth. "What? Shouldn't I be asking you that?!"

Kama only shrugged.

Pika-Bunny
"Come on slow down!" Pika yelled as the small blonde boy darted between parked cars. 'He doesn't seem to be listening very well' she thought and sighed. Perhaps taking him to a tea party after shoe shopping wasn't the greatest of ideas...'

Both of them had been going from store to store trying on shoes, and then at the very last store, she had made the mistake of pointing out the outdoor sports section. Cleats, golf shoes, ski boots, skates and...rollerblades. She inwardly sighed again. Hoshi was quick enough on his feet without the added wheels.

Hoshi giggled as he heard Pika calling at him from the otherside of the lot. He couldn't help himself; these new shoes were the greatest thing ever. And the first item he got to pick out for himself. Pika always insisted on her choice of groceries and stuff. These rollerblades were his to enjoy. Skidding to a halt he waited for Pika to catch up.

'Honestly she probably walks slower just to act extra grumpy' he thought to himself. "Come on slowpoke we are going to be late for the party!". Not that he was totally sure what a party was. He hadn't met any of his own kind yet and Pika told him that was what the party was for. Meeting new people and having fun and he couldn't wait any longer. Pushing off he started up the street to the Soul Emporium with Pika grumbling after him. He knew she was faking it.

((The geisen x2 isn't being given out anymore? Damn I should have found this sooner crying Ah well, some is better then none :3 ))

Mizu_Taji
((eep! sorry tea... my folks banned me from the computer yesterday...))

Tayne mearly shrugged at Tea's question. "I passed out in front of the shop a while back, and Hakari and her son found me. The lanturns here were so nice, well, I couldn't resist. Next thing I knew I had Mikomi clinging to my legs everywhere I went."

That was the best she could describe it. When she finished, she noticed that there were A LOT more people there in the room

Mikomi blinked at the greatly upfront Kama? Her? His friend?

"Um... sure... I guess... I mean, if you want me to be, I don't see any problem with it..." But then a scary bright orange fellow just seemed to pop out of nowhere, which frightened the poor timid girl out of her wits. Scrambling over to her companion she clung to her legs again, hoping all of these people wouldn't notice her. Two people were enough, but this was just frightening...

Hakari-chan
"Hey Gokiloud! Come play kick the can with us! You over there too!" Toshi said, waving Gokiloud and the newly arrived Hoshi over to where she, Van, and the others were.
"Alright, so does everyone understand how to play?" she asked the crowd of spirits, gloved hands on her hips.

Inside, Hakari smiled at the obviously nervous little mikomi. Afraid the girl wasn't having much fun, the tall woman crouched down to her level where she clung to her keepers legs.
"Hello there." she said in a calm, pleasant voice. "Aren't going to go outside and play with the others?" she asked her. She also addressed this question to Kama who stood nearby. She smiled in a friendly manner at them both.

M
Marrigan, who, thanks to Hakari's magic, had been having her most relaxing sleep in weeks in one of the chairs, awoke at the sound of everybody going outside. Eyes widening, she realized that she had probably dropped off in the middle of a conversation, possibly the most rude thing she could do. A vision of her old nanny holding a ruler popped into her head, and she winced.

"I suppose I am not a party person, but still..." She jumped up from her sitting position, nearly passing out again from the blood rushing to her head.

Mizu_Taji
Mikomi shook her head violently at the woman's question.

"N...n...no thank you..." she studdered. "T...too many..." She clung to Tayne tighter, afraid of what to say next. What if she made the big lady mad by saying no? She seemed nice... but still...

"Mikomi... come on now... how about just watching them play?" Tayne suggested. "I'll come with you! It'll be fun!" but all she got was a no from Mikomi's head. It didn't look like the little spirit was going to move any time soon...

Hakari-chan
"Aw, come on honey, don't you think it'd be nice to make some new friends and play a game? I know my little Toshi would be grateful for another friend." she said with a smile. If the child said no though, she wouldn't push the matter. better to let her come out on her own.

Mizu_Taji
"Well..." she began, pondering her offer. "I'll watch... but only if my Mama's allowed to come too..." She looked over to her new 'friend' Kama as well. "Do you wanna watch too Kama?" Just the prospect of Kama being her friend made her feel more easy around him. He was quiet and very nice.

Not like the scary orange boy.

"You coming Mama?"

"I must commemorate you Hakari. You managed to get her to do something that I couldn't... not on my own at least..." she said with a smile. "I also haven't been able to thank you for helping me those many weeks ago..." She flushed slightly, unsure of how to put her thanks into words.

Hakari-chan
Hakari smiled and patted mikomi on the head, smiling at her. "of course she can. I'm sure the others won't mind at all." she said and then stood.
"It's really no problem. I could hardly just leave you there." she said with a chuckle to Mizu.

Pika-Bunny
As Hoshi approached the entrance he could hear some voices coming from the alley beside the shop. Curious, but still wanting to go inside first, he opened the door and slipped in. There were quite a few people around a table covered in drinks and food.

"Hello!" Hoshi said. "I am Hoshi and I have never met any of you before!" he had a big smile on his face as he eyed the table and caught sight of some cupcakes. "Do I spy cupcakes?"

M
Walking languidly into the shop, Nagir fingered the edge of the bandage around his upper arm absentmindedly. His pale blonde hair hung down his back in an extremely messily done braid, at the bottom of which appeared to be a very tattered black ribbon. Hanging from his arm was the lanturn formerly seen in the possession of Marrigan, whose appearance was also remarkably similar to his.

Looking around curiously, he had to admit that Marrigan had picked quite a good place to have an interest.

"So then, what should we do now?" He wondered aloud.

Epine de Rose
"So, do you have an aversion to the light or is the hood just a fashion statement?" Saevem enquired as the mage held open the door with her staff and she slipped into the now familiar store, her gaze trailing across the area before she at last turned round just in time to watch the mage close the door behind him with a small click.

"A bit of both." He offered coolly before turning his attentions to the rooms and the lanterns upon the racks - so this was the place she had spoken of before...he knew exactly why Locksey would have refused to come, the poor photographer would have found it frightfully boring.

"Ooh, but then girl's won't see your pretty face!" Saevem giggled delightedly as she walked further in until at last she fixed her gaze upon Nagir, or rather the lantern in which he held which was frightfully familiar to her - hadn't that belonged to Marrigan?

"Who are you...?" She asked uncertaintly as the mage drew up behind her and rested his weight on his staff, his gaze still fixed elsewhere.

M
Turning around at the unfamiliar voice, Nagir smiled confidently. Bowing flamboyantly, one arm held high in the air, he hoped that he was making a memorable impression.

"You may call me Nagir, little lady," he said, rising from his pose. "It's not my full name, but it sure as hell is easier to pronounce."

Looking at the unusual duo, he could feel a sort of tension, but wasn't really concerned. After all, he wasn't that much of a threat, now was he?

Epine de Rose
"That's not your lamp." Saevem pointed out stiffly as she glanced at the delicate glowing lantern within his grasp and then glanced towards her shoulder where she caught a glimpe of the black velvet robes out of the corner of her eye - she always felt suitably more comfortable when she knew an adult was there to take care of her; she truly was just a little girl after all.

"It's Marrigan's." She continued as she turned her gaze back round to Nagir and failed to return his greeting. She wasn't always wary of strangers but the sudden arrival of this man with a friend's lantern didn't feel particularly right to her.

She could hardly ask Kasaru for an explanation either, he'd only just gotten here and seemed to be taking a mental note of the various lanterns hanging from the racks in his mind.

M
"Ah, this?" He said, lifting the lanturn in his hand. So, this girl had apparently met Marrigan, though he didn't have any memory of the event.

"Well, I'm kinda a babysitter of sorts, I guess," Nagir pondered aloud, trying to think of a plausible explanation. "Marrigan and I are, well, technically related, so...we share a lot of things."

Including a body, but he wasn't going to say that. Especially in front of such a young kid. Not to mention the fact that he didn't want her inquiring after Marri, who didn't even know he existed. Yet.

Epine de Rose
Her brow furrowed and for a time she remained exactly where she was, it was only when she became aware that Kasaru was stirring beside her that she shook her head, this man still didn't feel right to her for some reason...he gave off a funny aura and although she couldn't place it, it made her uneasy.

"Kasaru..." She murmured as she tugged at his sleeve with her free hand until his hooded gaze turned upon her briefly and then towards the flamboyant man with the lantern. He knew she was uneasy but he was hardly capable of placing anything himself when he had only just gotten here, it would take him time.

"Questions are always the source of answers." He replied wisely as he readjusted his grasp upon his staff and flashed a small smile. Her expression relaxed even if her grasp on her own lantern didn't...

"How are you related?" She enquired with narrowed eyes, sure they looked similar but they didn't feel the same and most relatives were remotely similar.

M
Nagir grimaced a bit at the question. Why was it always the hard ones? He didn't really want to lie per say, because then it'd probably come back later to bite him in the...well, ya know...

"Well, we both came from the same place, so..." He thought aloud, his voice soft with concentration, "I guess that makes us siblings!" He burst out, a wide grin appearing on his face.

Epine de Rose
"Same place in respect of what...?" At last Kasaru popped the question that Saevem would have missed and despite the inability to see his face beneath the shadows of his cowl the tone of voice he used almsot allowed a person to imagine a glint within his eye, as though he were suitably more intelligent than one might anticipate.

Saevem meanwhile could only glance up in astonishment at Kasaru's sudden interest but in ways she was glad, adults always seemed to be able to get more answers our of one another as they tended to outsmart children like herself.

M
Nagir felt like squirming under the sudden attention, as now he had both of them questioning him. He was honestly beginning to wonder when they were going to bring out the big lamp and the truth serum. Fidgeting with the end of his braid, and biting the inside of his lip, he tried to think of a way to get out of this one.

"Well...I guess you could say we were born...through the activities of the same person in the same location, so wouldn't that technically make us siblings?" He hadn't really thought about their extremely odd relationship in all that much depth. To tell the truth, admitting a familial relationship with Marrigan would mean he would have to admit one to those other two, and that wasn't a leap he was really ready to make.

Epine de Rose
"Leave it, Saevem." Kasaru ordered and shook his head despite the obvious suspicion in which he held towards the man, he felt that questioning him on his relationship with Marrigan was unwise but there were other ways of finding out what was desired every now and again...in fact, he believed she might even have the answer even as he directed her towards a seat.

"So where's Marrigan?" Saevem demanded as she flopped down onto the chair and gave a slight frown towards Kasaru who had wandered off to inspect one of the lantern's again. "Marrigan doesn't seem like a person who would just leave something like a lantern in a stranger's care!"

M
"Marrigan is asleep right now," Nagir said, which technically was the truth. "She hasn't been feeling well lately, due to a sleepwalking problem." Induced by yours truly, but that probably wasn't appropriate to say if he wished to salvage any reputation out of the first degree questioning session.

"So, with Marrigan unable to care for poor Yuiri here, I gladly took on the role." He placed one hand over his heart, trying to sound or look like a caring good citizen. "After all, from what I've heard, a growing lanturn needs plenty of attention and experiences!"

Not to mention the fact that he needed to get out of the apartment before he went stir crazy.

Erina_Nobara

A teenage girl, dressed in a crimson skirt and shirt combo with ruffled sleeves and a halter-top collar came wandering into the shop. Mocha was following, just after her. The door closed with a 'clack' behind them. "Oh, hello," Eri began, when she noticed their were other guests, obviously customers due to the fact that they were both holding lanturns. Mocha was very excited about this. He loved to meet new people. And there was something even familiar about the little girl. He sensed her presence before. Yes, in a way he'd 'met' her, though he was still in the lanturn that he was no carrying by his side.

"Hi there!" the little brown lantern chimed.

Epine de Rose
Saevem stared wide eyed at the spirit for a long while before she glanced up at kasaru as if in confusion, unfortunately he was still otherwise occupied and it was only after glancing at the one who had accompanied him that she put two and two together with a bright smile.

"You must be Mocha!" She chirped at last and offered her hand to the spirit who she had never seen before, "How do you do?" She asked softly before glancing at Nagir again with a shake of her head.

"Can I see her?"

M
Nagir felt relieved at the entrance of the other girl, hoping that she would take some of the attention off him. He also was kind of curious as well, never having actually met a lanturn spirit before.

Hearing the girl's question, he winced.

"I really don't think that'd be a good idea, little lady," Nagir said nervously, realizing in the back of his mind that he didn't even know the girl's name. "She really shouldn't be disturbed, not that she isn't already," He said, muttering the last half of the sentence under his breath.

"And who might you be?" He said addressing the newcomers, hoping to get off the subject.

Erina_Nobara
"Yup, that's me," Mocha answered, giving a wide grin. "Nice to finally meet ya-meet ya; in person ya know?"

Eri chuckled. "Oh us? Well I'm Eri, and this here is my friend Mocha. He's a lanturn spirit that I acquired here at the shop." She smiled, and patted the small boy on the head, ruffling his hair as she did so.

Mocha immediately reached up to fix his ponytail. "Yeah. And what's your name?" the spirit asked, stepping closer to the stranger out of curiousity. Out of the corner of his eye he saw another man, that he didn't recognize, but he figured everyone's attention seemed to be on this other person. Was he important? Oo; "Hmm."

M
"I'm Nagirram. Nagirram Knight, but you can call me Nagir, because the whole thing is just a mouthful," he said, shrugging. "It's nice to meet you. I pretty much just got here, so I don't know many people around here."

Nervously glancing over at his two inquisitors, he laughed shakily.

"I've been living with my 'sibling', Marrigan."

Epine de Rose
"I don't believe you." Saevem murmured finally as she reached out her lanturn for Kasaru to take (which he did) and then wandered over to Nagir to observe him more closely, even now a frown was etched across her youthful features.

"Where is she? I want to see her and make sure you haven't hurt her!" She snapped and shook her head as though she had experienced some form of hurt before in her life and was not about to let it happen again - she really could be such a suspicious minx every now and again but it came with the territory...dead people were always shifty.

M
"Damnit, I couldn't hurt Marrigan!" Nagir snarled slightly, temper flaring under stress. "Anything that happens to her happens to me as well. I might as well slam my head into a friggin' brick wall!"

Chest heaving with the exertion of his yelling, he almost immediately regretted his outburst. She was just a kid, after all, but still...

Erina_Nobara
Mocha took a step back, and then made a point to move BEHIND Eri. "He's dangerous?" he whispered, eyeing the man suspicously.

"Urrr..." the girl wasn't quite sure how to respond to that one. She didn't know the man, so it wasn't her place to say. But if Saevem didn't like him, maybe he really was a shady character. "I dunno. Who is this Marrigan exactly. You're names are really similar. Are you siblings? I know some parents love to give names that go together well like that." ^^; She asked, trying to lighten the mood.

M
"Marrigan is a very important 'sibling' to me who I would not harm, have no desire of harming, and technically cannot harm without causing myself severe bodily harm and probably mental trauma on top of it," Nagir said, developing a slight twitch above his left eye. He was getting the feeling that he should have never left the apartment today.

Getting an idea, he held out Yuiri for examination. The lanturn glowed gently, happily in his hand.

"Look, the lanturn has no problem with me. Therefore, I'm not a bad person, right?"

RP w/ Kaze continued

Erina_Nobara
"Oops, heh. Lemme clean that up," Eri began, when she noticed the feather's that her counterpart was leaving all over the floor. "You...you want one?" she asked, turning to Prisma. "What do you think? Is it okay?"

Prisma smiled and nodded. whee

"Then it's okay with me. I'm sure you'll take excellenct care of it!" she said, as she knelt to the floor and gathered the feathers. When she had finished, she went to stand next to Prisma. "Maybe you should stay next to me," she chuckled, waving one of the feather's under the angel's nose.

...Ch-CHU! Prisma couldn't help but sneeze. Even though no sound came afterward, you could tell she was giggling. xp

"Bless you." whee "About your age, ya know....I don't really know how old I am? I've always wondered, but no matter how hard I concentrate, I just can't remember. Heh."

kaze1981
Arian looked at Kaze curiously "Just how old are you Mummy?"

Kaze blinked "Older than you."

"But how old's older?" Arian looked puzzled "Is it old-old or not that old-old?"

"It's rude to ask a lady her age" Kaze told him with a teasing smile that suggested she wasn't offended, although she hadn't answered the question either. Instead she looked at Eri "It's very kind of Miss Prisma to let Arian have one of her feathers."

Arian switched from pouting slightly from not getting an answer to nodding eagerly "I will take care of it - I promise... Good care of it - my best care." He looked curiously at it "What sort of feather is it?" He'd written the type of feather for each of the other feathers he'd collected after looking them up carefully in a book about birds he'd found on the top of Uncle Kori's shelf.. Ok so he'd also knocked down some of the other books on the shelf and Uncle Kori hadn't been too happy about it, although he hadn't been too angry...

He looked at Eri waiting hopefully for an answer.

Erina_Nobara
((older than you XDD <3))

"What kind of feather?" Eri asked. "Well...an angel feather," she answered, smiling.

Prisma nodded in agreement. "...." ^^

"As a matter of fact-" the girl continued, but she was suddenly interrupted by the sound of a musical chime. "Urr..." She blushed profusedly. "Oh-oh I'm so sorry." She reached into her pocket, and revealed a small gold, pocket watch, hanging from a chain. She quickly shut the thing off. "I had completely forgotten." She bowed, apologetically. "I was supposed to have been somewhere. I'm afraid I must leave. If you'll excuse me." She bowed, again, as Prisma followed close behind holding Mocha. "Thank you for everything. It was nice getting to meet with you."

Rp w/ Riyana, Vanscere, and Mikomi

Disinclined
It had been a long day for the girl, and after returning from a quiet walk around the city, Riyana had returned to the comfort of the shop. This was one of her home-away-from-homes. If she wasn't with Devan (and that was almost always the case) the girl could be found in one of the corners of the shop, or visiting Braedan at his home.

Since she hated to be an interruption, the girl was most frequently found in the company of other lanturns. The shop had a homey feel to it, and Riyana was comfortable curling up in a corner - daydreaming, reading, or just people watching. Sometimes it was full with life, other times it was quiet and subdued. Riyana preferred the latter, and was ready to take full advantage of the quiet evening.

She wasn't quite ready to return to the apartment, so, she wrapped her arms tighter around herself before resting her head against the window. Her white dress was wrinkled from her days excusions, but Riyana paid it no heed. Her sandels had been removed hours ago - she did like to be comfortable if the environment allowed - and she was lost in thoughts.

Daydreams of pink haired sled drivers, running dogs, cold winters, and sunshine that screamed bright orange, yellows and reds. She tried to imagine Braedan donned in a park out in the middle of a snowy tundra, but the thought only managed to make her giggle.

No - that wouldn't ever happen, would it?

Hakari-chan
In another corner of the shop, a tall, grey man was curled up in a recliner by one of the windows in the half of the shop set aside for entertaining customers. He was rather easy to pass up, as he seemed to blend into anything around him. Dressed all in grey, the man's tan skin was the only thing that would probably even alert a person to his whereabouts. He had short silver hair with one long strand that hung down in front of his face in a manner that would drive most people crazy.
The color of his eyes was indeterminable as they were closed at the moment as his chest with it's partially decayed shirt rose and fell in the rythm of a light sleep.

Mizu_Taji
The streets, the signs, the silence. It all seemed so different to the naturally timid little light. She had just gained the courage to veture out on her own without her adoptive parent by her side, and now she wasn't so sure it was a good idea. What if something bad happened to her? Or worse?

Someone talked to her?

Yet, despite these dark feelings, curiousity aroused. Not truely sure where she was going, she allowed her feet to to the walking as her mind wandered off in another direction.

Her bright lavender gaze snapped into focus as she senced.. something... or someone. It felt as though it should be familiar, it's odd, affectionate aura...

She then realized that she indeed was at the lanturn shop. And it looked like she wasn't the only one...

Erina_Nobara

Mocha skipped down the street, his small ponytail blowing in the breeeze. He stopped in front of the lanturn shop, shoving open the door and peering inside. "Ooh people," he whispered happily. He wandered in, unsure of who to go to first. From what he could see, there were three others inside. Two were lanturns he recognized from the tea party. "He played kick the can with us. And...hey I saw that other girl there too." Wearing a big grin on his face, he smiled and waved at all of them. "Hi there!"

Disinclined
The girl hardly noticed the shadow and wisp of a spirit in the corner. He was so quiet that if Riyana had noticed, she still wouldn't of done anything to bother the other. Bothing was not something the girl liked to be the cause of.

As the door opened and a bright eyed, brown haired spirit stepped inside, her reverie was disrupted. Who was this? Yet another she didn't know. In fact, the small few she knew were absent this evening - it appeared she was in a room of strangers.

As quiet as she typically was, she wasn't one to be rude. "Hello," she chirped, voice soft as she offered the grinning spirit a smaller, gentle smile. It was easier to smile now, and Riyana was finding that she liked the expression more and more. It was just as easy to hide behind a smile as it was a frown.

Hakari-chan

The grey man's eyes opened slowly as two spirits entered, and a third one spoke. His eyes proved to be silver after all, as they shifted around the shop and took in the two small spirits, and the one level three.
"Good afternoon." said the large, yet unobtrusive spirit from where he sat in a chair in the corner. He had a somber, baritone voice that was easily heard despite how quietly he spoke.

Erina_Nobara

"My name's Mocha...." the little brown spirit began. He turned to the gray spirit and continued, "And you're Vanscere right? But who're you?" he asked the older girl. "I've never met you before." He smiled, holding out his hand in greeting.

Disinclined
The girl looked curiously from one to the other. She remembered Vanscere, but there was something different about him. The few memories she recalled of the grey spirit were that of fear and uncertainty. Somehow, some of that fear had passed - was it just because he wasn't as tall? Or perhaps because he wasn't out in an ally with her and Braedan and Toshi?

Whatever the case, peering shyly over at him, she offered the most wispy of smiles, and a shy little wave. Not certain whether the grey one would remember her at all, she kept her introduction open to both Mocha and Vanscere.

"I'm Riyana. . ." Blue eyes danced from the smaller Mocha to Vanscere and back again. She couldn't just end the conversation there, could she? Reaching a pale hand up, she pushed some of her long, blue hair behind her ears. "It's a pleasure to meet you both. . . again. . sort of," she added, stumbling over her words. She'd only met Vanscere, and that seemed like forever ago! But she didn't want him to think she hadn't remembered him, and . . and . . and -

Oh bother. Sometimes it was hard being nice. There was a reason she liked to stay quiet.

Hakari-chan
Vanescere gave the girl a comforting and quiet smile, letting her know he understood what she was talking about. He himself wasn't much for talking, so he could understand her predicament. The smile, even such a small one, seemed to light up his dark, tan face, giving it a handsome cast as the light poured in through the window behind him.
He looked over at mocha and nodded his silver head. "Yes...and you are mocha?" he asked, hoping he had gotten it right. It was so hard to keep up with all the little ones around here sometimes.

Erina_Nobara
"Yes, that's me," Mocha responded, bowing politely. "It's nice to meet you both. He went over to one of the chairs, and plopped down, glancing over his shoulder at the other two lanturns and flashing them another smile. "Do you come here often? I try to come here as often as I can to meet new people. I've even decided to absorb another lanturn. It looks like you guys have. It doesn't hurt does it?" he questioned. He had quite a few other things he wanted to ask. But he held his tongue. One thing at a time Mocha. One thing at a time.

Disinclined
The relief at the small smile Vanscere offered her showed. Oh - so he wasn't upset at her, or offended! Thank goodness! Her smile broadened ever so slightly, gaining more substance with the moments assurance. Of course, her attention was drawn back towards the ever so chit-chatty Mocha.

A talker, wasn't he? The pretty brown lanturn spirit seemed to have no problem holding conversation. Even Braedan wasn't as talkative as this one was starting to appear!

Put on the spot, unaccostomed to such questioning, Riyana hesitated before answering. "Well," she started, reaching a hand up to rub the back of her neck. She did absorb a lanturn, it had been a gift of peace from Devan to herself. It hadn't hurt her, persay, but she was only one spirit. "It didn't hurt me - in fact, I don't," she hesitated, her pale lips giving the faintest hint of a darkening in a blush, "I don't remember changing at all."

She wasn't embarressed by admittance, but she hadn't ever been asked about "eating lights". Even Devan hadn't wanted to know. It was a private issue, as far as Riyana was concerned, and the blue haired girl wasn't the most open of spirits around.

Hakari-chan
Vanescere shook his head. "No, I have not absorbed a lanturn before. I came like this, as I am an older, more powerful spirit than most that are sold here." He explained. He wasn't bragging at all, simply stating the facts as they were.
"Until Hakari see's fit to give me another, I am the spirit of death and decay." he said and idly brushed the edge of the curtains behind him, watching with silver eyes as the hem abruptly decayed and fell away.

Erina_Nobara

Mocha gasped when he witnessed Vanscere's power. "Whoa..." he stared blankly in awe for a moment before turning back to Riyana. "Oh I see." He noticed the girl blush, and he was immediately sorry he'd asked. It was probably none of his business anyway. "Um...." Not sure of what else to say, slightly embarrased himself because he was actually speechless for once in his life. "......" redface

RP With Rhydion

For Mocha
Rhydion sat on the swings in the park. The sunlight was was on his face and the breeze in his pale pink hair. It had been a while since he could play with other spirits. Kalena was ill, so he had been taking care of her. Finally Kalena managed to kick him out of the house, forcing him to go play like 'a real kid'. He hadn't seen Eri or her lanturn, Mocha, for ages. He wondered when he would ever see Mocha again.

"I really need to make more playmates!" Rhydion said thoughtfully. "We can go on an adventure together someday!"

For Ryhdion
Mocha sat by the stream in the parking, silently washing the apples he'd brought with him. They sat in a small, wooden barrel by his side. He never liked to be cooped up in the house, and this gave him the perfect opportunity to be out and about. He'd wait for Eri to finish all her shopping. She'd meet him there when she'd finished as usual.

Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, something caught the small lanturn's attention. "Huh? What was that?" The word 'adventure' had caught his ears. Turning, a small distance away was a pink spirit playing on the swings. "He seems familiar. Could it be....Rhydion?!" He stood up with his tub, and headed for the swingset, calling the other lanturn's name. "Rhydion? Is that you?!"

kaleidoscopegrl

Rhydion's eyes went wide, hearing the sound of a brown spirit calling his name. Thinking back, he remembered their first meeting, but they both looked completely different. They were both, well, laturns at that time, flickering happily at one another. Drawing the swing back, Rhydion leapt from the swing running to Mocha at full speed!

"MOCHA! MOCHA! MOCHA!" Rhydion bounced. "Oh my gosh is that you!? I can't believe it! Cool ears and tail!! How have you been? It's been ages since we saw each other?!"

Rhydion's silver eyes glittered and his feathered wings flapped happily as he ran circles around Mocha. Taking his friend's new appearance, Rhydion marveled. Mocha's fluffy, ringed tail and cute ears quickly caught the pink spirit's attention.

"How cool are those?!" Rhydion gaped, touching the tail lightly."Its so soft. Is it real!? Can we be friends?"

Erina_Nobara
"Yup! It's me alright! I'm pretty good, just washing my apples!" he said, gesturing toward the bucket. "And Of course it's real!" he laughed, referring to his tail obviously, "I love it. It's so soft and fuzzy. And yeah! I wanna be friends too!" he said excitedly, tail wagging almost like a puppy. "I like your wings too! They're so pretty! I've never seen anybody with those before. Can you fly with them?" he asked in awe. "Flying must be sooo cool."
