Perseus played with it idly, listening to Zink's explanation. The little bear flipped around her hand. It was something like contact juggling, but she had to be careful because the clip kept getting in the way. "Well, we certainly wouldn't want to upset Scheelite, he can be pretty scary. But if Scheelite had such an attachment to it, then why don't you just give it to him?"

The 'or something' part wasn't very convincing. None of his explanation was convincing at all, really. Her smile stayed in tact, and her voice sounded incredibly innocent.

"So it does have a name then! But Tenebrous Junior..." She bought the little panda bear up to her eyes. "Junior suggests there is another 'papa' panda bear somewhere." She moved her eyes to the lieutenant next to her. "Is there a Tenebrous Senior? Or maybe just a 'Tenebrous the original'?" It was interesting really. The negaverse officers seemed more and more just like normal people to her. She still felt his corruption in her very soul, but it was more innocent now.

Both just victims of the same magical war, on opposite sides.

A frustrated slump of the shoulders, defeated, confessions earned, the 'senshi inquisition' won.

"Mister Tenebrous... " He admitted and then added, realizing the name was unusual.

"My cousin named it... the first Tenebrous, now it's just... a tradition."

Let her thing that the Cousin was a boy, like him... not a girl, not Beth, he didn't want either side to have their claws in her.

"Scheelite will -honestly- be on the war path though, lord if he knew I gave you smoke pellets... if ANYONE knew. If they knew I was -talking- with you instead of... I don't know pretending I could fight I'd be...In trouble"

He rubbed the back of his neck, a nervous gesture.

"Scheelite means well..." he added.

"He's just... defensive"

She smiled at the boy next to her. Reaching out her hand, she opened it flat, revealing the bear on the inside. The sailor kept it there, waiting until the other boy took it back. It was his, after all, and she wasn't going to steal it. "I like the name Tenebrous."

She sighed. She hadn't had much interaction with her side, but she assume that it would be the same boat there too. "I think it would be the same on my side." She laughed coolly. "I can't really fight either, so its good to hear its not just me."

The girl leaned against the bench and looked up. The sky was mostly dull, but a star or two peaked through the light haze and shone down on them. "Our secret okay? I won't tell that we've talked if you don't tell." She probably wouldn't tell even if he did talk. That's just not who she was; Perseus grew up in a world of secrets and diplomacy. "Its good to hear you have someone looking out for you though. Scheelite sounds like a good person to have on your side; though I'll be doing my best to avoid him."

The senshi had a feeling that if they ever met up again, it would be bad for her. Very, very bad. It was something that Perseus did not particularly want to test her theory on. Her eyes continued to search the heavens, looking for her own constellation.

He nodded quiet agreement to the oath of silence. "Deal... besides... who knows what the future might bring. Maybe there are ways out of this if people are -really- interested in it. Maybe not but... you know."

He let his own eyes drift skyward.

"I book I read recently said "No mater what you think of a particular war, you have to feel bad for some poor guy ripped out of his life and handed a gun and sent somewhere to kill other guys whom have been ripped out of their lives, handed a gun and sent to do the same thing."*

He reached out and carefully took the bear back.

"That's probably the best summary I can think of for this... Fighting someone else's war. It's either keep doing that, I suppose, or make it your own, find SOMETHING to fight for even if your not sure about anything else."

His fingers curled around the little bear and he squeezed.

"Shame about the city lights, they make the night so dull."

"That's a good quote." She smiled, eyes still skyward. It was... peaceful, you know. Just sitting on a bench, oblivious to the fact that the charming boy next to you was supposed to be your enemy. It might change with time, but for just tonight, it didn't matter where the line was drawn.

"And a good philosophy as well. Maybe I'll find something I can fight for then." She let out a sigh. Judging on the fact that she was told they were evil, Perseus had to assume that Zinkenite wasn't a shining example of their values. The girl would probably find a reason to fight in the other members of the negaverse's wrongdoings.

"Found it." She pointed up to the sky, over to the left. It was faint, but still visible. "Perseus. That's my constellation." She didn't really know why it was her constellation, because it had never been explained. But her name was Perseus, so there had to be some kind of connection.

She clicked the clock out of her brooch and held it up to see the numbers. The little hands made her groan, it was late and she had a test in the morning. Clicking it back into place, she looked over. "I'm afraid I have to go. Early morning tomorrow. Maybe I'll catch you alone some other time Zinkenite, and we can talk again." She smiled before standing and smoothing out her skirt.

Her constellation, he wondered how important that was, perhaps he should ask.
"Minerals... and constellations, what an odd convention for names our war has." He chuckled.

He stood as she did and bowed again.

"Another time, with pleasure." He smiled and it seemed genuine enough as he slipped the small panda back into his pocket.

"Thank you, very much for company and conversation. These days such a pleasant evening diversion seems to be a rarity.
