Well, it seems to me that after Dr. Alenko's various 'medical experiments' on Dr. Alenko, Psychologist, Dr. Alenko thought the bad doctor to be dead, therefor she buried her in a shallow grave in Jersey. Dr. Alenko, Psychologist, not being nearly as dead as Dr. Alenko thought, was able to dig herself out of the shallow Jersey grave to continue her creepy hobby of ghosting Dr. Alenko.
