[.Forever Me.] Victum Soul MagisterofJesusChrist I don't listen to H.I.M alot, but like wikipedia said, they changed many things about their band to not be asspciated with the occult and satanism, they tried to get rid of that association for a reason, cause they arn't evil.... stressed they did because that way they trap more people... jeez use your common sense, and God's logic there was an amzing artcle about this in some magazine that i read. Ville was pretty into it and was referancing it a lot. but like you said Victum Soul its true, but its just so irratating because they are so close minded, im always open to broadening my musical tastes and learning the true facts from others that know more about the subject than i do. I dont want to be misinformed and i can take it when i am wrong. i just wish other would shut up and listen (to put it bluntly) *nod*

I don't believe that anything in and of itself is "evil", especially a picture or symbol. Symbols can mean different things to different people. I grew up in a church where we were told that the peace and yin-yang signs were evil, now as an adult I don't believe that to be true. As far as I am concerned the heartgram is just HIM's logo, nothing more.

I grew up in a church where we were told that the peace and yin-yang signs were evil, now as an adult I don't believe that to be true. Remember, the truth is the truth wether you believe it or not... i agree, an upside down cross isnt a friendly interpretation of Christianity its ment in a derogatory way. HIM may have used a "evil" sign and changed it into their own but it was originall bad.

Victum Soul [.Forever Me.] Victum Soul [.Forever Me.] i read an article in a magazine about Ville Valo on Satanism and stuff he seemed pretty into it and he did say the Anton LaVey's work was boring. Anyway who cares, h.i.m. is a crap band and in ABSOLUTLY no sence of the word metal. Love Metal is a title they gave themselves and is not a genre. talk2hand I said it before, and I say it again crying heart crying MARRY ME!!! crying heart crying any time any place!! im just so happy someone understands my point of view! what is with this plave and all the MCR and H.I.M. loving??? i dont get it half of these people dont even listen to real goth bands. Indeed. But besides that, young people think they've seen it everything, and they won't understand when someone is warning them. *shrugs* let them experience it on their own then. hey I'm young and I listen to warnings.
