Skye was on his guard, with a little luck he managed to dodge the confuse ray.
"Nice try Panther!" She smirked, Skye had been getting a little better. "Ok Skye, good job! Use thunder wave!"
The little Pichu smiled ans emitted a wave of electricity that was headed straight for Shadow.

"Shadow, use Night shade!" Panther called to the pokemon. "Don't get a big head yet."
The wave came and as it was released, Shadow sent a wave of purple energy at the pichu. Shadow didn't try to move out of the way and took the shot electricity sparking around him.

Skye took the hit directly, grimacing in pain. He gritted his teeth and his cheeks started to spark.
"I am not!" She blushed, embarrassed that she even thought she getting full of herself. She took a calming breath and focused on the battle. Cal already knew what move he wanted to use, just might as well go along with it. "Skye, use Thundershock!"
Skye ran up closer to the Gastly, sending out a bright spark of electricity.

"Shadow! Take advantage and use lick!" panther called.
Shadow however was dealing with the thunderwave still, paralyzed. He couldn't move let alone open his mouth to lick the pichu. He took the thundershock and winced a bit more.

Cal sighed in relief that Shadow wasn't able to move with Skye so close to him. "This is you're chance Skye! Use sweet Kiss!" Cal knew that her would be even more vulnerable closer to the Gastly, but she had to take that chance.
Skye was one step ahead, seeming to like with Cal. Maybe all this misbehaving was in the past. He ran up closer to Shadow puckering up his lips with a cute look to kiss him.

"Shadow! shake it off and use nigh shade!"
Shadow at first looked confused and then gave the pichu a lick across the face in responce to being kissed.

Skye stumbled back in a daze. That tongue had gotten him again. "Gross..." It was nothing like how Shade did it.
"Pay attention Skye! Use Thundershock again!"
He went to move, but found that he was Paralyzed.

panther couldn't help but chuckle, they were bother paralyzed now. Fighting half crippled. "Shadow! Night shade!"
Shade tried to put out the attack but was unable to move.

"Well this sure is a predicament." She laughed, rubbing the back of her head. "Skye, try a Thundershock again!"
Skye emitted a low growl, willing himself to move. His cheeks sparked and letting out a spark of electricity at Shadow.

"Shadow! nightshade!"
Shadow forced out another nighshade and even after being zapped by the thunder shock. He was starting to look weak, tired.

Cal fidgeted, anxious to get Skye to take down Shadow. "Give him a thundershock!" She regretted having such a weak move pool for him, but with him not training it didn't help to fix that problem.
Skye was knocked back again by Shadow's night shade. He sparked, but wasn't able to use his attack. He couldn't move.

Shadow nodded and gave his best to get another night shade attack out there. He was not paralyzed this round. Bearly. he managed to aim it at the pichu once more.

Skye was hit with the Gastly's night shade, then emitted a spark aimed at Shadow.

Shadow tried to send out another pulse but was paralyzed. Instead he took the hit from the shock but wasn't out yet.

Skye wasn't paralyzed this round. He panted and sent sending another spark at Shadow.
