"No, I've never seen him. We're not entiirrelly sure the Modeity actually lives inthe lake, but we're pretty sure it's affecting it somehow. 'Cause it definitely should be frozen." Echo smiled to herslef as she peered into the steel -colored water.
"I've always wanted to go swimming it," Echo chuckled. "But we're not sure what's in there, you know? There's fish in the river--" she nodded down to the lake's source in the distance"--but we've never really seen any in here. Water's too dark." She cautiously tapped the tip of her tale into the icy cold water, watching the completely-normal ripples form in their wake.

Shock nodded, watching the ripples curiously too, half afraid that a gigantic squid or something would pop out and eat them for the little tap. Unconsciously, he edged away from the edge, just a little bit.
"I think I'm okay on going swimming," Shock said with a laugh. "Dark water like that kinda gives me the creeps,"
