Hey, we shouldn't be doing a whole: Damage: X - Y dmg
It's going to be a Tactical RPG, so It must ACT like one.
And thus: Atk+XX
Also, needs a more realistic element thing.
Fire, Ice, Energy, Dark, Light, Poison, Wind
Umm.. Only clear opposites here are Light and Dark. Let's do this: it's much more convenient, understandable, and simple.
Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Light, Dark
Ice falls under water, lightning under wind, Wood/nature or whatever under earth. It's much easier.
Also, Holy and Nether could be added to the mix. Depending on how good or evil you are, that determines how much Holy/Nether will affect you.
This make it much simpler, and trust me, from a programming aspect, simplicity is your friend.

make sense... hmm.. I can think of of weapons and armour easy, but it just comes to the stats that causes me confusion cause I don't want to high power it...
