clones nin-dog, more depending on strength
Katon: Ookami-Hi no Jutsu (Fire Style: Wolf Fire)
ninja does hand seals and nin-dog releases fire attack from mouth. power lvl varies with power of user

Taju Oodami Ka-Bunshin no Jutsu - DENIED - too similar to original beast cloning...and multiple clones would mean basically Kage Bunshin of the beast clone...
Katon: Ookami-Hi no Jutsu - DENIED - In order for a nin-dog to even have a fire attack, it has to be of the dog's own powers...if a ninja does the hand seals, then the chakra is focused within the ninja himself/herself, and thus he/she would have to expel the flames manually...Jiraiya cannot tell Gamabunta to expel flames no matter how many handseals he does, but he can tell Gamabunta to expel oil, and he sets it on fire, which is totally acceptable.

for ookami, its not like bunshin has never bin used on other things, for example shurikan kage bunshin
and of course the attack isnt like anything before it, its a personally made up jutsu
but anyways, ill find a different justu

for ookami, you might as well just use the two jutsus, and it'll be the same effect, so a new technique with those attributes would be pointless...
It is a new attack, and that's appreciated, but dog and nin do not share the same chakra system...thus, a nin performing hand seals to focus chakra would not be able to control the concentration and focus of his dog's chakra...

could i do that ookami hi once i am a higher level? at that point an inuzuka would have such a connection with his nin-dog

only if the dog is in some way connected to you, such as if the dog were sitting on your head, your body would thus be in close enough proximity to sync with the dog...but syncing chakra is not an easy task, so Chuunin level minimum...

A technique the causes weeds to sprout from the ground and capture the nearest living creature. The weeds attack like a boa constritor, squeezing on the victim as the muscles tighten and lungs exhale. Requires the user's blood.

Sounds good, was expecting that. I was gonna have it as just an upgrade of another jutsu (Vine Ambush) but two different techniques make it easier to grow stronger.
For stages, maybe it reaches higher. So to start, it goes as far as the knees?

chakra control-
allows the user to add chakra to any muscle in his body that he happens to be using.
can i use this jutsu. as an acadamy student it would not be as powerful but it would help. and asi got higher i would be able to put more chakra into each hit.

DENIED as a Custom Jutsu
-1st off, it's not actually a jutsu move...secondly, just about every nin has the power to strengthen themselves by imputting just a bit more chakra to one part over another...it all depends on one's skill at chakra manipulation...For example, Sakura is able to use chakra very, very efficiently, and thus, this may be a source for her unhuman strength...thus, even though academy students have some skill at this, it is very limited until probably a Chuunin level where the unhuman strength shines...
btw, your member profile seems good for now, but spelling errors are present...such as "benshin no jutsu" and "hieght" which should become "bunshin no jutsu" and "height"

Alrighty, I'm back! Time to get back to business.
1: Tharivol, no, both are permanently denied.
Oodami: Not happening, the Inuzuka's power comes from the bond of the ninja and the dog covering for each other's weaknesses by working in tandem. Not making the dog into a ninja by itself. Which won't happen.
Ookami: Your dog is intelligent, and once you reach Jounin-level, can speak and perform highly complicated tasks. BUT IT IS STILL A NORMAL DOG. >_> No special animal attacks, those are reserved for demons onry.
2: Maiden, the denial on both Shugorei stands.
Oborejime is too complicated for a Chuunin to use without substantial self-risk. Genjutsu isn't as easy as most people seem to think. Jounin-level, but you can use it at Chuunin level as long as you make sure to emphasis the high risk of falling into it yourself, but being unable to break free of it so easily. (The user of a Genjutsu creates the situation in their own mind first, and therefore is far more real for them. That's why the Tsukyomi is so powerful, it draws the victim into the Genjutsu that the user creates in their own mind, instead of imposing a weaker version in the mind of the target)
Seishiga: Denied. It's already a jutsu, it's been used in the series. Just take it as a normal jutsu and you have no problems.
3: Hi Shattered.
Doku Gasu: Elaborate on what kind of poison it is, and how your character can withstand their own poison, since this jutsu is normally reserved almost entirely for puppets alone.
Rebirth: Denied, this is a custom jutsu unique to Tsunade. You'd have to train with one of her descendants who actually knows the jutsu, or find one of her scrolls. Neither of which just fall out of the sky, and would be difficult to obtain.

I have tinkered with this a bit.. Is this acceptable? I have used the attack once in battle already with the effects limited to being physical (which is where I plan on keeping it for genin level) and the more gas that Kaida produces the more it wears her down...
Poison Gas (Doku Gasu)
The user breathes a large amount of Posion gas from their mouth, and anyone the breathes it in will be instantly Posioned. The poison effects first the physical body wearing it down making the poisoned sick, then at stronger levels the poison effects the chakra flow of the person constricting it and/or stoping the use completely. User can keep from being poisoned by consuming a plant found exclusively in a forest guarded by the Hidden Grass Village. (learned as Genin and perfected with gained rank)
Plant Clone
Much like the water clone or shadow clone, but the plant clone is a copy of the user with physical form and can fight for a brief period of time (the clone has no where near the health as the user). Best used as a spy or a double the plant clone is connected to the user mentally, but also cannot stray far. As the technique becomes better with rank distance increases and so does clone strength.
Chakra Enjintou
A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on.
- Kishibari no Jutsu
A Genjutsu technique where the ninja appears to vanish before their opponent's eyes, and then induces the idea that they have been caught and bound from behind by a large tree, which the ninja then emerges from for a swift kill.
Mokudon: Jyukai Koudan
A Mokudon (wood type) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses their chakra to create the sapling of a great tree, and then continues to use their chakra to feed the root of the sapling. It grows, twists and winds through solid obstacles, and wraps around the ninja's enemy.
I don't plan on using many of these anytime soon... but I was looking at my profile and realized how few attacks I have sad ack... well try to get back to me on these. Thank you much.
