"O-oh," Cabriole blinked, tilting his head slightly to the side; he didn't understand what Rock meant completely, although he understood the need to take small steps. He then nodded, breaking into a smile at the nudge. Maybe now now or anytime soon, but he couldn't help but feel that he might understand it better in the future, when he's older. For now, he would continue to do his best to practice.
The colt then noticed how much time had passed since he left his herd, since the sky was turning a different color. While not dark out any time soon, he knew that now is not the best time to stay out too long... His godfather might start to worry, after all. Ever since his sister ran away from home in search of their mother, the adults seem to be more wary.
"Rock, I have to go back now," He nuzzled the stallion's shoulder, barely able to reach it, "My godfather might start to worry about me... But I'll see you again soon! I still have a lot to learn from you after all!" He chuckled before bowing his head and then running off, back in the direction of home.

Rock couldn't keep from frowning and putting on a pair of puppy eyes. He didn't want the colt, his newest pupil, his newest friend to leave.
"You are right," He said nodding, also noticing the time that had slipped by them undetected, "We both ought to get going. It was a pleasure meeting you Cabri! I hope we can sing some more together. I love teaching." He laughed and hugged the colt closely, "Good luck with your practice!" And he also took his leave back to his teepee and waiting friends.
