Milk in general is bad unless you get raw milk straight from the cow.

Not only does it contain grow hormones, but it contains everything the cows eat, which is usually GMO grains with loads of pesticides among other things.
All store milk is pasteurized, which means they cook/boil the crap out of it until all the healthy nutrients and other things are no longer there and what is left is blood, puss and other gross things.

Everytime I consume any kind of dairy my body rejects it as fast as it can.

I suggest that if you feel the need to consume any kind of milk to try soy, coconut, or any nut milk. They are so much better for you and you get so much more calcium than cow's milk.
