"Are you sure, every otter needs to eat, even if they were a helmet." he stated. He hadn't met anyone one that couldn't eat.

Kimberly giggled, "I ate earlier and I'll eat again later. The guys will probably be starving by the time I get back." She thought of explaining the whole secret identity thing but she didn't want to think he wasn't liked or trusted. Why did everything have to be so complicated?

"Ok, I'll be back....or, you can go if you like, I don't want to keep you here or anything." he stated. Before he could look embarrassed, he hopped off the rock into the water below with a small splash, diving under quickly to hunt down a crawfish.

"I'll wait," she decided. Once he had dived into the water, she stretched out and wondered what she should do. She was tempted to do a little fishing of her own but then she didn't want to waste fish she couldn't eat at the moment. Then again her method would probably raise a few brows. She giggled, humorous as it would be--it was definitely a bad idea.

Speed was down under the lake for a while, stalking after the hiding crawfish. Finally catching a big one, he pushed off from the bottom and his head splashed out, gasping for air. The 'bug' wriggled in his paws and he bit at the head to kill it before swimming ot shore.

"It looks like you caught a good one," Kimberly commented after squinting her eyes shut. The killing of food often made her girly girl side come out even if it was rather silly.
"Do you live near here?" she asked.

He was a bit surprised to see her still there, but he floated on his back to eat properly. When she asked if he lived close by, he nodded, "Yes, not too far, my den is a bit away from the river." he explained.

"Would you mind if I let the Blue Ranger know? I'm sure he'd like to run into you again," she nodded. Perhaps even as Billy, she thought to herself.
She hopped off the rock, "I should be going. It was a pleasure meeting you, Speed. Enjoy your meal!"

"Sure thing, tell him I said hi and he can come over whenever he wants. You too!" he said, waving a paw.

Kimberly gave a nod and waved, "I will. Good-bye, Speed!" The Pink Ranger turned and headed off in the direction of the den she shared with the guys. She grinned, sure that Billy would be happy to know she'd met his friend.
