The hardworkingTrainer Kazune sends out his Venonat. "Don't worry, I learned good sportsmanship. I hope you did too!" Kazune looks over to Venonat to see if he's ready to make their first move. "Venonat, I want you to use Signal Beam straight at that Houndour! Venonat obeys the order and launches a rainbow-colored beam at Houndour. Bayleaf - Spheal - Venonat

"Houndour, dodge and use Double Team." The Houndour dodges and then makes multuple copies of itself. "Flamethrower, now!" The Houndour eargely complies and sends out a stream of burning flames from behind you.

The hardworkingTrainer "Quick, Venonat use protect! Venonat immediately surrounds itself with a shiny battier that protects itself from the flamethrower. "Now use Signal Beam again!" Venonat launches a rainbow-colored beam which made Houndour's Double Team disappear. Bayleaf - Spheal - Venonat

The hardworkingTrainer "Venonat, counter the flamethrower with your Sludge Bomb!" Venonat releases a multiple of small sludge-like bullets at Houndour. It made a slight explosion when they countered. Bayleaf - Spheal - Venonat

"Ha, your Venonat is strong but is it strong enough to take on more?" The trainer sends out another Houndour. "Houndours, use Flamethrower in turns." The two pokemon start to take turns using their Flamethrower attack.

The hardworkingTrainer "Not fair! Venonat dodge it then use disable!" Venonat quickly dodges the Flamethrower and uses Disable. "How do you like that hm? Now you're blocked from using your Flamethrower. I hope you have other attacks that would actually impress me." Kazune reaches for a pokeball and releases it. Well, that wasn't expected. Probably a Team Midnight grunt trying to get more Pokemon for their experiments. Michael walks pass Kazune and kneals down to check over the Venonat. "Hm... no major damage, but there is a small burn here." He points the spot out to Kazune before pulling out a Full Heal and taking care of the damage. "There, that should take care of it." Michael smiles and pats the Venonat on his head, his smile fading quickly as he turns to Kazune. "You should have sent out your Spheal first, you and your team would have stood a better chance and it would have ended faster." He sighs and pats the Spheal on his head before standing back up and walking down to the port. A shadow slowly forms beside Michael as Rennis escapes his pokeball and walks beside his master, punching him in the leg occasionally to get his attention. Michael finally looks down and smiles. "You're more than welcome to ride on my back Rennis, you know that." Rennis shows off his large smile and climbs onto Michael's back, where he slowly fades into the darkness until only his smile and eyes remain, staring back at Kazune with malevolent intent.

The hardworkingTrainer Kazune felt guilty for being careless about his Venonat. He was just thinking of making Venonat stronger, but instead he made the poor fellow suffer. "I'm very sorry Venonat." Kazune quickly returned Venonat and Spheal into their pokeballs. He looks up to Michael and was about to say something, but he was punctuated by the big smile of Rennis, Michael's Gengar. Kazune was about to compliment Rennis, but he decided not to. There is something about Rennis that makes him shiver. Bayleaf - Spheal - Venonat [[ I'll be as careful as I can rofl ]]

Michael walked silently until he reached the port town of Aessea and got to the Pokemon Center. "Just a check up to make sure everyone is healthy before I get on the boat to Sefern, Mrs. Joy." Michael smiles slightly as she complies and takes his pokeballs into the back room. He sits down in the waiting room and, noticing a magazine with an aritcle on himself, decides to read while he waits. I wonder what they're telling them about me this time. A few minutes later he hears his name being called and heads into the back room. "Yes?" He asks, wondering what the trouble might be. "Your Zaftneer appears to be malnourished, have you fed him lately?" Michael sighs and takes a large piece of meat from his coat and tosses it to Thanatos, who eats it greedily. "They're always hungry, I feed him on a schedule and he's satisfied with it. Michael says this carefully, as not to offend her knowledge of Zaftneer's but to also make her aware of how this one is treated. "When we travel, he does have less time to eat, but while we're in a town and stocking up on supplies, he gets to eat as much as he wants." Mrs. Joy looks to Thanatos and pats his head. "Your other pokemon are healthy and I hope you enjoy your trip to Sefern." She smiles cheerfully before turning to go take care of her other patients. Michael smiles at his Zaftneer. "You always have the nurses worried, don't you?" Thanatos stands up from where he was laying on the floor and nods his head slightly before gesturing for more meat by pulling on his masters coat. "Ok, I know, but first we need to get the others and then go stock up on supplies, agreed?" Thanatos nods slowly as he lets go of the coat and follows Michael as he gathers his pokemon together, Thanatos remaining outside of his pokeball as they walk outside.

The hardworkingTrainer Unlike Michael (who was being a good example for other trainers), Kazune was being careless again and hurried over to the boat. There was a line, but it wasn't really long though. Kazune grabbed his ticket and got on board. He entered his room and saw two beds. "Either I'm supposed to have a roommate or I just got lucky." He got unpacked and waited until the ship moves. While he waits, he releases all of his pokemons as he polishes their pokeball. Spheal rolls on the floor. Venonat plays with Bayleef's leaf. Bayleaf sits patiently on the other bed. Bayleaf - Spheal - Venonat [[ Why aren't they posting T^T They're totally missing the fun! ]]

Thanatos looked around anxiously as he waited for Michael to come outside with the food and other supplies. When Michael finally came out, he was greeted by an open mouth that was waiting to be filled with meat. "Heh, rather impatient today, aren't we?" Michael throws a few of the larger slabs of meat into Thanatos' mouth and puts the rest in his coat. "If you want more, I suggest you go hunting. The rest has to last until we at least get to Sefern, got it?" Thanatos nodded before standing up and going to the forest. "Hold on, Eseld is going with you." Michael takes a black and blue pokeball out of his coat and releases the Dark Articuno. The two pokemon looked at each other before each nodded and headed into the forest. "Remember the rules, no approaching, attacking, or eating of trainers or their pokemon." Both look back and nod before disappearing among the trees. I'll go make sure they have an extra room so I can be alone with my team. Michael turns and walks over to the docks and after a short argument with the captain and a flash of the League Pass, Michael gets his own room and is soon after greeted with smiling faces from his two returning pokemon. "I take it you had a good hunt." The two pokemon nod while some blood drips from their mouths. "Good, now let's get you in your pokeballs before we board. I don't want you two to be considered too violent for the ship." The two reluctantly return to their pokeballs and Michael boards the ship. Let's see....ah, here we are. He thought to himself as he searched for and eventually found his room. He opened the door and saw that he had been tricked. Really tempting to let Eseld deal with the captain, but...I won't. Michael sighed as he looked into the room and saw Kazune and his pokemon. "At least it's big enough for my pokemon to be out as well and none of them be cramped." Michael moved pass the other bed and took a sleeping bag out of his coat, laying it on the floor before he let his pokemon out. "Don't mind the blood, they just got back from hunting." He said as he cleaned the blood off of Eseld's beak and from Thanatos' claws, more to Kazune's pokemon than to Kazune. Leyla layed down on the sleeping bag and watched as Jericho went to Michael to get the checker board for him and Addie to play. Michael handed it to him with a small smile and told him that he should be black this time. Rennis disappeared in the shadows and a scream was heard a few seconds later in the next room, then the next room, and the next. Rennis reappeared a few minutes with a smile on his face. "Rennis, you're too good at causing havoc sometimes." Rennis smiled even bigger before going over to watch the checker game and wait for his turn.

((I like that part about being a good example to other trainers. XD And yeah, they are but it's probably school.
It's a good thing I'm writing a story, this is a good part to include. ^^ You have a really good sense of what their life is like together, one big family.))
