╫Background Information╫
Kaizen has grown up in the mist village with his mother and father, and both of are shinobi. His mother is a medical ninja that spends much of her time in the hospital treating the wounded and his father is a low ranked Chunin of the village. Kaizen has just recently joined the mist village academy, though his father has done his best to help train him a bit in preparation for his academy training. To his father's dismay Kaizen has shown absolutely no aptitude for performing elemental jutsus.

Kaze/Fuuton
Kaze Bunshin (Wind Clone) Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.
Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu (Wind Levitation) Description: Utilising and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependant upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The users control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, so while a person with only 5 control would be slow to raise a rock the size of a persons head, someone with a control of 40 could lift enormous boulders without showing significant sign of slowing. Only inanimate objects can be levitated.
Fuuton: Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Release: Wind Dragon) Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The colour is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its colour to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Bakuhatsu from its mouth.
Kaze Bakuhatsu (Wind Explosion) Requirements: Kaze Bunshin Description: Wind is gathered with chakra into a swirling ball that is hurled towards the opponent. The blast explodes on impact, causing cuts on the target's body if a direct hit. The actual force of the explosion of the Kaze Bakuhatsu feels as if a Gouken Stage 2 Punch is hitting you. A cool down period of two posts is required before this jutsu can be used again.
Okuridashi Kaze (Propelling Winds) Description: Loosing a short blast of air from their hands, the user is able to propel themselves in the opposite direction with considerable force. This jutsu is ideally suited to Wind ninjutsu specialists, who often tend to favor avoidance of attacks rather than powerful defenses, and can be used to either move very quickly to the side, or even propel themselves quite high into the air.
Suiton
Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.
Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill) Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked.
Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique) Description: A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.
Clan/Hyoton
Hisame [Hail] Description: A very deadly jutsu that involves manipulating the atmosphere above an opponent. Unknown to the target, moisture above them begins to form into somewhat large and sharp spears. These spears then descend down upon the opponent in a large hail of sharpened ice weaponry.
Hyouga Bunshin No Jutsu [Glacier Bunshin Technique] Description: A clone formed entirely out of ice. This bunshin is formed of compacted and very dense ice. The result of the compact ice is a clone that is very hard to destroy and is fully capable of combat although it does lack any sort of chakra. Where most clones are only able to take one or two hits, the Hyouga bunshin is able to withstand multiple blows, with the ice chipping away as each attack lands. This bunshin is very weak against Katons. For every two reserves the user possesses, the max number of clones that can be created at any one time is increased by one.
Reido [Freezing Point] Description: The very foundation upon which all of Yukigakures Ninjutsu is based upon. By using chakra to manipulate water, a Snow-nin is able to freeze an available water source which can then be used for Ice or Snow based Ninjutsu. Snow ninja are able to use this ability to freeze moisture found within the enviroment in order to create ice in any situation as long as moisture is present. This jutsu is required for the rest of the techniques in this tree.
Hyouga Shazou No Jutsu [Glacier Image Technique] Description: A technique that is bassically a replacement of Kawarimi in a way. After focusing chakra the user is able to vanish in a glint of ice and where the user once stood stands an exact replica made entirely of ice. This replica can be shattered through most offensive means and is merely a decoy used to aid the user in avoiding or dodging an attack.
Reinigiri [Zero Grip] Description: A jutsu that is the most well known jutsu in all of Yukigakure and Hidden Snow itself. By forcing chakra onto the their feet, the shinobi is able to walk atop of snow with ease and move around on Ice with no problem whatsoever. This jutsu is mandatory for most shinobi as it allows them to be a master of their element and enviroment.
Retsu Kaze No Jutsu [Cold Breeze Technique] Description: By using a source of water and throwing it into the air [or just the moisture in the air itself if Chuunin/Jounin] the user is able to force the moisture to spin around and form a very cold and harsh breeze to swirl around the user, extending forth from the user for about twenty feet. This wind seems to bite the skin and if one is not used to a very cold climate, they could find themselves in trouble. The particles of ice within the air also tear at exposed skin, causing minor cuts.
Hyouga Kassha No Jutsu [Glacier Block Technique] Description: By freezing a moderate amount of ice the user is able to create a ten foot tall and ten feet wide block of ice. The block by itself is very hard and can withstand various attacks. [Obviously cannot withstand Katons]. By using the small amount of wet ice near the bottom of the block the user is able to move the block towards the enemy or position it so that it can withstand a fair amount of damage.
Koori Tsubame No Jutsu [Ice Swallow Technique] Description: By manipulating the mositure in the atmosphere the user is able to form a rather large group of sharpened kunai shaped icicles. These icicles can be aimed in a general direction and are able to curve around some obstacles like trees and buildings. Once the direction has been decided and these projectiles are sent they are unable to be stopped and may only curve around something once. If these projectiles hit an opponent they will create a patch of ice upon the point of contact, freezing a limb in place if struck in the right area.
Genjutsu
Hyoukai Nikutai no Jutsu (Melting Flesh Skill) Description: Upon watching the user form the necessary hand seals, the victim will see many chains suddenly surround and bind him to the ground, upright. Slowly, he will feel the flesh on his bones melt and drip to the floor, all over, on his limbs and torso and face. There is a great deal of illusionary pain involved, of course… Even after the effects are over, the victim feels compelled to pat himself, just to make sure he isn’t really melting.
Tenjou Gyakumodori (Heaven and Earth Reversal) Description: This simple genjutsu is one that is used for testing the skill, logic and handling pressure abilities of many academy students and genin. When applied on an opponent or a test subject, they will feel as if they are upside down with their feet still on the ground but feeling as if the direction of “down” is the direction of the sky. This genjutsu puts much stress on the mind of an opponent, since there is a strong feeling (mainly because the user has suggested it into the opponent’s mind) that if heshe would move one of their legs, heshe will “fall” into the sky. This genjutsu is superb at testing which genin or academy student has the bravery of taking a calculated risk, and is most used by academy teachers, rather than in combat. There is a very easy way to defeat this genjutsu, hence its simplicity and the common use of it as a test: you only have to move one of your legs and the directions of up and down automatically right themselves.
Kouchi no Jutsu (Slow Down Skill) Prerequisites: Tenjou Gyakumodori (Heaven and Earth Reversal) Description: After performing the necessary hand seals the user may attack. However, to the victim it takes five seconds longer for the user to even do the attack. Essentially, the user has a five second delay advantage over the victim. As soon as the victim and the user make bodily contact this jutsu is dispelled.

Yuudai was a little kid with very strict parents. They told him what to do and how to do it. He was always on time because of this and grew tiered when people were late. His parents also corrected him whenever he did anything wrong, so he was on his best behavior as much as possible. He aimed for perfection and anything less was a disgrace to his parents. As a result he became a very good ninja who did everything on time but grew tired of all that is around him. Yuudai hates his parents now and thinks this whole town is discussing. They have the ability to do more but instead they just sit there and are at peace with the other nations. He plans on one day to fix this and he wants to be one of the best ninjas in the world with or without his village.

Grandmaster Ginger@If you don't mind bold the name of the jutsu and put them bu type so it like a little more cleaned. Like Suiton, Fuuton, clan, etc. Other then that it look good. Once that is fixed you character is accepted.

╫Background Information╫
Rein's love of the healing arts spawned from the fact that her mother died when she was just an Academy Student years ago. Her father had left her mother before she was born, becoming a wandering/missing nin and travelling to who-knows-where. Consequently, when her mother died years later of disease, she devoted mostly all of her time to perfecting her medical arts. Because of her drive, she spent mostly all of her youth at the Suna Academy and made very few friends in the process, wanting only to focus on her work. She is friendly enough but often comes off as a bit 'socially akward' in most situations. She regards the Sand village as her family now, and she never hesitates to volunteer to help with anything, hating to take a backseat during troubled times.

Sine_Amore@ You have more jutsu them the max limit of 20 plus to have sand jutsu you will need to have earth and wind to use it.

The user can jump between areas he or she has marked with the Jousei Kasumi. The user vanishes as if being wiped away in the wind. The user can then appear anywhere within the haze, must specify where and how.

Focusing the chakra from defensive to offensive, the clansmen can project his hand several feet in front of him. At this rank, only a fist is possible (No grappling) This takes a whole post for the chakra to move back to a defensive position
Tajutsu
Hitoshirenu Kasumi Dageki (Hidden Mist Strike)
The user begins to use the mist in more interesting ways. They can gather the chakra, causing the poly carbon chains in the beers mist to link together. This begins to solidify the mist in a twisted and hazy form. Because of the chakra in the creation, it can be used to attack. Only one such attack can be formed at a time at this point.
3 at Jounin and 7 and Saanin/Kage
Tetsu jousei kobushi (Iron brew fist)
This is the most basic of all Lothar jutsu and increases in power as the shinobi's chakra grows throughout his life. This style was created by a people that mostly dealt with normal bandits, not shinobi. As such were their problems, they focused of fighting against blades.
The perfection of this style comes with the need to no longer think about maintaining the chakra. The special clan chakra (referred to later as Jousei chakra [Brewer's Chakra]) lightly coats the epidermis, blocking all chuunin and below strikes (only taijutsu). The defense of "one rank above" works just in the way the jounin level did, the shinobi must see it to block it.

Coren was raised in a happy home with loving parents. His mother was a chef of great renown in the Grass Village, and his father was the first brewmaster of the Cláirseach brewery in the Land of Fire. His father left his home and settled down in Grass country to be with the love of his, several years before their son would be born. His father has taught him the Brewing skills from several far off countries, never revealing how he came to know of these such things.Due to the openness of the grass village and the quick pace at which Coren learned taijutsu, Coren traveled to many of the other villages humbly asking each kage for training. Many turned him away, thought the last Mizukage welcomed him with open arms.He spent around four years within the mist before leaving to undergo his training with the monkeys in their mountain shrines around the Cloud village. Not only for pleasure and relaxation, his father taught (and continues to teach) Coren many powerful taijutsu from his repitore of Suiken Ryuu (Drunken Fist), though he still has much to learn.

Tsukasa was just an average Genin. He just trained and worked hard on his missions. When he was 13, Kumogakure was attack by a large group of Rouge Shinobi. They set fire to the village and killed his family, his friends, and his sensei. He managed to escape the attack and he met up with a group of Genin and many others who also survived. They worked together and trained together. They rebuilt the village over the course of time. Tsukasa had developed his own Fighting Style that had complete control of Magnetism. It was modeled after the Cloud Village's Fighting Style, Magnetic Force. Tsukasa used this to become more powerful, but, more importantly, to rebuild the Village. After 5 years, the Village was completely rebuilt. Tsukasa had become the strongest of the Shinobi. He was elected as the new Raikage of Kumogakure. He now serves as Raikage and leads the village valiently.
