"No, you're really not." Branwen giggled and grinned widely, getting a bit excited as he turned to look under the bush. He hadn't seen her glance at the rock, as far as she knew anyways. He may have beat her at hide-n-seek, but she was going to beat him at this game, she was positive of that. Shaking her head, the filly pranced around a bit, circling around Cael and peeking under the bush with him, "Nope! It's not berries either. Two more guesses and I'll give you a hint."
She pulled away from the bush and stared at Cael expectantly. She wanted to know what he would guess next. So far, even though they had been wrong, his previous guesses had been quite amusing and she was certainly tucking them away for future use against her family when they would next play this game. She was going to stump them with these items just like she was going to stump Cael with the rock.

Cael made a grim face and then smiles. "Well I still have guesses!" Looking round, slowly turning in a circle looking for something else round to be wrong about. His eyes scanning carefully needing one more wrong answer, finally noticing an acorn on the ground by his hoof. "An Acorn?" Nudging the large nutlike seed and looking over at her with a inquisitive smile.
Knowing he was still wrong, though he was trying to decide if he should guess right at all, wondering what other round things were around that he could pick. Still smiling at her while he tries to remember if there were any other round things about that he could pick, other than the rock. Waiting quietly to see if he had been right, still smiling at her.

"You're still wrong~" The filly replied in a sing-song voice, now thoroughly convinced that her friend would never guess the correct object. He was getting closer though; at least this time he had guessed something similar in size to the rock and both objects were lying on the ground. Who knew, maybe with a few hints he'd finally figure it out.
"Just one more guess, then I'll give you a hint. But I'm only giving you three hints! Then I win the game." Branwen couldn't resist giggling again, just a bit giddy at the thought of winning. It was something she rarely got to experience since her sisters were far too aggressive to ever let her win at any of their foal games.

Cael grinned despite himself, not caring that he was loosing, she was having so much fun and that is what mattered to him. Making sure that he was not grinning when he looked back round to her again. "Aww one more guess... Ok I really need to think hard." Walking around again, not going far, needing to find something else that was round other than the rock. Finally after allot of looking he finds an apple that must have rolled into a bush off of a tree not far away. Nudging it out with his foot and looking over at her. "This apple is round, is that what you spied?" Knowing it wasn't but he was running out of wrong answers, he was probably going to have to guess right with her first clue, unless he could find something else that was round.
Watching her, enjoying how happy and excited she seemed to be, finding loosing more rewarding than winning at the moment.

"How could I have spied something I couldn't even see? That's just silly, Cael!" She was simply having far too much fun in stumping Cael, it was just so wonderful to be playing a fair game where she wasn't getting battered around by her sisters. And now, he had made all his guesses and it was time for her to give some hints; she wasn't sure if she wanted to actually give him hints that would help him, eventually, figure it out or if she really wanted to win this game. In the end she decided to be fair and give him the best chance to figure out what her object was.
"So now I have to give you hints! And your first one is..." She couldn't stare at the rock to think of a good hint, so she did her best to imagine it in her mind. It was round, which she had already said, grey, kind of rough and certainly hard. There were three hints she could use right there and hopefully they weren't so easy that he would guess it right off the bat, but if he got it after a little thinking that wouldn't be so bad, "It's grey!"

Cael's ears drooped as his head lowered a little, playing up to her playful chastising, sitting down, his rear on the ground with his stumpy tail, his front legs still straight. Not exactly a comfortable pose but add to that the lowered ears and head and it looked kinda cute and daft for a full grown stallion. He stayed like that listening as she decided what hint to give him, seeming to be paying rapt attention to her, not that he was faking it, but it stopped him looking at the rock in question.
Almost groaning when her hint was that it was grey, not sure how many round grey things there could be around here. Getting to his feet again and looking around now that he had another clue, though he was more racking his brains for a wrong answer, though the more he looked around the more impossible it seemed to be able to guess wrong one more time. Feeling a little bummed as he cant see anything that was grey and round other than the rock he plays up to it, his hoof knocking it as he stumbles. Looking down at the rock, taking time to assess it... Round... check.... Grey.... check... Looking at Bran his expression excited. "Is this it? This rock thing here its grey and round!" Hating that the game was over but he had run out of ideas for wrong answers.

Branwen couldn't help but laugh loudly at the strange way Cael had sat himself down on the ground. She had never seen another Soquili sit like that and she could see why now, he looked absolutely ridiculous, and a bit uncomfortable as well. She was half tempted to mimic his pose just for the heck of it but she wasn't so sure she could manage without getting her long, awkward legs tangled up in each other. She would just have to settle for giggling at Cael and possibly attempting it later when no one was around to witness the possible failure that would follow.
Watching him as he stood up and looked around for a wrong answer she suddenly realized there really weren't any other round, grey things other than the rock. Had she made it too obvious? She had...With a wince she admitted defeat once again, "You got it~ But that was an easy one! I'll stump you next time!" She gave a determined grin, though inside she knew that now that their game was over she would have to go back home and their fun would be over.

Nodding and bouncing a little pretending to be excited that he got it, though he didn't act like a foal for long. Soon he just smiled at her, a little sad that the game was over but he nodded. "I'm sure you will and I will definitely have to play you again." His expression friendly as he walks over to her. "Would you like me to walk you safely home?" His expression a little worried, never feeling comfortable about leaving foals alone in the forest, more than happy to walk her home, or at least as close to it as she was happy for the company.

"Yes, please!" Branwen wanted any excuse to keep Cael around longer; she simply didn't want their time together to end. But she knew it would, so she'd just have to make the best of the short walk they'd have back to the willow that her family lived near. She did have the promise he made to look forward to, though. They would have to part ways soon, but at least she had his promise of playing with her again one day and she would hold on to that until they met again. With a bright smile, she looked up at the stallion, "Thanks for playing with me, Cael."

"Your very welcome." Smiling at her as he moved to her side, walking along beside her at a slow pace, letting her lead the way, more accompanying her than leading. He was glad at least that she had let him make sure she was home safe, smiling still. The walk was not a long one, but he stopped and looked down when they reached the tree. "I will see you again soon." His eyes warm and friendly, waiting while she ran off to her family before he turned and walked back to his own home, thinking of eating on the way.
