I even made 2 new topic. plz check it out. i on everyday 2. but not on saturday or sunday. only sometimes. i bet you would do a good job, but thats just my opinion, neo might not want anymore crew members though, but of course i could be wrong well thxs welcome, i just thought i'd throw that out there and let you know what i think, its all up to neo to decide though. im a crew member now! awesome, like i said i knew you'd be good for it, and neo's trying different people out so don't let him down.

But like I say when I promote people, being crew is a job, not a prize. If ppl become crew and are like ok I'm crew now, no need to post or do anything anymore, that is a one way ticket back to being a regular member. lol I don't know if there is a limit to the number of moderators I can put on or not. I know I have seen a guild with at least 20 people modding so I know I can have at least that many if I want to. I am trying things differently in this guild than my other guilds. I guess you could say I am kinda experimenting with the different ways to run a guild to see which method is the best overall. Like my iCarly guild I charge 500 gold entry, my VJ guild is free but I hafta approve members, and this guild I am auto accepting. Also the modding is run differently at the guilds. I am trying something new here to let lots of people have the chance to mod in this guild. My original guild I started with, the iCarly guild will allow for crew members and VC's, however there is a VERY strict requirements a person must meet the requirements b4 they can be eligible there. At the VJ guild there is no specific guidelines set and its kinda open ended, if me and ninjagirl see someone really standing out in the VJ guild we may confer and elect to make that person a mod at our discretion. I will be sure to let u guys know the results of the experiment after I have more data. lol But I will tell u this much though, anyone who has proved themself to be an exceptional moderator here in this guild it will look very good on the application for being a mod at any of my other guilds. wink wink ---------------- Now playing: Son Of Dork - Ticket Outta Loservillevia FoxyTunessee? i was wrong, gaze upon this with amazement as you will never see it again. haha. yea thats good atleast your not a one trick pony running everything the same, aside from the fact that i'm not too keen on being a guinea pig i think the guild will do exceptionally well if the proper grooming of course. and yes nail, its super special AWESOME that so many people want to help out with the guild, it shows a real commitment to helping out, especially with neo whose running multiple guilds and needs a lot of help ( no offence to neo of course ) Ya, the way I see it, if I ran the guilds all the same, then what would be the point of having more than one guild at all? Might as well just combine the 3 guilds into one guild if I was goin to do that, eh? blaugh Being different from each other gives a good variety and gives each guild its own distinct personality, which is a good thing. 3nodding I'd say ur more like lab rats, and u guys seem to be finding the cheese just fine. blaugh rofl j/k j/k (or am I? ) razz Ur absolutely right... Now anyone (with the money) can go open up a bunch of guilds. But that don't make a hill of difference unless you take the time and effort and dedication to make each of them to blossom into a beautiful flower (pardon the analogy). If u open a bunch of guilds and don't put into them anything else they just gonna sit there and be gettin cobwebs and tumbleweeds blowin across them, its pointless. And it takes more than one person to make a guild into something wonderful. Each of you is contributing immensely to the success of this guild, and this guild is as much urs as it is mine, u know? And everyone contributes to the success of a guild, not just the mods. My iCarly guild would be nothing if t'was only me and Mia in the guild. No point in a guild at all for only 2 people. Might as well just PM each other or somethin instead. Well I guess the sum of this is thanks everyone for helping out and making the guild into a success. smile Demi would be pleased to see what we are doing. megadamasta yea you guys will probably get in if your active, thats what neo seems to be looking for in crew members And not to be a negative nelly, but those who think they can be active and then just disappear like a ghost once getting to be a crew and never hear from u again, are sadly mistaken if they think they will be staying crew for long that way. ninja dramallama Its one thing to talk a talk, and another to walk a walk if u catch my drift. Well maybe that is a bad analogy to use since talking is kinda what we do in the guild... sweatdrop confused Hopefully u get what I am trying to say though. burning_eyes Wish I could talk to u guys more now but I gots to go now. I will come post whenever I can. And don't worry mods if u don't post every day. I understand u can get busy just like me. Its no big, just do what you can to help out when you can do it. smile And with summer coming ppl may go for a week or 2 or something and that's ok and won't count against u. nailpolish23 A lot of poeple are becoming more active and i think the guild is getting more members. that is so nice and i'll be able to be more active yep and its all thanks to me ( + 100 points to my ego ) (congratulations your ego has leveled up! your ego has now become : whale sized ego! stat bonuses include: + 5 narcisism, + 25 sarcasm, and + 15 hatred of people with bigger egoes ) its because i went over to neo's icarly guild and invite almost all of the people from that one over here, its only been about a day since i did that and our numbers have more then doubled. so thats really cool, i'm glad i did it, the guild will be more active
