"TOO LATE!!" Near screamed. He slashed down with his right hand, the Chidori drawing blood from Toan. He raised his left. If the Rasengan hit, it would blast him straight up to the blasted bird.

Toan cough up blood as he was struck with Chidori. Toan grabbed the hand and hold onto Near with force as he shot out his second hand and caught Near wrist before he landed Rasengan that was inches away from his face. Toan looked up as he smiled as his body begin to become the color of ice, the blood turn to water. An Ice Clone! but when did he have the time to switch.......The time when he caused the arrows to explode, at the beginning of the fight. Kaiza struck down slashing at the both of them with it flame wing that can cut a building in two right now. Toan burst out from the snow about 50 feet away as his body was white from the cold snow. Toan hold out his hand as his dark halo that the ice clone was using returned to Toan. He had used up a lot of energy using the clone, trying to make sure not to get it hurt or his plan was ruined.

Near turned in mid-air, absorbing the water from the Ice clone and using it as chakra. He added water element to his Rasengan, and it became a swirling high pressure water canon, which had the strength of the flamed bird. The flames were doused by the equal force, and he watched as the bird flapped away. "Hmmm...weakened, are you?" Stage 1 Near asked.

Kaiza fly above Toan as he begin to burst into silver flame again. Toan turned the Dark halo to darkness as they flew to his back. the darkness took a shape of a dozen black feather wings, but the feather were made of blades instead of feathers. Toan took out two summoning tag as the tags exploded and down came two white swords as he caught them. "Weaken, but not defeated. What wrong, can't handle one genin?" Big talk, but unless he end this soon, he might regret those words.

"No, but I told you, I'm not your precious Kage. I'm just...a nobody. But I plan to end this now. Yuki Koutai (Snow Shift)." He dropped an icycle in the snow, and watched as it appeared before Toan's feet. POOF! went the icycle and Near pointed his Rasengan at Toan's throat. The Snow clone dissapeared and remained as a pile of displaced snow.

Toan jump back as the Icicle burst out and turn to Near. Toan stab both sword at the ground and shout out one hand to grab near by the wrist and pushed it to the left so the rasangan would missed him. Toan then struck his leg right at near chest.

"What's that gonna do?!" He flipped over Toan, HARD, into the tightly packed snow, which had broke at least one bone. Near stood above him, raising Kurotsuki in pipe form above his throat. Near's eyes faded away torwards black, and the markings around him dissapeared. "Fight's over. You can't win," the real Near said. The Rasengan faded off as well. "Train up, then you can try again later." He stood, and offered him his hand. "Course, you're still my Genin, so I can't kill you." He smiled. "C'mon, let's go."

Toan had a pissed of look in his eyes as he was in the snow with his kage on top of him. But Toan eyes changed and he grab Near hand to help himself up "I'll get you back for this match some day" He commented as he follow Near. he hated to lose.
