Azrael shifted uncomfortably as the conversation turned to his guardian. "Ah... My mom? She's... ah, nearby," he replied, ears lowering a bit as if he sensed trouble right around the corner.
"Fishies are pretty," he said quickly, bringing his tail up so he could hold it and pet the little pumpkin on the end. It wasn't hard to tell he had snuck off by his shifty appearance.
"Don' tell mum? Kay? Wanna stay, not shop elsewhere in borin' places," the little demon explained, hoping the man would tattle on him like Cody did with him when he was younger and before he, well, got into major trouble.

Jude couldn't help but grin, seeing how mischievous the child's intentions had been. Though he knew exactly how it was, having been one to frequently sneak off himself when he was younger, and even especially into his teen years.
"Alright, it can be our little secret, alright?" he said with a wink as he shifted Nihm's weight on his shoulder while the child cooed at the bright colors of the fish, obviously enjoying himself while his father helped cover the little pumpkin boy's scheme.
"You can stay and look at the fish with Nihm and I if you'd like. Though you'll have to help me entertain him." he said, introducing his child who seemed quite occupied already. "By the way, what's your name anyways? I'm Jude."

Azrael merely grinned, the same mischievous look on his face he always had returning in an instant. "Course. An' I can do that. Had t' look after my sister when she was wittle," he replied, releasing his tail so it could wiggle happily behind him.
"Hm? M'name? Azrael. Azzie for short," he said, slowly getting used to the nickname Aenira had given him, even going so far as to let others call him by the rather childish name just because it was somewhat easier to say. "D'you have a brother?" Now that he thought about it, Jude looked a little like that one guy... Damon was it? Yeah, that guy that got his lights punched out by Ary at the end of the ball the other day.

Jude smiled, help was always highly appreciated in his world. Raising a child was hard, and though he enjoyed every minute of it the boy might be able to satisfy Nihm's craving for attention.
At the question Jude raised an eyebrow, "Why, yes I have a brother. His name is Damon, you know him?" how odd, for such a young kid to realize something like that.
Seeing the tiny pumpkin on Azzie's tail Nihm's eyes grew wide and he stretched his arms in an attempt to reach it. He giggled, grabbing at it.

"Kinda. Was at a party Ary had. Only way I knew he was there was cause Ary kinda-" Azrael suddenly stopped, jumping a bit as Nihm grabbed his tail. He held back the urge to yank it out of the kid's grasp, telling himself the kid just liked it for the awesome pumpkin on the end.
"Er... Ary kinda punched him. Caused a fight, was funny t' watch," he continued, moving closer to Nihm so his tail didn't get stretched out or anything.

It took Jude a moment to register exactly what the young boy was telling before he busted out with laughter, "Oh wow, really!? I guarantee he deserved it, I bet he was flirting again. Oh Damon, you never learn." he said, wiping tears from his eyes at the expense of his brother. Because of his father's reaction Nihm giggled and clapped his hands, letting go of the other boy's tail as he kicked his feet with joy, "Yes, your uncle getting beat up is funny Nihm, isn't it?" the guardian laughed before remembering that the kid was there, "Er... I mean... fighting is wrong son, you shouldn't partake in such barbarity." he tried to catch himself, but was quite sure it hadn't worked.

It was a slightly nervous Phillip that handed over his son to the other boy for ' dancing'. "Be very very careful" he cautioned. Then again Nate was incredibly light given that he was one an infant and two lacked the great amounts of flesh and fat the average baby had.
Nate just cooed, yeah dancing.

Azrael just laughed. "T'was pretty funny. An' if you say so," he replied, grinning the entire time. Jude acted nothing like Damon, well, as far as he could tell anyways. Damon was more of a flirt and hot shot, Jude was far more mellow and fatherly.
"So... I think we can decorate fish tanks..." he muttered, changing the subject back to something more related to where they were located.

Eve spotted a few others coming into the shop and smiled, excusing herself to go say hi. She couldn't dance, but she was curious about the newcomers, the one with the child as the same age as her. She walked over to where they were looking into one of the tanks.
"Hi," she greeted them.

Bailey leaned up against the side of the fish tank to bee-bop around to Riya's song. It's head snapped up when the troll spoke, and slowly it shrunk back into itself. "B-b-bai...ley."
Lo could have face palmed. Honestly! Shyness was cute to a point, but she wished sometimes Bailey could be a little less frightened.

Riya smiled, flicking his tail a bit. "Nice to meet you b-b-bailey." he said cheerily, not making fun of the stutter but more singing it. Like how one might say p-p-p-pokerface.

Bailey tilted it's head to the side and gaped slightly. The weird kid just got weirder, but the fae liked what it heard. "Do you...do you like music?"
None of it's other friends showed much interest, but it had hope, oh it had so much hope.
