Madame de Sousa BitterFantasy Madame de Sousa I think I'm at a plateau right now. sad hey, it happens to everyone. Don't let that discourage you. smile .today is the end of my first week which im proud of.plateau could just mean you lost fat but gained it in muscle.my friend plateau for 2 months but she looked amazing muscle had been replacing the fat. Personally, I think I lost my weight a little to fast so I'm hoping it doesn't come back... 6lbs in 3 weeks. also it seems like you skipping meals which is not good. i see breakfast missing on some of your days lately.eating in the morning helps your metabolism.eating more smaller meals is better than eating fewer bigger meals.6 pounds in 3 weeks isnt fast at all...thats actually considered healthy weight loss. anymore than 2 pounds a week means your body isnt only losing fat.

ohmygosh belly dancing! biggrin asdjhasdgf that's so awesome.
I have ALWAYS wanted to be able to do that but I can't get my belly to move like everyone else can (so it seems). Even my boyfriend can make his tummy do the wave-thing (undulate?) and I can't. xD He's a better belly dancer than I am. ;_; haha.
That is really cool though, and it's awesome awesome exercise for your core. How long have you been doing it? You should put up a youtube vid! biggrin

I fail at weight loss and life I truly want to lose weight but I just cannot stick to it No wonder why I haven't lost weight in 3- 4 years since I put all of it on.
I gave up chocolate, soda, and energy drinks for lent but I tend to replace them with just as bad of stuff bagels and ice tea....
Ich bin crying

Ok sweetie, you do NOT fail at anything. This is only a minor set back. Everyday is a new day to start and try again, if you feel that you have messed up today, there is ALWAYS tomorrow to try again and be on your way. Those items that you gave up for Lent are good things to help you start, especially the caffeinated ones. Remember, no food is bad for you as long as it is eaten in moderation. Think about it, even water can kill a person if they drink too much of it, but just the right amount will make you healthier. Please believe in yourself as I and the others in this guild believe in you.
