Eiriol laughed, "No, not at all. It's nice to be able to talk to someone new. Gives you a new perspective on life and stuff....A new view of a person's inner magic!" He made a pose with his front paws and stared off to the sky a bit when he said 'magic', losing himself for a moment in his own little world.

Hadyn laughed as Eiri did his pose. He was one weird namir, kewl, but weird. "You're right, about the whole 'new perspective on life and stuff.'" She paused. "It's really cute the way you... express your opinions. With the 'person's inner magic!'" She copied his pose as she said this. "It's very unique." She smiled sweetly at him.

Eiriol blushed. He wasn't sure if he had just heard her correctly. Cute? Hmm...He focused instead on her copying his pose, forcing him to smile. It looked dorky...did he really look like that? "Cute and Unique?" he asked. Those were two words he'd never heard when someone was describing him. His cousin said he was a good kid, his dad said he was just like himself, he'd heard worrisome, unlucky, talented, cool..lots of other words, but never cute or unique.

Hadyn shrugged. "Yeah." She paused, trying to figure out to describe herself. "You show your passion for your ideas differently, and the way you show that passion is somewhat..." She paused, searching for the right word. "Admirable."

Eiri nodded at the word admirable. He liked how it sounded. "Well gee...thanks Hadyn. That's nice to hear." he smiled, then tried to think of something nice to say back, but he couldn't. Not that there weren't nice things to say about Hadyn, but he didn't know too too much about her yet.

Hadyn smiled while he accepted the praise. She stood in silence for a while, trying to think of something to say. While she was thinking, there was a rustling sound that came from the edge of the clearing.

Eiriol turned, he had his father's hearing. "Did you hear that?" he asked, curious as to what or who was watching them.

Hadyn turned the the source of the noise as Jaelyn ran out into the clearing. "Jaelyn?!? What are you doing out here?" Hadyn said, with a confused look. Jaelyn looked at Hadyn. "I was trying to find a hiding place." She said simply, then noticed Eiri. "Who are you?"

Eiri looked at Jaelyn. He was glad she wasn't some sort of monster. She did look rather different though...Like Hadyn. Maybe she was a pokemir too. He jumped slightly when addressed, forgetting he was still there. "Oh. Um...I'm Eiriol."

Jaelyn looked up at Eiri. "I'm Jaelyn! Want to play-?' "Jaelyn why don't you hide closer to home? We don't need Vinny getting mad at you." Hadyn said, cutting of Jaelyn. Jaelyn looked at Hadyn and smiled. "Okay." She glanced at Eiri. "Nice to meet you." With a nod she took off the way she came. Hadyn smiled thoughtfully for a bit before turning to Eiri. "Like I said earlier, Jaelyn really likes to play hide and seek. Right now Vinny probably doesn't even realize they're playing."

Eiri chuckled, "That's cool. She's a cute kid...And I was kinda like that at her age so it's understandable." He'd always played more Tag with his brother, but they still played...a lot.... "Maybe...maybe we should start a game with her sometime. Give her a chance to maybe run all of that energy out?"

Hadyn smiled. "We should get together and start a game with her. I know that she would enjoy it... I would too..." Hadyn loved trying to find Jaelyn because Jaelyn always found the most interesting hiding places. "But just to warn you, she's really hard to find."

((will color this post later...))
"A little bit of snow and I could make things just as difficult," Eiriol replied. He had no idea how well he'd be able to hide now that he was bigger, but he figured it'd still be easier than hiding in any other season. The dark wasn't even a help, considering his bright color. In truth, he should be a terrible hider. "Games are fun though, and I'm always up for one."

"Yeah, I bet you'd have the advantage there." Hadyn giggled. "Jaelyn's small, so she'd have an advantage overall. Me, I'm brightly colored. I've no advantage." Except that I'm usually a good seeker. She thought. "I'm always up for some games too. Which is good seeing that Jaelyn seems to have a constant flow of energy to keep her powered through all the games."

"Now hold on, you have an advantage, you just haven't used it yet!" Eiri piped, thinking it unfair that she didn't see what he felt was slightly obvious, "You're like a tiger, meant to blend into the grass with your stripes...well....I guess that makes a bit more sense with Tiger prey, seeing as they're all color blind.....but it could work." He'd picked up his tiger knowledge from his human, she was exceedingly fond of cats (and the word exceedingly) and knew quite a lot....she also happened to talk too much.
