She smiled up at him, nodding slight. "Yes, I'm okay, it was just a bad dream, right?" Before he could stop her she moved up and into him, wrapping her arms around him in a tight hug. "A bad dream." She murmured to herself as she burried her face into his shoulder.

He pulled her up, hugging her close and rubbing her back to comfort her. "It's all right, I'm here." Something about this felt... right. He continued to hold her, comforting her, until she released her grip on him.

It was the nicest thing in the sea, him hugging her. She didn't want to let go, but she knew she had to, or else she'd look rather silly. She sniffed slightly, the aftermath of her tears, and smiled at him, giving a tiny little 'thank you'. Before she could talk herself out of it, she pecked him lightly on the cheek, a small kiss. Blushing, she went to sit at the table. "I guess...you want me out of your hair, huh?" she gave a nervous giggle.

He shook his head. "Oh, no, it's just that my cave isn't really big enough for two." He looked a bit sheepish. "If it was bigger, then I'd say we could just find some more plants to make a mat for you." He hadn't intended to say that, to almost invite her to stay... He forced himself to ignore it. "There aren't a whole lot of other faes out here, and a lot of them like to be by themselves. So I don't mind some company."

"I can come visit you? I dont have to stay all by myself from now on, do I?" She hated being alone. She hated it always being quiet. She kinda liked Conlaed...she didn't want to admit to herself how much. She smiled at him, hoping he wouldn't make her go away for good.

"Of course you can come visit me! We can even try to find you a good place on this side of the lake, so it'll be easy for us to spend time together." He grinned; he actually liked the idea of having another fae around to do things with. "You know where my cave is now, and you're always welcome to come by. So we'll probably be seeing a lot of each other."

"Yay!" she exclaimed, giggling. She moved forward and hugged him, rubbing her cheek against his shoulder, "Thank you Conlaed!" Smiling wide, she pulled him to the entrance of his cave, "Where to captain?" she asked, giggling.

He hugged her back, enjoying the feel of her in his arms. "Well, why don't we just head in a direction, and see if we find? If we think we've gone farther than you want to be, we'll turn sideways and swim along for a while in that direction." Following his own words, he randomly chose a direction and started swimming.

They swam for a small while, and she swam in circles around him, giggling and carrying on. They didn't get too far, in truth she didn't want to, when she noticed a dark spot behind some seaweed on the rock wall. Curiosity got the better of her and she swam over to investigate. When she parted the seaweed, she discovered a cave, and a very large cave at that. "Oh! Conlaed look!" she called out to him, wandering in to investigate farther.

He followed quickly, grinning as he swam in behind her. "This looks wonderful! There's even luminescent plants growing, to light it for you." The front part of the cave was in fact well lit, partly by sunlight coming in through the seaweed covering the mouth, but mostly by the glowing seaweed and algae. A partially separated back part didn't seem to have any, and was nice and dark, perfect for sleeping. "And it's not too far from my cave, we'll be able to see each other all the time," he pointed out with a smile.

"Oh how wonderful!" She exclaimed, rushing forward to hug him in her excitement. She found she liked hugging him, and did so at every possibility. She nuzzled against him a little longer than was probably usual, but she was sure he was used to it by now. Pulling away, she had a large, excited smile on her face. "Now I just have to find things to fill it! It's so big!!"

He froze for a moment as she started to hug him, before loosening up and hugging her back. When she finally pulled away, he nodded. "I'll be glad to help you find things. I know a couple places we could look, even. There's a shipwreck down on the coast, with a lot of pretty things inside, and a cave on the other side of the lake that, if you're willing to go deep enough, has a lot of pretty gemstones that would sparkle really nicely in the algae-light." He grinned.

"Oh, thank you so much Conlaed!" She squealed, twirling happily. "And...I'm sure I can go deep enough...if...you're there with me..." She mumbled, her cheeks a light pink. She giggled nervously, her hand coming up to hide her cheek. "Lead the way, sharky."

For some reason, seeing her blush made him blush a bit as well, although he was also grinning at her words. "Sure thing! I'd be glad to go with you." He flicked his tail, swimming back out of the cave they'd found her before turning to check that she was following him. "This way! We'll need to stop by the Star-rock Field, it's a place with lots of rocks that glow in the dark. If we grab a couple, we can bring them with us when we go deep into the gemstone cave."
