Solaris---Aire---Chase

Solaris is flailing uselessly in his new cocoon.

Aire pursed her lips in mild annoyance as she watched from afar, her eyes narrowed into barely visible slits.
She hated bugs. She didn't fear them, but they bothered her greatly.
And they were icky. Female logic demanded that all icky things cease to exist, so when a Caterpie toddled up and latched onto the end of her gown she reacted accordingly.
By raising a leg and Jump Kicking the damn thing into oblivion.
The Caterpie soared through the air like a little, wormy, torpedo before smacking into a large tree.
Aire lifted a hand to calmly brush a stray strand of hair behind her ear.
Like stated before. She dislikes bugs.

Chase starred at the insult and proceeded to get wide eyed and tearful at it.
Well, until the web came out of nowhere and pinned him to the ground with a startled yelp.

The Ariados pressed his face to the webbing around him and fired off a series of String Shots!

Raziel---&---Jean-Claude---&---Siggy

The Cranidos stood up, shaking his face and slapping his cheeks after Jean-Claude had saved him.
Alright, now he was ready to fi-..
And now he was pinned to a tree.
Flailing about, Raziel tried to get out of the sticky web.
"I NEED AN ADULT!" He cried.
Siggy was coating two Scizors in a Lava Plume, rather brutally maiming them.
Looking over at Jean-Claude, he shivered a little.
"Yo, uh... Don't tell Jazz I did that, a'ight?"
Rolling his eyes, the Lopunny Jump Kicked a Wurmple through the Web, taking out the Bug type and dealing a little bit of damage to the Web as well.

Katara && Spade

Katara and an Armaldo were doing their best to disembowel each other. Both Pokemon were well armoured and very well armed, wielding deadly natural weapons. Eventually Katara finally managed to overpower her opponent and drove the razor edge of her wing between the cracks of the Armaldo's armour.

Spade was avoiding the actual enemies like the one Katara had fought and was happily picking off the weaklings. He Icebeam'd a Butterfree from the air.

Katara went for her next target, a Scizor who was lurking up in the trees, stalking the guildmembers below. The Skarmory hopped up onto a branch. Her bulk was a liability in such cramped quarters, but a Minimize later she was small and agile enough to weave her way silently between the branches, leaves and vines. The Scizor couldn't react until it was too late- Katara let out a loud screech right up near it face, stunning it.

The Skarmory then crashed into the steel-bug type and proceeded to start pecking the life out of it.

Spade made his way towards the web, and sent an Ice-beam at the web. The attack struck it and froze strands of webbing, but did not pierce it.

Azra

Needless to say, Azra was more than a little bit alarmed when a strangely familiar Chimchar landed on her companion. Granted, he was a very unwelcoming and angry companion, but she refused to call him anything but, unwilling to refer to him as an enemy or opponent.
"You killed him!" The female snapped accusingly, her voice laden with horror. "He was a Bug-type, not a mushroom! You didn't have to step on him like that!"
She didn't approve at all of the violence, but her anger faded quickly as she realized he hadn't done it on purpose. It was foggy; he hadn't been able to see anything, let alone the Caterpie. He'd probably just followed her...
"I'm sorry, too... just try to be careful!" She admitted, though her voice had a hard edge to it.
She crossed her arms, jutting her hip and looking at Devlin expectantly. She'd been talking to that Caterpie only moments before, and it's sudden death before her eyes was, in the very least, disturbing. She hadn't watched anything die since the first time she'd ventured out with the guild, and, at the time, Zori had had to come to rescue her. Though her aunt and parents hadn't been pleased, she hadn't been scolded, already traumatized enough.
"...How did you get here so fast?" She hadn't noticed him behind her at all, and, in fact, until he'd crushed the Caterpie she'd been talking to, she hadn't known he had even been there. Had she really relaxed so much? "Where's the rest of your team?" She didn't see his Piplup partner anywhere...
She ran a hand through the fur on her skull, looking both distressed and confused. She was going to need a nice, steaming cup of tea after this was over, and possibly a warm blanket to snuggle into. She wished she hadn't had to come here in the first place, but it was better than hanging around and listen to her mother lecture Locke on how he disrespected their father twenty-four seven. They all knew Locke didn't like Raven; couldn't they just move on already?

Epitaph-Saileithe

Sai was prepping another Ice Shard assault on a nearby Paras before yelping in surprise as the force from the web sent her skidding a few feet onto the ground. Frontside up, the Glaceon clawed at her confinement what best she could in her few seconds of fear. When she settled, the webbing was coated in a thin film of ice.
Epitaph was standing over her downed daughter protectively rather quickly. It was too thick to claw through and she was scared to try out of fear of hurting Sai. The Flareon growled lowly as she stood before looking down at Sai as she spoke.

"I'll be fine. Just help the others get this over with." Well. True. Nothing would bother with her like this. Maybe. Hopefully.
Epitaph nodded slightly as she moved away from Sai, then dashed off at a Pinsir. She jumped out of the way of it's horns as it attempted a Vicegrip and grabbed into it's side with a firey bite, pulling it to the ground. Epitaph quickly pulled her head to the side, tossing the Pinsir, then followed up into a Quick Attack into a Kakuna. Easy knockout.

Raven was about to leave his perch when he realized that if anything this position was much more beneficial in both keeping a close eye on his daughter and creeping up on his opponents. Why did she have to still be hanging out with that boy? Surely by now she had to get the hint that her parents didn't like him all that much; maybe they should get more vocal about it... Especially if her presumptions on his heritage were correct.

"Err, I hitched a ride."
Devlin wasn't about to give much more explanation to his arrival after he was questioned if it seemed that he wasn't exactly noticed in the first place. At least they were off the topic of his 'murder' now...
"Well..."
The Chimchar was in the midst of explaining the next question presented to him when an alarming amount of weight came over him from behind. Soon enough he was pinned face down on the ground with a peculiarly large Skorupi on top of him, readying its stinger with motive to bring it down on the exposed head of the Fire type. It would be rather easy to turn himself around and burninate the damn bug but he had just been scolded on his last actions, what if this angered Azzie more? Uggh decisions that did not need to be made at the moment.

Expecting to at least hear Chase's blubbering from a distance, Blight looked back to his partner with confusion, only to find a sight worthy of the distraught that was about to follow.
"CHASE!"
A worried yelp heralded the Buneary breaking out into a sprint towards the barely visible silhouette of his teammate submerged in a cocoon of spider silk that practically overwhelmed his entire petite body.
"Please be alright.."
He began to show signs of emotion himself as he knelt atop the encompassed Ralts and began to tear at his binds with paws, teeth and any other means he had; the material was rather strong though...

Solaris---Aire---Chase

Free of his bindings, Solaris prepared to leap into action!
Only to be hit with another String Shot.
"GOD DAMMIT!"
Aire rolled her eyes. This Espeon was truly a worthless excuse for a guildmaster...or even a Pokemon in general.
He'd make a better hacky-sack than anything she figured.
[That theory would be tested later~]
She calmly raised an arm to Focus Blast a Venomoth that had begun to soar at her, away.
This was more of a minor hindrance to her than a fight for the sake of the world.

Chase's only response was more loud sobs, he didn't want to be eaten by a spider! It sounded both unpleasant and scary as hell!
"Get me outta here!" He wailed, flailing his arms in a panic and possibly bopping his team mate on the head in the process.

Another round of String Shots from the Ariados!
If the other Bug Type were defeated the guilds could focus primarily on the web!

Azra

"DEVLIN!" She screeched in alarm, instinctively diving at the Skorupi from the side. Her Quick Attack drew her closer with surprising speed, and she slammed hard into its heavily armored body. It tumbled away from Devlin with a screech to rival hers.
She staggered backward, gripping her shoulder in her hand with a grunt of pain. Arceusdamnit! She hadn't been expecting the bodily armor to be so thick or tough, but at least she hadn't actually hurt it... She just had to keep Devlin safe, that was her goal.
She stood protectively at Devlin' side, silently urging to him that he regain his footing as fast as possible. She wasn't prepared to fight this fight; not at all.
It fired a Poison Sting, the attack narrowly missing the pair of young Pokemon, as Azra gripped the Chimchar's fur and Teleported them a few feet to the side.
"Hurry, get up!" She told Devlin with an impatient snap, already lunging forward to defend her, hopefully uninjured, friend.
An Aura Sphere met halfway with a Crunch, the aura-based attack striking the enemy's face, and stalling its approach.
She couldn't help but take the second to glance back at Devlin, worried. "Are you oka-"
The Skorupi came at Azra quickly, more so than she'd expected. It's great claws slashed a Cross Poison, striking her in the stomach before she had a chance to react. She went flying backward into the ground from the strike, letting out a sharp scream of pain, cutting off her question entirely.
Her body curled instinctively, and she thrashed, swiping an arm around and hitting the Skorupi hard with a Counter attack. A distinct, shimmering golden aura was visible around her hands, her crimson eyes glowing brightly.
The Bug-type staggered back, and escaped in the other direction, too damaged for further battle.
Azra let her head fall back with a groan of pain, the aura fading fast. Her body burned strangely, and she didn't know why. She hadn't recognized the attack that the Skorupi had used on her, but it hurt!
She rolled back onto her feet, swaying dizzily into Devlin, who by this point had risen to his feet. "Unnnngh...." Was all she managed. She'd never been struck before; pain was not something she was accustomed to, and the continuous, fiery agony that was spreading through her body was no exception.
Cross Poison was obviously as toxic as its name implied; she had been poisoned.

Era & Ethfael & Riley

"This place is kind of creepy..." Riley muttered, looking about the clearing that the Gardevoir's Pschic had recently cleared. Even with most of the mist gone, the visibility was not very good. As Ethfael had mentioned, it seemed to have been aptly named. As the Ariados appeared and commenced wreaking havok Riley gulped, "Is that what we're up against?" When he recieved nods from his companions he steeled himself, preparing for the fight to come. The Ariados was rather menacing, he had to admit. Not to mention he found spiders very annoying.

"Let's take care of some bugs," Era said with a wry smile, "We have to get to the Ariados too, so we've got to break the web!" They sprang into action quickly, their conversation being broken up by a pair of Pinsir, which simultaneously attacked with X-Scissor. Ethfael was on them before they were prepared, his Extremespeed knocking one to its knees and startling the other considerably. He was quick as a flash in aiming a Dragon Rage at each one, quickly finishing them off.

Riley stared in shock at the short work Ethfael had made of his opponents, and then grinned, his spirit prepped to fight. He turned to face a nearby Beedrill, hitting it with a Quick Attack, followed by a Take Down to hit it out of the sky. The Beedrill retaliated with Twineedle, piercing Riley on either side with its needle-like arms. Riley winced as it drew blood but he gave it a Bite in retaliation, stilling it at last. Ethfael aimed a Dragon Rage at the web just as Riley dealt the finishing blow, hitting the web to break off a few of the upper strands.

Era had dodged out of the way of Ethfael's battle, and now the Pikachu scanned around the battle for another place to help out. A Foretress seemed to be eying a pair of Pokemon toward the edge of the fight. One of them, a Riolu, was rather familiar. Era found her thoughts taken back to an earlier mission when she had looked after that same Riolu in the cave where a stone Milotic had fought the Guild as they searched for the Elixir of Light. The girl was clearly older now, and most likely wouldn't remember her, especially since she had evolved, but all the same Era couldn't just stand by and watch it attack the younger Pokemon.

Era raced forward, using a Quick Attack to aid her speed as she sought out her target. The Foretress was getting dangerously close to the two, and Era was beginning to get nervous. With a final leap, she jumped over it to land in front of it just before it reached them. Electricity sparking from her cheeks, Era stood her ground, unwilling to let it pass. The Foretress was unfazed it seemed, and it fired a Mirror Shot at her, causing Era to wince as she was momentarily blinded by the light. In retaliation she aimed a Thundershock back at it, which stalled it for a moment, which was longer enough for her to ready herself for the next attack. This of course was when she noticed what had happened to the pair while she'd been distracted.

"Arc'dammit!" Era muttered. She hurried over to the two, looking at Azra with concern. "What happened?" she asked both of them, keeping a close eye on the Foretress, it seemed to be paralyzed, but then again... "Please, Azra, what's wrong?" Era looked at Devlin too, the same question echoed in her eyes since she didn't know the Chimchar's name. She only needed to know what was wrong and she would help.

Epitaph continued running about, shockingly hardly exhausted although being able to throw fire everywhere sounded far easier.
She jumped at a low flying Illumise and tackled it to the ground and thrashed her tail against the ground to get rid of a Wurmple.

Javs

Javs remained where he hovered, growing rather bored with it all. If he'd bothered looking over at Aire, he most likely would have seen the same expression of unenjoyment. The ground dug in slightly a few feet away from the two Gardevoirs, a Sirskit met it's demise.
"Shall we explore the Kingdom later?" Might as well start conversation.
Javs turned his head toward the Ariados' cover. It seemed to be taking little attention. He hit the web with a weak psychic force.

"s**t!s**t!s**t!"
Raven found himself strewn against the side of the tree he had been on all the while; mainly his chest and upper limbs being coated in the sticky silk that held him firm in place. Immediately proceeding to flail his untouched legs wildly he managed to break the tree branch below him that once held him up but now the spider silk was doing a fine job of that on its own. The Lucario remained hanging there in a practically crucifixion style position as more horrors came his way; he watching on as his daughter commenced with what seemed to be a barely victorious battle. Why the hell didn't that Chimchar help out?! Uggh, how he hated being this useless.. The Lucario still continued to struggle to the best of his ability but it wasn't getting him far.

By the time the Chimchar gotten to his feet, he found himself holding up one rather injured looking Riolu. Who was actually holding up who was up for debate at the moment but with a limp arm around Azra it was enough speciousness to excite screams from a nearby tree.
"HEY! YOU! STOP THAT!"
If it wasn't for the fact that the much larger Lucario was tied up at the moment, Devlin would have sadly listened too and let the poisoned Pokemon fall to the ground without question. Alas that wasn't the situation though and there was much more important things than a ragefitting fatherly Lucario.
"A-Are you alright?"
He asked in a panicked voice, having no means to help the Riolu as the poison took hold; Devlin feeling a lot more weight pressed upon him while he gained strength himself. His question was totally useful with the whole nearly passed out Pokemon leaning on him and lingering poison effects obvious. Just then a Pikachu arrived on the scene whom seemed to know his companion; this seemed good enough to him to consider the new company friend over foe. Then again there was also the possibility the new face brought along enemies of her own... Either way this seemed to be the only ray of hope on a deary situation.
"She was uhm, hit by a Cross Poison from a Skorupi"
He explained without really much else that could be added to the scenario. The Chimchar wasn't exactly sure how situations like these were handled; he knew that Azzie's team had a healer that usually took care of these things but she wasn't exactly present. Maybe he should have paid more attention to Cassy when she tried to explain to him the different natural medicinal plants that could be used to cure all kinds of poisons and other afflictions.

Meanwhile, having nearly completed his task of unwrapping Chase like a stubborn Christmas present, (Not that the Riolu probably could have teleported out at any minute or anything) a sudden pressure on his back causing him to lunge forward, leaving him face to face with his teammate. Alarm only rose from there when he pushed back against the force and came to realize that he was now webbed himself, a thick glob of the material having been reinforced atop of Chase also binding him in as well, awkward positioning and all. Without outside help it looked like they would be stuck for awhile and how the Buneary hated the feeling of the gunk drying into his fur.

—¤÷(`Nadia & Luke ´)÷¤—

User Image

Nadia and Luke walked through the dense jungle. It was hard to see thanks to the fog. The Lucario hurled a very tiny Twister to clear the view a bit. The Twister disappeared near where the other guild members are. Nadia begun to trot towards the crowd. He trotted as well to catch up on her so that he won't be lost in this never-ending fog all alone. "Wait!" He shouted in the middle of his running.
They both seemed to be the last ones of the guild members to arrive. She glanced around and felt something on her tail, wiggling. She turned her head slowly in fright, finding a Caterpie wiggling upwards from her fluffy tail. "EEEEKKK!!!" She can't help shrieked. She panicked and flailed about. Her once gray tail turned to the color of purple then accidentally whacked the Caterpie to a near large tree hard. It left a green splatter on the tree. But Nadia didn't seem to care she just smooshed a Catepie with her Poison Tail. She stopped flailing and looked at her tail with a frown. Luke just stood there, staring at the green splatter that was once a Caterpie, poor Caterpie. On his mind there is a word along the lines of 'Eww' or 'Uhh'.
Suddenly Solaris got pinned down onto a tree by some kind of web which startled the two. Then there was incoming webs all over the guild. Those String Shots seemed to be coming from an odd-colored Ariados. But since the guild is usually full of odd-colored Pokemon, they both are kind of used to it. I mean Luke himself is a Lucario that looks like an Umbreon, how odd is that? Well, he is kind of a hybrid but still.
A Sycther then came charging towards the Lucario. The Sycther was quite fast so it might be a little hard for Luke to attack since it keeps trying to slash him. Another few slashes of Fury Cutter came from the Sycther. He tried his best to dodge it by moving backwards. When the Sycther was going to charge another attack, he quickly used a Counter that hits back the Bug Pokemon whatever move it was going to use. Then, the Lucario Quick Attacked it which caused it to faint. Wow, he doesn't faint a Pokemon with just two moves when he was a Riolu.
Meanwhile Nadia was taking care of a Beautifly. The Beautifly glanced at every possible directions. It can't find the Poochyena. Unseen under the shadows of Shadow Sneak, she popped behind the Beautifly and fired a Shadow Ball at it. The said Shadow Ball successfully hit the Beautifly, but it caused the Beautifly to soar backwards and hit one of the shield webs of the Ariados. That was rather convenient.
When she turned back to check up on Luke, she saw two more Caterpies that looked angry. Maybe its because she smooshed their little Caterpie friend? Trying to resist from screaming again, she glared at them for a moment. That glare soon turned into a death glare and she whacked the two of the Caterpies with a Poison Tail like what she did to their Caterpie friend. It sent the two Caterpie soaring high at the skies and landed who knows where.

Azra

"S-sorry... I'm not very good at this yet..." She managed to groan, quite happy for the support. Falling face-first into the dirt sounded embarrassing, even if she was in pain.
She clung weakly to Devlin's shoulder, her crimson eyes flickering to a newcomer that approached. The Pikachu herself wasn't familiar, but she certainly knew her name. That voice; she'd heard it before, too.
'Are you alright?' She could have sworn she'd heard it before. She just didn't know where, and she couldn't help but wonder how long ago they must have met for her not to rememb-
A looming shadow with deadly blades and glowing eyes, strange, almost feathered creatures, rock-like plates of armor. The fossil Pokemon. Elixir of Light.
"...Era?" The Riolu wondered aloud, tilting her head. Ungh; she felt so dizzy... She just wanted to curl up and sleep it off, though she wasn't sure if that was the best idea.
Devlin's words echoed in her ears, and it took for her to really understand exactly what he'd just said. Cross Poison was a reasonably powerful move, in her mind. It could easily inflict critical injuries, or poison one's opponent.
She could remember the section on that attack rather well; a result of how frequently she studied.
"I can handle it... don't worry." She assured Era, hoping to calm the anxiety that seemed to practically glow in the Pikachu's eyes.
It was an easy fix; she'd already gotten a Rest TM from her mother out of the Team's inventory. Granted that neither one of them had consulted the rest of the team, first, but no one had minded terribly. Azra was young, and in a guild as chaotic as theirs, she needed a way to heal herself.
She let her eyes suddenly slide shut, her body glowing faintly as the wound on her stomach healed itself over. The poison seemed to dissipate with ease, gone in the blink of an eye. Had she been awake, she would have sighed happily at the refreshing, soothing feeling, but as it was, she needed someone to wake her up eventually.

{{ So yeah, good thing I had a Rest TM lying around. *throws it at Azra* }}

Reginald & Desdemona & Anastasia

"Damn, why do we always miss the teleport!?" Desdemona demanded, bursting into the clearing.
"I'm such bad luck," Anastasia sighed, following close behind.
"We always have to go the long way," Reginald complained, desperately trying to clear his fur of stray twigs and his paws of clumped and clotted muck. He abruptly stopped when he realized a battle was going on.
"Come on, genius, get out there!" Desdemona said, giving him a forceful shove from behind. He yelped in surprise and crashed into the back of a lone Combee, who also shrieked and fell to the ground with him. It struggled out from underneath the heavy canine and turned to face its attacker. Just as Reginald was regaining his footing, he was sent sprawling by a Gust of wind the Pokemon had whipped up. Reginald crashed into the Beedrill Anastasia was attacking and drew its attention away from her. It hissed angrily and drove a drill straight downward which Reginald hastily avoided, clamping onto its arm with knife-like teeth.
"Hey, no fair. That was my--" Anastasia started and spotted the Combee.
"Nevermind!" She hollered before lunging at the bug-type. It sent another series of Gusts, all which she easily evaded, and flew down to give her a Bug Bite. As its small but sharp teeth dug into the soft flesh of her neck, she quickly raked her claws across its sides, making it release and draw back. Desdemona snatched a Butterfree in mid-flight with her lengthy black jaws and flung it straight toward a tree, not bothering to turn to watch it slam and flop down harmlessly, turning to Reginald to help him with the Beedrill.
"Anastasia! The web!" she called over her shoulder. Anastasia looked up from the unconcious Combee and scampered over to the enormous web. Unsheathing her claws, she quickly gave a swipe at the sticky webbing whose strands were thick as ropes, not doing much damage, but doing damage nontheless.

Oliver turned around when he heard the wings behind him and ducked the scythe arm that had been directed at his head. The Scyther's blade struck the web that Oliver had been hacking at, tearing it. Oliver countered by moving in and slashing at the arm currently extended past him, then blasted the Scyther with water, knocking it away and out of the fight.

Chuck hopped away, then further away, as an Armaldo repeatedly swung claws at him, each slash more violent than the last. He slammed into something, realized that it was a small tree, then ducked the next strike. There was the sound of wood breaking, and Chuck looked behind him to see what was now a stump, with most of a tree off to the side in a horizontal position. He looked back up and dodged to the side at the same time, watching as the Armaldo got its claw buried deep into the ground. Then he dove for cover as a fireball exploded, taking the Armaldo out along with a Combee that had been approaching. He looked towards the trees at its source and saw Imiti, who waved.
