Well, just to make things a little clearer and avoid someone barging in and calling me a jerk because I'm too judgmental: I know there are good guys out there and I know there are good guys out there that would be ok with me not wanting to give it up just yet.
I've come so close (so close) to getting one of those guys. So close. And I ******** everything up. I regret it. And now? He's married.
So yes, I know they exist. But there won't be any second chances for me. I know this.
And the guys I have met around here? As in, IRL? Have shown nothing but lack of compassion. And all of them are pricks. But I know that not all are. So. Yeah.
I know that if I ever got the chance to be with someone like that again, I'd screw it up because I've lost faith in everyone. I don't believe things anymore, I don't let people make me feel good about myself, I don't trust anyone that easily any longer. In some ways, this is a bad thing. But it keeps me from being hurt. I don't need the bullshit, ya know?

Well, if things don't go as planned with my dad's job, we could be moving to Colorado within the next six months or so. But there's really no guarantee anything'll happen. It's just a slight possibility. And we've really been pushing it with this one. It's the longest we've been in one place, the longest my dad's had a job. It's not his fault he lost the others. Things just went wrong and some bosses were douchebags. ><
