So I'm going to try my hand at creating a description. I'm going for the Warehouse and Docks.
Warehouse: Well guarded and maintain, the Warehouse District holds the good of not only Merchants, but also the great Houses. Storage hangers, small inns, and wagons are common here. Crates being loaded and unload, grunt of effort, and wagon wheels often hid the secret meetings in empty hanger of fallen Merchants.
Docks: Beware of ropes, cranes, and sailors when passing through the Dock. This section of the city is know for the harsh and rough folk that hold the ground. Its an excellent place to find rough and fight ready taverns, easy whores, and gambling. This is also a place where many thieves guilds are placed, though they meet all around the city.
Okay, so they suck. Don't sue me for trying. I also have other motives for giving the descriptions. I kinda want my character out of the normal places.

No problem, I really had alternative purpose. With more space, comes more place to get jobs and find those who have them.

Just a quick question Vala my good man.. exactly how powerful IS Druugiir's defences? just a vague statement will do.
I'm guessing somewhere between "Make you explode in a delisiously gory blood fountain with a mere blink" and "Unleash the flames of a thousand hells upon you for merely thinking of dropping by uninvited" am I close?

Magical defenses are very powerful, Val'atar has had decades to perfect them after all. Physical egress is less so, but the design of the estate makes it near impossible by any means other than flight and thats restricted due to a magical field that prevents all flight, levitation or such within the walls.
Impossible, no.. improbable.. yes. Add to that the myriad of traps, spells, wards and undead soldiers that are littering the entire estate.. upper and lower, its not exactly gonna be a easy break in.
Does that answer the questions or do you want specifics?

So.. things are kinda slow of late. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to make the city better or improve game play?

L' usar ssussun piwafwin...Um...I'm not really sure. You could go on a killing spree? That would add some excitement...or not. Or maybe we could have a thief's war. No one actually has to play a thief, but there would be...dead bodies found. And stuff. Okay...so not such a good idea. Personally I don't know. I know that there is tons of stuff, for me down here. But the higher you are the less there is. Plus, no one is around to play. Which is a bummer for you, since you are a higher up. And wonderful for me since it allows me more freedom to control the news of the city. I think I have an idea! Though I'll have to work it through better. ...l' oloth d'lil isto.

L' usar ssussun piwafwin...Yeah murder! There is no greater way to spice up you roleplay then killing tons of people for no reason!! Though Llmryn, there would have to be a reason for the killing. Or atleast a reason why it would matter. ...l' oloth d'lil isto.

As for why? Llmryn is coming into a great deal of power, that is a great reason for me to let him loose. But his reason for killing, there is many different reasons.
Madness Feeding Joy of it Creating fear More power
And many more.
