Personally, I was never a fan of the "glittery" gif banners, but this particular one isn't overbearingly annoying, however, the text is somewhat hard to read.
The "quote" and the information about the Journal on your profile seems out of place to me. It seems squished in between the image and the Tank.
I won't add the tank into the ranking, due to the fact that it's not a "Rate my Tank" it's a "Rank my Sig" section. :3c I will say, nice Tank though.

Very nice Avatar, it matches well, and has a theme throughout it. It seems a little... Simple though. For a "Cosplay Avatar" I'm sure you're not cosplaying a certain character, but are going for something sort of like a cosplay, of a Troll I assume?
To be honest, it scares me a little, only because I don't like those types of things, but I didn't let that effect my score.
Profile Rating :: 6/10
I'm not a fan of long Profiles that you have to scroll down for a decent while. This Profile wasn't the WORST I'd ever seen, but it was a bit of an annoyance.
The Comments section on the left hand side was a personal problem for me. I'm extremely OCD, and I prefer the comments section to be in the middle.
Other than those two things, it's a great profile, I usually don't like the music starting up automatically, but I had a chance to pause it before it started.
Overall :: 7/10
Note for whoever does mine ::
Could you simply rate my Avatar, rather than Signature and Profile, seeing as I don't have a Signature, or very much of a Profile?

Your layout was made by gaia and all those images [including your background] were probably made by someone else. The only way you can truly make your own profile is if your an extremely skilled coder.
Sorry, shouldn't be complaining. But i've heard that a bunch of times before, it was starting to bug me...
