Amy even won WWII thanks to that last flying spitfire to be used as a prototype for more to be made and win the war in one night.
She never won the war.
The only war that was won in that was the one against the Daleks as far as protecting the human race goes. Even then, that wasn't even her, she just suggested that they use the smarts of the Android to come up with a solution. In all technicality it was the combined effort of the Android, the fighter pilots and the Doctor who did that.
