Eve Nyla GUESS WHAT! WE GOT THE NAME! its NEO-PAGAN! Neo-paganism isn't a religion. It's a term that refers to any number of new theological traditions that aren't Abrahamic in nature. At a stretch you might argue to the exclusion of the Meso-pagan traditions because of their origins. But British Traditional Wica, Standing Stone, Correlian, Church of All Worlds, Frostian, Discordia etc... all of these are Neo-pagan religions.

Eve, you and your friend have a lot to learn. And that's okay. Time to get started.
Since Neo-paganism isn't a religion unto itself, what kinds of things would you like to learn about?

It is not completely different from paganism, it is merely a more specific label. But bye, I suppose.

Eve Nyla well I am glad I know the name Except it isn't a name. Quote: , and I dont care what you all say Fluffy. When you actually decide that you want to grow as a person, rather than turning a bad game of Dungeons and Dragons into a Religion, come on back. Quote: but yeah... I think Im gonna leave since this is a pagan guild and neo-pagan seems to be something compleatly dif... bye bye everyone You haven't been reading. Paganism is a Supergroup. It includes Meso-Pagan, Neo-pagan and Paleo-Pagan traditions. Each of these groups include numerous religions within them. I listed some Neo-pagan traditions. Meso-pagan traditions include Vodou and the like. Paleo-Pagan traditions would include ancient Kemetic, Hellenic, Celtic, Teutonic, Norse and other such traditions.

It never truly loses, at best you just wear it down until it decides to take a nap.

Small comfort. Fluff Covens usually implode. So, barring them messing with the local geomancy, calling something up they can't put down or more likely, a Mr. Dark run a muck, it shouldn't last too long.

It honestly sounds like a typical pre-teen fantasy attempt at 'witchcraft' - barring the previous mentions, I give this a year tops before brother at the head of the so-called coven gets bored and takes up x-box instead.

The problem with doing a haphazard job of developing spiritual autonomy is that when you develop actual autonomy, that which is haphazard falls away. I'm slightly concerned about Eve, but at the same time, it's a bit of Spiritual-Survival of the Fittest.
