Dee said, "Vader, can you tell me the purpose of a gun?"

She knew she was being rhetorical, but she needed to know for certain that Vader was not a criminal. The cops were all bowing in humble respect to Empress Dee who was clearly being the judge at this very moment.

Dee nodded, then said, "Do you also understand now the history of why not to use a gun in these parts? In Southtown, that's okay, its a lawless zone and I believe in protecting oneself. But, in these parts, patience does one better than drawing attention like that. Officers release him."

The cops removed the cuffs and vanished out of sight as quickly as they had appeared.

Dee then said, "Maybe it was too soon to send you here. It looks like Hammy is on vacation and I didn't know anyways. I will enroll you in Southtown Finishing school instead. You need more instruction on the laws of the lands. You start on September 1st. Do not be late for Orientation. If you're on time, who knows... maybe your own personal reputation will land you a title of a formidable fighter and perhaps you will be up against me personally. I am the final fighter now. Get passed me and you auto graduate. But, during these fights, you will be tested on your level as a fighter and your esp knowledge of the lands."

Dee nodded, "As I would expect. I am known to be ruthless in that school and it is a fixed death match. Its kill or be killed. You get revived right after if you lose so no worries. And if I lose, well, I just look like a zombie for a couple of weeks. Some of the students think I look better as a zombie, but that's just because they have dark hearts."

Not noticing a portal underneath, Dee fell right through, vanishing in plain sight. "Wheeee!" Dee exclaimed as the portal took her for a ride.

Dee then showed Vader Cindy's toy shop. She said, "This place here is where my mother-in-law works. It has all the toys a kid or an adult could ever want. The adult section is this way. Follow me."

Dee was telling him all about the school and what he was to expect. 4 courses, but they last all day. Getting there by 8 in the morning and leaving at 10 in the evening. There is a lunch hour and a supper break also.

She told him that beyond the first day, which will be the assessment of the fighting level he is at, first block is physical training in a respectable and proper art of combat study. The style of the art would be chosen based on what style was used during the battles or battle depending on how far one got on the first day. Dee also said that from what she could sense on his attention span, he would be stuck in year 4 for quite some time and that he reminded her of her son Rock Howard who had been adopted by Terry. Those who do not pay attention likely have a tough time in Iori's class. She added at that point that Iori is likely the most lesson learning teacher at that school where the other three teachers there are more enjoyable and most students prefer them than Iori's. She also said that usually what happens, due to a religious rivalry between Kyo and Iori, if he did well in Kyo's class, Iori would make it that much tougher for him to pass. If Vader did well in Iori's class, its easy to flunk Kyo's class. Dee said with a giggle, "And I should know. I failed Kyo's class because I did so well with Iori's and it had nothing to do with my actual skill at choosing outcomes of battles as Kyo's class teaches. So, yeah, you gotta do average in both to succeed the most."

Dee, who had psychic powers said, "If you are thinking of becoming the God of War, think again. Terry Bogard, my husband already killed him. And his name was Godomous. And it was Godomous who killed Kratos. So, already you are out classed by Terry. Oh and cosplaying isn't allowed in school. Not unless you want to be laughed at by everybody and called a fake and a phony. Just an actor. People will say, who allowed an HMH actor here? I don't think you want that do you? This opportunity I am giving you, to go to Southtown Finishing school is one of a lifetime believe me. You will master all of those powers within you, find your dominant one, and best of all, no costumes required. You can become a literal one man wrecking machine. If you really want to be qualified to be one of my soliders someone who can protect me, you have to become stronger than me. And that is not easy. Especially when I can kill a guy in under 3 seconds. I impressed one of the darkest teachers that go to this school. Yes, I am referring to Iori. He is known as the darkest teacher and for good reason. And personally, I think you may just find his methods... entertaining. Seeing as how you love the dark side so much."

Dee asked him, "Do you want to be considered the laughing stock of the school? Come on. I know your worries, and you are just going to have to trust me. You won't explode into a ball of a fiery death. That school will help you to be able to use your powers without the usage of a costume. Now, if you were a Pokemon, then it'd be different. You said you weren't from my galaxy, so you aren't a Pokemon. It looks like you are going to really love Terry's course and get some usage out of it. Because if what you say is true then you will need his course in order to learn how to use those powers without going boom."
