Maion was filled instantly with love and happiness at her words and couldn't help himself as his nuzzled her affectionally. This day had turned out better than he could have ever imagined. He had already told her that he loved her so felt he didn't need to say it again, instead he just enjoyed her warmth and acceptance once more.
Taking a deep breath he moved away from her relucantly and looked to the little foals, way too much energy for this early hour. "Well.... you are inquisitives little ones aren't you. I guess we will have lots to talk about as we walk to see your Granddaddy!" He smiled at them and tried to remember some of their questions, there were so many that he was struggling.
"Lets see.... Io -right?" He cocked his head a little to look at the one called Io, "You're hair will grow and one day it may be like mine, but as Elijah knows its a pain to keep twig free." Elijah wiggled in his mane and popped her cute little nose out at the mention of her name, she was sleeping and a little groggy as she appeared, and as she saw the foals she soon snuck back into the mane once more -children where far to energetic for her liking. "As for wings and horns... thats just the way of things, I will teach you all about that but it may take a little more time than we have now."
He hoped that would satisfy her for now. His eyes turned to the ones called Mal and Chan, they where very pretty -like their mother.

Chandra didn't ask much as she watched, it seemed her sister had pretty much covered everything that needed to be said.

Sengdroma relaxed and sighed a breath of relief as Maion nuzzled her. She had longed for his touch again, she had missed him. She stood there silently as he took to his children.

"Elijah?" just then she saw the small creature move, she squeaked and tried to nose through the mane, but there was just too much to find the creature in, "What was that?!" she exclaimed. "Chan, did you see that?" She turned to her sister, then to her brother, then back to Maion.
"Grandpa's? You're going with us?!" Io was excited to meet the herd, though she was sure nothing would beat meeting her daddy. "Yay!"

Maion smiled to Io, and nodded, "As long as Moon -I mean, your mother doesn't mind." Something told him if he had asked that question mere moments ago it would have a been a no but now it was more likely to be a yes.
He smiled as he felt his familar wriggle in his hair and the excitment seemed to rise up in his foals. "Her name is Elijah, and she is my good friend... a fox." He loved Elijah and still owed her for all the help she had given him since they met.
Turning his attention to Chan and then Mal before finally reaching Moon he finally felt complete. This was his family.

Chandra smiled at her Daddy's words and as the little fox poked her nose out and hid again she gasped and nodded to her sister Io and exclaimed, "I want one!"

Seng: She watched as the foals gathered around their father with smiles and eagerly fired away questions. This..this was the life she had been hopeing for. She looked to Maion and nuzzled his neck gently, "Of course you're coming...."
She paused for a moment and looked to Maion with her playful expression, "You the -I'm- telling my father about this?"

Io: She watched as the fox disappeared back into the mane of her father, her voice chirped just after her sister, "Me too! I want one too!" she sided up next to Chan. "Can we all have one?"

Maion nuzzled into Sengdroma warm embrace, he was so lucky that she had taken him back, and that she was openly accepting him once more. If she wanted him beside her still then he would be there -until the day that she sent him away.
"Telling your father...." he gulped a little, he had spent many a day with her father, helping and defending his lands. He had even told him of leaving her to train but this.... how would he react to this? He could only imagine, and gulped as the horror of what could happen overwhelmed him. He whispered in Moons ear, making sure to keep his voice low so that his children couldn't hear him. "Do you think he will kill me?"
He looked to his children before speaking, "You never know my little ones, one day an animal may pick you as their keeper. If that day comes you must treat them kindly." He smiled to them. They where only young but he knew they understood him.

Chandra chirped and wiggled around her sister Io happily. "I wonder if there are other ones?"
As her father spoke she nodded enthusiastically, "Of course Daddy!"

Seng: She laughed at Maion's question, "You think -I'm- going to tell him? That's your job, Pops." she nudged him and paused for a moment, just long enough to let him ponder on it, "No," she whispered and laughed, "He will be excited about it. He loves grandchildren."

Io: "Other ones!" her ears perked, "I want one to ride in my hair too" she looked over to Chan, "Don't you want one to ride in your hair?" She looked over to Sengdrama, "Momma, can we have one?"

Maion gulped again, it was as he suspected she was going to make him tell Scythe -oh boy that was a conversation he was sure he would get killed for later on, even if he was happy about it all. Maybe he should try and avoide being alone with the old man for at least a century or so? He gave her a soft smile and nuzzled her again, if this was part of his punishment for hurting her then he would take it -and more besides. "I hope so" he mumbled before looking to very excited children once more.
"Calm down little ones, its all up to your mother anyway." He looked up and winked at Moon, that comment would at least save him for a few moments, though he was sure the questions would be directed at him once more soon enough.
He looked to Io. "You will have to grow your hair first." He smiled softly at her before looking to Sengdroma once more.

Chandra chirped at Io's question and then wiggled her rump as she moved towards her mother and gave her the 'puppy dog eyes' that Sofiel had taught them all to wind their mother up. "P-P-P-Pleeeassssseeeee" She fluttered them a little with a sad look on face.

Seng: It had been many months since she had last seen her parents, she knew that grandchildren would come as quite a shock to them...But, she also knew that they would be happy. "Don't worry, I'm pretty sure you're safe, Love."
She looked over to the foals, then back to Maion, "Come on, we don't want to wait too long to make it to Grandpa's!" She motioned for the foals to follow in line.
"Yes, yes. One day you will find one that likes you...but you must be patient." she looked to each of the girls.

Io: "Yay!" she exclaimed. "Chan, we'll get one too!" she bounced a step then took off prancing in front of her parents. "Come on, Come on! I'm ready to see grandma and grandpa!"

Looking to her sister Io she smiled and nodded. "I wonder what we will get! Maybe we should start hunting when Mummy lets us out of her sight?" He little ear wings wiggled on her head in happiness as her white toothed smile shone through her black pelt.
Chandra chirped happily and looked towards her mummy, "Really?" Her tail wagged behind her as she got into line behind Mal. "Off to Grandads... off to grandmas..." she sang with a skip in her step as they travelled towards the herd land and her new home.

"Good good" Maion exclaimed as he brought up the back of the line of his children -plus from here he had a nice look of Sengdroma's rump.

Io: She looked over to Chan, more excited now, "Maybe Grandpa will have some!" she trotted a circle around her sister, then looked back to her parents, "Do any fly? Can they fly with us? Does your's fly, Daddy?" she trotted back to face forward so that she didn't whack a tree.

Seng: She just laughed as she watched the children ahead of her, listening to their questions and excitement. She looked over her shoulder to Maion, "Don't sound too excited," she laughed and smirked at him. Slowing her pace a bit so that she could walk by his side. She talked softly so she wouldn't interupt the foals enjoyment. "I missed you, Maion..."

Chandra skipped towards her sister, tail wagging softly and her little ear wings fluttering with excitment. She hoped her sister was right, she was so curious about everything that they would find in the herd land, their mother had spoken so highly of it afterall.
Would there be trees to hide in? Rivers to splash in? Plenty of fruits to taste and eat? Would the other herd members want to play with them? So many questions and so far no sign of an answer.

As Sengdroma spoke to him Maions heart fluttered and he leaned over to caress her cheek and give her a soft kiss before speaking in a low voice, "I missed you too Moon." Words couldn't describe the hell he had been in since she had gone and now that they where here -as a family- he couldn't help but feel whole again. He had to be the luckiest stallion in the world. Rich with all the good things in life, and most importantly he had her -now he just had to show her how much she meant to him.
Already planning to make her his forever he had a scene depicted where he would ask her to be his one and only mate. He had not been looking for it, and despite his mother not approving, he didn't care. It had happened, love had struck him so hard in the chest that it left him breathless.
(Just to spead things up a little XD)
It didn't take them too long to reach the all too familar land that was her fathers herd. His heart raced despite her reassurances he was still nervous about Scythes reaction.

Io continued to laugh and play with her siblings, she was excited to finally be on her way to the herd lands. She paid no attention to her parents as they talked.

"I...I was afraid you had left me forever, Maion. I was so mad at you..so hurt," she spoke softly, she had not told the foals of the situation or her thoughts of Maion. She had not wanted them to think poorly of their father, even if she was afraid they'd never know him.
She turned and looked down the path, they were nearing the lands. "Are you ready?" she smiled and laughed. Her father kept a keen eye on the lands, it wouldn't be long before he spotted them.

Scythe's ears twitched and set on alert, he heard unfamiliar voices...foals it sounded like. He slowly walked to the edge of the clearing, watching a path that lead directly into their herd lands. There was laughing and taunting, he smiled to himself. It sounded as though the foals were having one good time of themselves. He wondered who was traveling through his lands today.
The wind was blowing slightly, it carried a familiar scent. He could smell his stallion friend, Maion, strongly. There was a softer scent..."Sengdroma?" he smiled, her training must have been finished.
It then dawned on him. Why would Sengdroma and Maion be traveling with foals?

Maion looked to Sengdroma and nodded, a sudden blockage appearing in his throat as he found it hard to breath and hard to think. Please don't kill me, was the only thought that seemed to settle in his mind. He looked towards the opening and Scythe was already clear in the distance, his figure was large and intimating still.
He watched as the foals jumps and leaped towards their grandfather, perhaps they where clueless towards his great power? Or maybe they simply knew they had nothing to fear.
When they where nearly close enough for Scythe to hear he glupped, turned to Sengdroma and said, "Well unless he kills me I shall never leave you again unless you order it of me." He gave her a smile then the softest and sweetest kiss, "I am sorry for hurting you, I can only hope one day you will forgive me for that."
Then as Scythe got closer he managed to speak only one word, "Hello." He smiled, but it was obvious it was forced due to his nerves.

Chandra skipped forward and as a figure appeared ahead she turned to look at her mother before chirping, "Who is that Mummy?" She looked to Io before giving a cheeky grin fluttering off the ground for a moment before saying, "Race ya!"
And with that she ran as fast as her four legs could carry her towards the figure, although her mother hadn't said it yet she knew it was someone from the herd.

Mom hadn't said stop so Io started her little legs going as fast as she could, "Hey, no fair!" she called out to her sister that had already gotten a few paces ahead of her. She could only assume the person in the distance was friendly, but then she had never met a bad soquili yet. "Wait up!" she laughed as she charged after Chan.

Sengdroma's ears flickered as she saw her father's figure in the distance, she looked over and whispered to Maion, "Don't worry, you'll be fine.." she turned and took to a trot towards Scythe, "Daddy!" she called out to him.

A smile broke across his face, it was definately his daughter, but who were these foals? He watched as they raced towards him. His eyes caught their horns and wings...then their markings. "Sengdroma?" his head tilted as he watched the foals coming even closer. They had the markings of Maion and Sengdroma..were these his grandchildren? Why had Maion not told him? Why had Maion not been with her?! He had many questions for the couple when they arrived closer.
Until then, he watched the foals as they drew near. "Come on little ones! Make it to the finish!" she called as he spread out his wings to make the finish line.

Maion watched as Sengdroma's entire body seemed to light up at the sight of her father ahead, and although he was happy their short trip was coming to an end his heart was still racing with nerves. However as he watched his two daughters flutter and race towards a complete stranger he was struck with how trusting they where -he would have to try and teach them of the darkness in the world at some point, but he didn't want to scare them. What a challenge that would be.
He looked once more to Sengdroma, love beaming within him -how had he managed to live all those months without her? But he knew the answer, he hadn't really lived simply exsisted.
As they drew close to the tall blue giant before them he bowed his head softly in respect and spoke his name, "Scythe." He knew Sengdroma had teased him about telling Scythe about his children but he was hoping that he could delay it a little sure that the old stallion was smart enough to figure things out for himself.
He took a step towards Sengdroma and nuzzled her gently, he could feel the strength that pulsed through her veins, the training looked great on her, and he realised he hadn't actually told her that yet. Leaning over to whisper in her ear softly he said, "You look amazing by the way." He planned to tell her every day how much he loved her, how much he adored her body and soul. She was the most precious creature in the world to him, but as he looked to his three children he realised that they all were.

Chandra skipped and ran as fast as her little legs could carry her, her wings wiggled and fluttered in the gentle breeze despite her inability to fly -perhaps her father could teach her?
As the stranger before he called out to her she chirped, turned to look at Io and stuck out her tongue. "Catch me if you can sis!" She laughed a little and headed towards the figure whos giant wings where spread out like a finish line, his wings seemed just as large and power as her fathers, yet he was blue like her Mummy -was this her grandfather??
Finding herself distracted and looking up at the figure before her she failed to notice a large bumpy rock lying in her path. Her hoove caught it, knocking her off balance as she plumetted to the ground face first. In an effort to save herself she tucked her head into her body which caused her to roll in a ball before she finally stopped in a heap on her back. Feathers covered with dirt, hair tangled and a bewilded look on her face. One sound escaped her little lips as her eyes started to water, "Oww...."
