Kiyoko looked at Kai. "I hope you thought about what you did." she said and sighed. Kiyoko didn't want Kai to cause more problems, so her decision won't change. "I'm going to release you, but, if you cause ANY other problem to the village or a shinobi of our village without a reason, you will be sentenced to death. Understood?" she said. Kai probably wouldn't doubt about her words, or at least shouldn't, cause Kiyoko really means what she said. Even though it could look like a drastic measure, it was the most reasonable sentence that would avoid an immediate death of a villager. Each crime she commited, alone would be already enough for a punishment like death. "Also, you will train the academy students in the training grounds so they can become genin and then you will assign them missions. I believe that is better than losing your life." Kiyoko sighed after saying that.

"No, you won't be allowed to go on missions with them, not even inside the village." Kiyoko didn't think twice before answering Kai. "Untill you earn some trust from me, you won't be allowed to do missions, nor leave the village without my authorization." she said to Kai. If she tries to leave the village without being authorized, the ANBU would find her, bring her back and she would be killed right away. The guards already knew about this decision and were informed that Kai wouldn't be allowed to leave untill the Tsuchikage says so. "You can still train yourself while you aren't training anyone or there isn't anyone to be assigned missions. But I don't think you would be allowed to enter the library again...the librarian seems to hold a grudge against you." she said and had a sarcastic tone when mentioning the grudge of the librarian.

"If you want to keep your life then you won't use shadows against students." she said to Kai. Kiyoko looked towards the stairs, Kaze was supposed to be following her.

Kaze Arashi walked down the stairs of this....Prison. He walked down the stairs all dramatic like. His face was hidden from plain sight as he walked down the stairs. "Kai." Kaze said as he was off the steps, and walked next to the Tsuchikage. "I always figured you'd be in jail one of these days. With you and your pranks." Kaze sighed. Then rubbed his forehead. "So how've you been?" Kaze asked this so he could get a little laugh. Of course she wasn't doing good. This is prison.

Kai walked up to the bars when Kaze arrived. "Damn. Can I use shadows if they try to kill one another?" She smiled at Kaze. "Good. I see you grew a bit." She decided not to say something out loud. "Phew he stinks did he even take a shower?" She thought.

"If that happens then you stop them, without harming them." Kiyoko then looked at Kaze as he had walked downstairs"It took you a while, were you tired?" she laughed, it would be funny if he was tired just cause of walking a bit.

"I never said you would kill them with your shadows. I just told you that if you have to stop them, you will do that without harming them." Kiyoko told her and sighed. She wondered if Kai thinks that the academy students can be stopped by shadows only.

Kaze looked at Kai. "Yes, I have grown a bit." Kaze sighed, and placed his hands behind his head. "Why do you act the way you do, Kai."Kaze said as he turned around, heading up the steps. "Kai, I don't know what you did wrong, but, it must've been wrong to get you in jail.....Anyway, I'll be heading out now, Tsuchikage." Kaze said as he then began to continue. "I'll be at the Fissure." Kaze said. How'd he know about the Fissure anyway? Oh well.

"Alright, see you later Kaze." she said to him before he left and then turned back to the cell. "I guess it is time to release you...but don't forget what I told you." Kiyoko said and then unlocked the cell Kai was in. She slowly opened the cell and waited for her to come out.
(don't forget you are without chakra so you need to rest before training or w.e)
