“She’s not coming back? Oh no! Whatever shall I do now?” Sinon dramatically gasped, cupping her face out of fake shock. Dropping her act, she stuck her tongue out at Redaple as she crossed her arms. “You really think I’m going to be worried if my friend runs away? I’m more than enough to take you on,” she confidently stated, her face aglow from the warm fire.
In the dark she spotted movement and she fought back a grin. It was Sirius. Who else would dare to trot around on buildings around here at this time? Upon landing, the canine senshi immediately threw a can at the flaming tree.
Startled, Sinon took a few steps back should the bucket make contact with the fire and crackle with explosion. She had enough injuries for the night, already, thank you very much. “I’d really like to know what are in these cans you’ve got,” she teased, oblivious to the weary look in Sirius’ eyes.
“Hopefully this will be enough to finish it off for good, though,” she hoped and through her cans at the tree.

An annoyed clicking emitted from the tree creature as it slowly twisted in place to see what the other senshi was doing, now that she had returned. A shiver went up its trunk, shaking the burning, charred leaves off its branches.
"Do you think you can defeat me...?" Redaple crooned, lifting a burning vine to slap away one of the cans thrown at it, only to have the blackened extremity break off upon contact. The youma knew it was reaching its limit, and at this rate it would fail at collecting the starseeds from these two brats whom fathom themselves senshi.
Something had to be done...
Redaple couldn't just die like this...
In a final, desperate attempt, it reached out its arms and vines, aiming to grab hold of the two girls whether it be their limbs, hair, or clothing. Other vines reached out to catch the cans that had been thrown at it, including those that hadn't managed to get caught in its roots or branches, but had merely made contacted and rebounded off, pulling them all into the flames that lapped at its bark.
It cackled and creaked in the blaze, believing to have won in at least some way. "If not your starseeds... I shall have your lives..." Redaple mused, hoping its vines held out long enough to keep the tired senshi in place for the finale as the flames embraced the cans, taking only a few moments for the aluminum to melt and spark.
The explosion that took place was much larger than the senshi perhaps expected; the youma had used its last bit of energy to aid the fire. Metal, wood, and fire shot off in all directions, breaking windows of cars parked nearby, and alighting the brush that lined the curbs and under the green foliage. Sirens could already be heard in the distance, perhaps alerted by the mere fire only minutes prior.
Although it had failed its initial job, maybe it was lucky enough to eliminate the two pests for the Negaverse in the future.

The tree got Sirius, she couldn't move quick enough to get away from it. She was just so tired, completely shattered. The heat wasn't helping either. She wriggled though it seemed as the tree was dying. As the explosion happened Sirius managed to wriggle free and run away from it before collapsing on the floor, leaning up against a house.
They had to get out of here.
She looked up and spotted Sinon, she looked fine thankfully and that was at least something. Sirius on the other hand wasn't sure she could even stand up but yet she could already hear the sirens coming. She crawled in to an alley not far from where she had collapsed and checking around before she henshined down. She knew she wouldn't be able to get away before the police got there and a small frail girl would be better then a senshi.
"Sinon, get out of here before they arrive..." If she hadn't noticed before, the wearyness was now completely obvious in how Sirius, now Louisa moved. She was aching all other, covered in ash from the tree and looked a complete mess.
