Liz suddenly felt like he was being watched and when he sat up and looked around he noticed two other people seemingly watching him. "Hey there..." Liz said as he gave a slight wave not knowing if the two were friendly or not.

(Manpish >.> that was a chunin rank jutsu >.> your a academy student >.< even though you created the jutsu you cant learn it till at least genin rank >.> At genin rank your allowed to learn up to 3 chunnin jutsus >.> at academy rank your allowed to elarn up to 3 genin rank jutsus... its like that )
(also im sry i dont have any teachers there... iv got 3 rpc teachers who i auto ranked... and they arnt posting >.< )

Liz smiled. "Names Licia Hanabi. my friends call me Liz. nice to meet you both." Liz said as he stood up and dusted himself off. Liz had a hard time making friends at the academy seeing as he had been living on the street for most of his life.

" there now mimic it." He said. " Now you Fuuton user state your name and mimic this." He said, making hand signs, and making Air push out of his palm rapidly, then it quit. " That echnique is used to stop projectiles... now mimic." Ingou said, his eyes becoming cold.

Liz told him as he watched him do the Fuuton technique carefully then copied the hand signs and made air rush out of his palms in a spiral motion just like their teacher had showed them. Liz had the technique on the first try and was glad that he was able to learn jutsu more quickly than others.
(( Im a tactical ninja so i can learn stuff really quickly.))

She said like saying 'huh' when handed the scroll and didn't get what the teacher said. "I can't learn ninjustu or my element...anymore." What was the use of being a ninja when you can only learn weapon techinques? Useless. "Black is beautiful cause it's like the shinobi world."

Liz noticed Reiko blush, he chuckled a bit but just waited to see if she would talk to him or not. Liz was normally a patient guy so he really didn't mind if he was not trained for a while.
