I've been singing in church choir and stuff since I was 4, so when I got to Elementary school I was so excited for my music class. Mr. Ackles focused mostly on Vocals and Percussion and he was absolutely amazing. He recommended for me to audition for the top choir when I went to mid-high and I made it!!!! Singing is my life, but it's the people along the way who helped me stay in it.

I joined choir because I wanted out of Art class, and had to choose another class to fill in that period.

I wanted to be in choir originally, but couldn't because of band sad

I did it because of the Musicals. My mom is a teacher, and she is good friends with the Drama director at her school, so I always got to see the musicals at her school. So I guess I wanted to be onstage too. Thats why I did I guess.

Well, I've been involved in music almost since before I started talking. My father's entire family is like this music dynasty... everyone assumed that I would love music - and I really do - so I sort of fell into place. It took some time, but by 5th grade I was finally confident enough with my voice to join a formal (school) chior. I've been in it ever since, and now I'm really having fum with it. All of my directors have been a HUGE inspiration to me. Mr. Brumley, Mrs. Gabbard, Mr. Tyree, Dr. Stegner, and Dr. Pridle are all amazing people who have been nothing but supportive, and they all just reinforce my conviction that I should be a vocal music director when I'm 'grown up'.

I feel that it is a gift given from God and that I should use this gift to change the world, one person at a time.

I joined because I've been singing for as long as I can remember and I love to sing... and when they offered it in third grade, I was so excited and I joined.

I love to sing. It's my life.

I just started chior this year because I wasnt aloud to last year but I signed up too late when they already knew the songs and I was too late so im aloud to go to practices but im not aloud to try out for the solos until next year but thats okay cuz im scared anyway and need to gain some self confidence first so i might get singing lessons over the summer brake also I joined chior because I love to sing and music is my life and I wanna sing when I get older and stuff like that so I just need to get over the fear of being in front of people and not care what they think
