Once she got up the slide to where Ryan was Maria caught hold of him to keep from sliding back down and wrapped her tail around Mariel so that the other girl wouldn't fall either. She smiled up at Ryan before looking down at Mariel who asked where they were heading next.
"Yeah, where is the secret place, Ryan?" Surely it couldn't just be the slide? It didn't seem to super secret or amazing... it wasn't bad but not amazing and she had been on plenty of slides before she was positive this couldn't be it. They had to find a purple circle, "Wonderful! Purple is one of my two favoritest colors!" Maria chirped, purple and green were the best ever! If they had to find a magic purple circle then she was all for it!
The pangolin looked back to Mariel, reaching out a hand to her and held onto her and released Ryan so that the two of them could slid back down the slide together, "Do you see a purple circle, Mariel?" The fact that it was all snowy made it a little hard to see...

Mariel listened intently and as soon as she heard Ryans instructions she started scanning around for a purple circle. The show was making it pretty hard but Mariel was a predatory species and so her vision was pretty sharp. She felt pretty secure in the slide with Maria and Ryan and so allowed herself to look around. She caught some purple up ahead and out of the slide. So she pointed "There there, can you guys see it, I saw some purple a minute ago." She pointed into the snow as her ears swiveled forward incase purple made a sound. "Wait for a wind to blow the snow and you'll see it too"
Mariel Wiggled with excitement this adventure was turning out to be quite interesting, and it was only better because she had friends to share it with.

Ryan ran to the circle and helped clear the snow “Ok gang we are all going to need to lift this bad boy" he nodded and placed his hand under bottom half of the circle. It seems Ryan watches too much action movies, and started to steal liners from them. Ryan knew not to lift with his back and used his knees by bending them, now he just needed help from his friends.
The man with ducky hat was finishing his chat with Luna and sort of watching Ro explaining the importance of color coordination with printed clothes to Owl male. He could kind of hear Ryan with his friends, and when he glanced over it seemed they were playing with dragon, so all was well.
"Soo Luna we are going to have to wait till there more the age of seven , also we can only watch a pre-practice , meaning it’s when they pick who is going to fill in open spots. Only one or two of the main star players will be there and that’s only for the photos, so chances are Ryan is going to notice. It’s not going to be cheap , we are looking from three hundred to four hundred bucks" he nodded "Now I can over the cost no problems but like I said before Ryan might ......" he looked at the dragon who really seemed to be playing by himself , since not even one of the kids could be seen.
"Ryan" Gabriel shouted without thinking. The Rhino boy looked up "OK guys we gotta hurry" he started to get nervous.

Ligeia was smiling, listening to what the girl was saying to him, and seemed to be taking it all to heart. He did have a lot of fun with his clothing, buying what he liked and modified it to his body since he had wings, a tail, and bird feet, so any lessons or tips he could get were more then welcome, "I thank you for these tips, Ro-Honda, it will be quite useful the next time I go clothes shopping." He said before looking up when he heard the man calling out to Ryan, looking over to where Vorel was.
As though sensing he was being looked at by not only Gabriel but also Ligeia he turned to look over at them... and had a terribly guilty look on his face. Something that made Ligeia life an eyebrow, "Vorel!" He called out to the Frost Dragon in Draconic, not even needing to say anything more to him then his name before the dragon was already spilling his guts.
"They went to play on ahead! Secret place! I was told to wait here!" He called out, unable to keep any secrets from Ligeia no matter if he wanted to or not...
Ligeia blinked then looked over at Gabriel and Luna, "He says that they went ahead to a secret place?" He said, sounding uncertain, not knowing of any secret places, "Maybe we should go check on them?" He knew that he wasn't a parent here but he had a bad mothering complex when it came to those younger then he was, something that on occasion drove his boyfriend nuts since he would try to do the same with him when Chath wasn't feeling well.
Maria looked over at Vorel for a moment then back to Mariel and Ryan, "He told on us." She wasn't sure all of what he said but she could tell by his tone of voice and where he was looking that he had told Ligeia what was going on which meant that they were just about out of time...

Luna noddded as Gabe told her about the cost and the trouble but it still sounded like a fun outing. "yes it will cost alot, but I have been saving for dis trip, leetle mariel really wants to take gabe. maybe in the excitement he will still be happy?" just as she began to think about it the whole parenting instinct seemed to activate on everyone in the group. The kids were no where in sight but the dragon was still here.....wait...the dragon was here...alone...not protecting the kids!! As much as she didnt particularly like the idea of dragons protecting kids it was still a security blanket that just got pulled out from under her. "Mariel?! Donde Estas!" Luna was getting agitated with all this talk of secret places and so in her agitation was finding it hard to keep speaking english. She couldnt concentrate enough to translate the words, and so focused on staying calm and finding the kids with everyone else. Finally when she remembered how to speak english again she askes "Where is dis secret place? We should go get dem"
Mariel looked at maria and Ryan..They were SO CLOSE! she thought about it for a second but didnt know if she wanted to make her mom worry that much. " What should we do? Go back to Vorel and not get in trouble or sit in here and hide?" either way seemed like it would be trouble but one of those choices would bring alot more trouble. "hmn maybe we should go back and come here again another day?"

Ryan with ants in his pants quickly tried to lift the cover of the purple circle by himself. He almost had it he just needed someone to life the other side just a little bit to unstick it "GUYS WE ARE SOOO CLOSE" he softly shouted. If Ryan got this far he wasn't giving up now.
Gabriel smiled at the owl teen "I'm sure there fine , I think Ryan wants to show them this little ..... cubby hole" He shrugged and then peered out to Ryan and the girls "Yep , thats what hes doing , and if kids didn't do things like that , they woudn't be kids... we should at least let them open it up .... trust me the girls arn't going to want to go in it" he chuckled thinking of when Ro-Honda helped Ryan open it. Come to think of it , he was surprised Ryan wanted. All the 'Teen Activity' that goes on in there made it smell pretty rank. So Gabriel sat back down and chuckled some more.

A little cubby hole where teens hung out? He wrinkled his nose, "I...don't know if I want Maria going in there... what if there are some teens in there now?" He asked, ever the worrier when it came to not only his little sister but the younger students in general, he wanted to make sure that they were safe and sound, wanted to make sure they weren't disturbing anyone that might be hanging out in the cubby hole... he started forward, wings fluttering a bit, wanting to check on his sister or better yet catch her before she got inside the secret place.
As he started forward the dragon moved to meet him in the middle, looking quite uncertain, "You are upset? I should have watched them better." He murmured, relaxing only when Ligeia gave him a soothing pat on the nose.
"Its alright, now lets make sure that they aren't getting in over their heads. They are still little after all." He told Vorel, glad to have the help of the much bigger and tougher dragon in fetching the trio of children.
Maria looked over at Mariel, "Mmm, maybe we should? It might be easier to get in when its warm, less snow to bury this entrance." She murmured, watching Ryan as he struggled with getting the lid open. She found herself wondering if they should help or not, he seemed to be doing his best to get it open for everyone after all... she lifted her head to look over to the grown ups, looked back down, then up again... and gave a squeak, "Ah! Li is coming!" She said, seeing her brother heading their way... uh-oh...

Luna tried to look more calm after Gaberiels explination of them being fine but she was a mother and as such it was her job to be anxious about her daughter. She almost ran after the owl boy when he ran off to the dragon to help find the kids but that dragons pressence kept her right where she was. She knew mariel would have to get one eventually but she just didnt like them at all. They frightened her to bits. However she did stand on her toes and try to see everything from her vantage point in case something was happening. ooooo Mariel was gonna be in so much trouble if she or the other kids were hurt.
Mariel squeaked when Maria gave the news about her brother coming. "Oh no!" She looked around to see if they could make this look like something other than them sneaking away to see this hole and was at a loss. She didnt want to get into trouble but at the same time they were so close and Ryan was trying so hard to get that hole open for them. It was just a dilemma. Her fear of trouble eventually won out in that battle and she looked to the other two to try and formulate a plan.
"He isnt to close, and we did climb up a slide to get here, if we all slide down and have fun we can pretend we came over here for that. Then we wont get in trouble right?" Mariel reasoned. Of course she wasnt taking into account that the slide was already past the caution tape barrier but it seemed like something that would be less likely to get them into alot of trouble. Hiding here didnt really seem like an option anymore since Vorel told so her mind raced as possibilities to not be in trouble surfaced. "Ryan what do you think." She asked the rhino boy who was still trying so hard to open the hole.

The rhino boy didn't understand why the girls were chickening out now "Guys , you made me come here , I never not finish a mission" he said all proud. He already had one side open so he ran to the other side and lifted it up. It made a large pop sound and then the smells came out Ryan beagin to giggle "Icky ........." he smiled looking in ..... "Well thats the secret place" he said swishing his hand back and forth over his nose. The little 'cubby' was rather gross , lots of mold and graffiti inside. Its kind of shocking anyone would even want to go in there. Ryan just looked inside , and had no urge to go inside. He would ditch the girls and run back to his daddy but he stuck it out with them. He wasn't worried a bit.
As Ligeia walked off Gabriel giggled for a little before Ro-Honda exploded with anger. He turned to Luna "We would know if ... teens were
'playing' in there... he smiled big "I remeber when I use to get worried about things ... I guess having seven kids change that" he chuckled some more.
Ro-Honda had been giving Ligeia advice when he walked away. She asked him to come back because she wasn't done , when he didn't she through a tantrum" I WANT HIM TO COME BACK NOW, MAKE HIM COME BACK NOW... NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW!!!!!!" she screamed. Gabriel went from being real relaxed to Daddy mode. He walked over to her calmly he gave her eye contact that she tried to resist. When she was ready to talk Gabriel asked " Do you see Ligeia doing something" at first Ro-Honda didn't answer. Gabriel waited till she did "Yes..." she pouted. The father patted her on the head "Will you be able to help him with style later" he asked and Ro nodded. The two started a serious of questions and awnsers till Ro-Honda was calmed down.

Maria's eyes got wide at the scent that came out of the 'secret place' and she shook her head, one hand lifting to cover her mouth and nose, "Ewwww... Ryan! Are you sure this is the secret place? Are you sure its not the stinky place?" She asked of him, hoping that the secret place was something else entirely... maybe he'd picked the wrong door? She surely hoped that was the case because this would have been a wasted trip...
She took a step back, waving a hand in front of her nose and then giggled, "I don't think I want to inspect it, Ryan... but we can try to find a better secret place next time." She told him, giving him a pat on the shoulder with her free hand. After that she heard the crunch of foot and she turned to see her brother, she instantly put on her best smile, "Hello, Li!" She chirped, hurrying over to him, giving him a hug. She didn't want him to be mad so she was going to give him a hug, sure that he would end up giving up on trying to be mad if she did so...
She was right. A moment after she was hugging on him he was giving a smile and returning the huge before motioning to Vorel to kneel down, "Everyone up on Vorel's back, we are going back to your parents." Ligeia told them, motioning for them to get on Vorel so that he could carry them back. Instantly Maria did as told, best to do so since it would keep them out of trouble, "Come on Mariel, Ryan!"

Mariel scrunched her nose and moaned when the smell reached her. "I think I know why this place stays a secret now!" Mariel waved a hand over her face and leaned away from the hole. "I agree with Maria next time we'll find a less smelly secret place but it was really fun to get here." Mariel was about to suggest that they all get together and close the hole before getting caught when she heard the crunch of feet and saw Maria spring up and hug Ligeia. Well they were caught now and as far as mariel was concerned maria had a good idea. Mariel put on a good smile and decided to be a model child so she would get in less trouble. "Yes Ligeia" She answered when he ordered them onto Vorrel and she started scrambling over to the ice dragon. Vorrel made her fell a little safer because she knew he wouldnt give them any trouble and he blocked her from the view of her mother.
Luna took the cue from Gabe and didnt really panic and when she saw the owl gilr/boy going to get the children it significantly relaxed her. She didnt like dragons much but as far as that boy and his big white one went they were ok and she knew they were responsible so she waited to see what trouble her daughter was getting into

Ryan was the last to leave the broken down playground. He moved the lid back over the opening and made one huge jump and it made a 'pop' noise as it was sealed shut. He jumped off the playground and tucked and tumbled. He walked past the dragon and waved "Its Otay I think I will walk back" he said kind of disappointed. As he walked back, Gabriel motioned to come on over.
"Buddy , whats up" Gabriel asked. "I wanted to show my friends the smelly place, but we got caught" his tail lay limp. Once Ryan was over Gabriel gave him hug "Ok guys , I think it’s time we start heading back to the farm, and maybe we can write out our feelings" this was a form a punishment. The Night children had to write out what they think they could have done better in certain situations. The twins knew what they had to write about, and Gabriel was sure to talk more in the car.
Once Gabriel was ready he talked to Luna "Hey , we can talk more about the game later , it might take a long time like a Y-E-A-R plus around summer time before we can get into a game , but I will keep you updated" he smiled. When Gabriel had an opportunity he nodded to Ligeia "It was nice meeting you" he shouted to the Owl on top of dragon "We gotta get going but maybe Luna could give you my info for more playdates" he shouted.
Ryan and Ro both waved to the group one had a more genuine good bye. It was much longer the family hopped into a car and drove out of the park back to home.

Geia looked over at the rhino boy, feeling a touch bad over ruining their good time but he was an overly protective brother and wanted to keep a close eye on his little sister to keep her safe, "It was nice to meet you Ro-Honda." He said to the girl that he had been talking fashion with, waving to her as she headed off with her brother and their father. He then looked to Maria and the other girl with her, giving them both a smile, "I think that it's time for us to get going home as well, say goodbye to your friend, Maria."
Maria gave a bit of a pout before she looked to Mariel, "It was nice meeting with you, let's totally play again." She told her as she lifted her hands up to adjust her goggles, putting them back into place so that she would be ready for the flight home that she knew was coming. She shifted where, she was sitting on Vorel so that she was higher up on his neck to give her brother room to sit down. She patted Vorel's fluffy mane before lifting a hand to wave to her friend, "Bye-bye Mariel!" She called as her brother hopped up to land on the dragon's back, settling down on it.
"It was nice to see you again, Mariel." He told the girl, having had fun with watching the girl some time ago, knowing that Vorel had had fun as well during that time. After the three said their good byes and waved they to were heading out and the entire time home Maria was telling her brother all about the adventure that she'd had with Mariel and Ryan. That she was alright, and had a good time, had the owl relaxing a little. He supposed that things were alright, maybe he'd over reacted in rushing out to save them? He just wanted to keep everyone that he cared for safe was all, he knew though as she grew that he was going have to let her go... as well as remind himself that she was his sister, not his daughter which Ter teased him about far to often.
