Lunaru Stands at a short 4'6". He wears a black, brown Uniform jacket/robe with overly long sleeves the go well over the boys hands but not impairing his ability to preform jutsu and black uniform pants. On his head, he wears a Black beanie with white trim and his bright, white hair sticking out the front over his hazel brown eyes. On his back, he carries a larg fan that is 5ft in length. When opened, the fan spreads over 6ft.
on his feet, unlike most ninja, Lunaru wears straw sandals.

lunaru is a very shy boy calm cool collective. he generally gets excited when he sees something cool and is distracted easily. most see him as an outcast because hes so shy he doesnt really socialize. when approached he has a hard time speaking up. he generally is pretty calm in most situations and doesnt have a short fuse but, if set off, lunaru flares out totally contradicting his personality. he rarely gets over confident and gets just a bit talkative when hes around some one he feels doesnt look down on him.

During Lunarus child hood he hung around Juniko alot not having any brothers and sisters.
He trained hard in his free time or when he was with Juniku to get stronger. Lunaru didnt have very many Friends.
He was too shy to really make friends. In the place of friends Lunaru carried around a teddy bear till he was
about 7 years of age. eventually kids began to laugh at him and he began to feel less than. to get rid of his
negative feelings, he'd train. his parents were top jonin and lunaru always wanted to live up to his parents legacy. his parents were often training together when they werent on mission and didnt spend much time with lunaru. When he entered the academy he still felt like he wasnt good enough.
and kept away from the other kids. when the other kids would play ninja hide and seek lunaru would study the techniques of the top ninjas in the schools library. after school, he would go back out to a trainning dummy his father kept in the back yard and
practice his taijutsu and and the moves he had studied that day. often lunaru would borrow books from the library and fall asleep in the backyard on the books as he practiced deep into the night. he didnt have much talent for ninjutsu, not like his taijutsu, so he worked hard to develope his ninjutsu. he started with the simpler and basic moves of substitution, clone, and transform. one day lunaru saw a girl not much older than he with long brown hair training using wind techniques. he stopped to watch the girl, hoping not to be caught, he hid in a near by tree. the girl was using the biggest fan he had ever seen. he thought it was the coolest thing ever to channel chakra in such a way. he leaned in so much he fell out of the tree doing a front flip and landing on his back. the girl laughed as she kept training. "you're not very sneaky," she called. lunaru ran away in embarressment. the next day at school, lunaru checked out a whole bunch of books on origami and proceeded to make a giant fan of his own after a quick stop at the store. lunaru spent the next few days trying to perfect his fan and practiced making many different things not just fans. eventually lunaru perfected the fan after numerous fails and paper cuts. all he needed now was to the get the parts to hold the fan together. after a few more days of shopping and trying to put it together, lunaru had completed his very own fan. his parents, though they didnt exactly show it, were so elated and proud of their son. Lunaru realized hed need to change his taijutsu style around to fit the fan, but how? he found some books on the subject and studied them but, he felt he wasnt quite getting it. "Time to do some spying again." he thought to himself. he went back to the training area where he saw the girl training but, she wasnt there. he checked back for the next 3days and no show. he was begining to think he wasnt going to be able to learn how to use his new weapon but, she showed up on the fourth day. he was so excited that she showed up but, knew he had to swallow it or risk being caught. he watched her for several days not knowing if she knew he was there or not. eventually he stopped going. he was ready to pull his own style into what he had analzyed. when he wasnt training with his fan, occasionally, when Juniko wasnt busy, Lunaru would follow her around and analyze her during her trainning. in time Lunaru really began to look up to Juniko. Lunaru aspired to be like her and travel with her. one day Lunaru came home and was utterly surprised. his mother had thrown him a suprise birthday party for his 12 birthday. his present, his first giant fan an actual giant fan. he was so happy he thought he'd jump out of his pants. he was so proud of his fan that he made that he couldnt just let it go, so he hung it up in his room and had his parents find a way to preserve it to keep it from falling apart. a few weeks later he graduated from the academy.
he was so happy he ran straight for the training field to tell Juniko. It was the happiest day of his life so far. for the next 4 months lunaru trained with Juniko perfecting his chakra control and his ninjutsu. he even began to come up with combos between his fan, taijutsu, and ninjutsu involving such close combat that when he executed a jutsu the enemy had little to no time to dogde. this took alot of time to get even close to down. lunaru still had to work with the weight of this actual fan but he got it and used to the weight. his next challenge was how to fly on the fan like he had seen the girl do one day as she returned to the village. he was in awe and didnt know how to start. he decided the only way was to man up and ask this woman how to really use his fan. he spent monthes falling on his face and falling off. a couple times he almost broke his fan. breaking the fan was what he feared most, but one day he got it. He was flying. Lunaru flew with a huge grin on his face smiling and waving as the girl looked up at him. now his problem was how to steer. as he realized this, he flew right into the side of some ones house. acting quickly, the girl jumped onto her fan and took off. she rushed in grabbing him and his fan before he hit the ground. "lets learn about steering outside the village ok!?" she said with a hint of nerveousness in her voice. they trained on steering and after a week lunaru got it down, he was a master at flying.
one day he had signed up and entered the chuunin exams. he did very well on the exam acing it. in the forest of death, he flew right over the forest. he still needed a second scroll. he saw some one walking by themself and thought it too convenient. he went in with quietly and with caution. the ninja didnt look very good. he thought he could take him but didnt want to make any hasty moves. he followed the ninja for a little bit but, soon realized he was going away from the tower. this guy was obviously lost or it was a trap. lunaru didnt know what to do. he pulled out three kunai and a rubber like string. he set the two into the tree leaving a space of about 8inches inbetween them. then, he tied the string to the two and pulled the third kunai in the middle creating a slingshot. he aimed for the ninja who had stopped now and was sitting alone at a tree. lunaru didnt want to kill him, so he aimed for his arm and lauched it at him. the kunari hit its mark and the guy was pinned to the tree bleeding and in panic. Lunaru thought it too easy, but wasnt going to turn up the opportunity of getting a scroll easy. he leapt down and the ninja began to freak out shoutting and cursing him out. lunaru thought it was kind of funny that he had made such a great mistake and this ninja never thought of it. obviously though this ninja wasnt very good but, also too angry to approach. thinking quickly, lunaru threw a kunai pinning the other arm before he had a chance to realize it was free. lunaru then rushed in and searched the ninja as he thrashed about hurting himself more and more instead of hurting lunaru. he was being more of a nuisance than anything. suprisingly this kid was carrying a scroll and lucky for him it was the scroll he needed. he wasnt gonna let the guy die here so he attached strings into the kunais and jumped into a tree yanking them out. he then flew off away from the tower and circled back toward the direction to keep the ninja from following. in his match in the third stage he won his battle with ease. lunaru thought it was way too easy but, the ninja he faced was trying to get in close and lunaru let him. then he'd block and counter with his fan, spin it around and pull off the jutsu San No Hoshi, the jutsu he learned from the brunette girl. he kept doing this and it won him the match. after the matches, he was told the fourth exam wasnt for another month. he practiced his chakra control so he would use less chakra when flying and when he faught so he could out last his opponents. when it came to his fight he lost. he was astonished at how fast the match went. during his fight all he could do was block counter and evade. his opponent was much faster than he and caught him perfectly. lunaru saw the fake strike coming and blocked the second attack but, didnt expect a third and had no time to block it. his only choice was to dodge and thats when he was doomed. the other ninja spun kicking lunaru in the side of the head. lunaru slid away with his head pounding like crazy, but before he could stand up the other ninja had already pulled off the hand signs and launched their jutsu. before he knew what happened, he was flying up into the air. he went to pull out his fan to catch himself but, the other ninja had flew past him straight up grabbing lunarus leg on the way up. with the fast jerking lunaru dropped his fan which fell landing standing up in the dirt. the ninja then flipped holding lunaru, spun around a few times and launched lunaru at the ground. lunaru landed on his fan. he was in such pain but, wasnt going to let himself lose like this. he managed to work through the sweltering pain as his body began to go numb due to the shock. the other ninja was so astonished he let down his guard. lunaru thought it his chance and pulled out two kunai, threw them then whipped his fan out and launched two jutsu as fast as his tired body let him. he used san no hoshi first to ad speed to the kunai and wind cutter to add damage behind the attack. he then fell over. the other ninja dodged the first kunai but, the other struck him in the thigh. then, he was hit with the gust of san no hoshi and flew into the wall. as he got up he was hit with the wind cutter jutsu before he knew it and was badly cut up then thrown into the air. he landed on his back and got back up badly damaged. lunaru had lost his fight but was awarded Chuunin for his effort, his will power and cunning at the last seconds of battle. Lunaru awoke the next day in the hospital and still in alot of pain. he vowed he would learn basic medicine to help him in battle. he talked to one of the nurses over his stay and she agreed to teach him what she knew of herbs medicine and treatment. she then told him of her sister, a medical ninja. he was excited about it and begged her to ask her sister to teach him. her sister agreed under the condition that he not experiment and he follow her instructions exactly. lunaru agreed and trained and studied with the two for the next year, helping out around the hospital. he still had to show his skill as a chuunin though and he trained using what he learned and kept reading many books. over the year he continued to help until the medical ninja and the nurse had nothing more to teach him. he then began to hang around Juniko again and train with her showing her what he learned.

When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.
