Neely opened his mouth then closed it. "That's a good point." he finished munching the chips in his hand then sat up and dusted the salt off his paws. "Well I play video games a lot, read, listen to music, pretty standard. I clean up around the apartment when Great Grandpa and Grandpa get distracted. I can cook a little bit, not much."

Inibi nodded to everything Neely said and listened intently. She knew it was just mostly small stuff that would be easy to remember, but she wanted to be all ears. "Well that's a very interesting list of hobbies, and an admirable bunch as well." she beamed and swayed her feet.
"So apart from all of that stuff, what else do you do? Do you get outdoors and play in the trees?"

Neely shook his head. "No, not really. Not really much for the outdoors and stuff. I mean walks are fun, but I don't think I'd ever like camping or anything." he said poking at the sour cream with a chip. He chuckled and fluttered his wings. "I don't think I've ever actually used these things." he said with a laugh.
"What about you though? What sorta stuff do you like to do? I feel so boring just talking about myself."

The alien ignored his question by referring back to what his previous words were. "You've never flown? Why? If you were given wings then you should use them."

"Sure I can" she smiles deviously and slinks off of her stool, trotting over to the door. "Use those wings, and maybe then I will answer your questions"

Neely snorted and gently flicked his wings hovering off his chair and over to the femme, managing to hover her as she walked. "You mean like this?" he teased before landing right in front of her. "I think you owe me some answers now." he grinned.

Inibi rolls her eyes playfully. "Yeah..just like that" she chuckled, but her face turned back into a frown when he asked for answers she'd been purposely ignoring. "I..Don't like to talk about myself...it makes me feel..very selfish" she says as her markings flush pink in embarrasment

Neely raised an eyebrow. "Why should it make you think that?" he asked. "Its not selfish to divulge information about yourself when people ask. In fact its more rude to never answer a personal question than to talk endlessly about yourself." he said.
He smiled at her benignly. "Besides I'd like to know more about the fascinating female before me."

Neely let his own ears droop and moved closer to Inibi and nuzzled her playfully. "Its okay. We all make social faux pa's sometimes. But learning from those mistakes is what's important. Its how we learn and grow." he smiled at her. "And it takes two to have a conversation, otherwise you may as well go talk to yourself in a mirror."
He considered for a minute curling his tail around himself. "I know you don't know a lot of things, like where you come from and stuff, but don't be afraid to share the things you do know, you never know, maybe you'll find someone who does know where your from, and the only way you'd find that out is if you shared what you knew about yourself. So you see talking about yourself isn't a bad thing, especially if someone wants to know about you." he said staring into her eyes.

Inibi cracks a small smile on her face when she hears him comforting her "Thank you. I greatly appreciate your support" she said before deciding to give him a quick lick on the cheek. She wasn't sure why she did it, she did even know she did for a moment, but rather felt she was watching herself do it.
"I wish I could tell you more, but there's really nothing I know that you haven't already seen"

Neely blushed as she licked him. "Uh...ah..." he laughed nervously before looking back at her. "You're more than welcome." he finally got out.
He fidgeted before looking back at her. "Well, how bout where you live? Do you live with others or all by yourself? What do you like to do in your free time? Favorite food? Color? Books? Movies?" he asked eagerly. "Because...I'd...I'd...I'd love to take you to dinner and a movie..." he said and then blushed darker realized what he'd said.

The alien wagged he tail as she thought about all of the things he had asked. She really hadn't a clue as to what she enjoyed doing, she just knew that she did stuff by impulse. "Well I know that I live in a Police Station with a bunch others, but I don't talk to them all that often. As for everything else..uh..I'm not sure"
She is further surprised that he asked her to do something with her. "It would be a d-d-delight and an honor" she said feeling a bit more nervous and her markings flushing pink once more.

Neely nodded listening to her. "That sounds interesting. My aunt lives on a base sometimes, but she's in the military, so that explains that."
He grinned. "Well we could always start with the basics, pizza, bread sticks and salad. That's always fun and interesting. Its amazing what you can put on pizza and still have it taste awesome." he said. He watched her blush and sighed a bit. "Your really cute when you do that." he said dreamily.
