Faia Nenshou-Hime has stepped down as the Lady of the Fire Empire and she will now be leading beside Jinsoku the Dark Lord as the Lady of the Dark Empire.

The Light Empire would like to ask for insurance money. Recently, an unnamed empire (Dark) has attacked the Light. We need insurance money......
also, the Light Empire is proposing an unofficial alliance with the Earth Empire and the Desert Militia. We are currently awaiting for acceptance or denial.......

The Earth Empire had accepted the terms of the Alliance with the Light Empire. Alliance formed!
The Light Empire would like to offer an Alliance with the Water Empire. Terms consist of similar properties of the Alliance with the Earth Empire. Awaiting approval......

The Water/Ice Empire doesn't care that it jsut totally broke character.
Also, the Water/Ice Empire would to to change it's name to the Water Empire, as Water/Ice is a mouthful, and Ice is just a sub-type of water.
