Description:
A legendary technique created by the second hokage created. The user has to be on a large body of water or mastery of water in order to use this technique. The user brings up a tsunami of water which goes into his hand as the water or ground beneath the target erupts, sending them from the sheer force of the explosion. The user then appears above them and the tsunami in their hand becomes a massive drill of water which is slammed into the target, killing them from the powerful concentration of the water and the spinning force within it giving it shredding properties like a drill. Any attacks outside the drill made at it would be thrown from the spinning motions, and any outsider who touches the drill will be dragged into it, being most likely torn up from the rapid gyro motion within it and the speed of the attack.

Description:
Bubble Illusion is a unique technique where the user manipulates water turning them into bubbles. However, these are not just any bubble. The bubbles appear harmless and easy to pop. But once pop, they release a tiny mist which covers the one who pop'd them, ensnaring them in a genjutsu. In the genjutsu, the target feels very disoriented and everything looks unstable, as if they were drunk. Their reaction is really slow to them and looks as if looking through a bubble.

Description:
Another bubble technique. When the user uses this technique, water is manipulated to form into bubbles, and the user exhales a mass of bubbles the size of soft balls. If the target touches the bubbles, the bubble clings to the part of the target that touched it, suddenly making that part of their body feel very heavy. If both of their feet is caught in these bubbles, walking on trees or water become very difficult. If the target becomes fully caught in a bubble, it acts like the water prison technique. If bubbles touch an area already caught in a bubble, it combines and adds twice the weight onto that part of the body. This technique is made for slowing down the target, or possibly staging another attack

Description:
A destructive move for bubble release. This can only be used if bubbles from the bubble release is within the area. The user makes a seal and each and every bubble in the area detonates with the force of an explosive note. It doesn't spread fire or anything, but the force of chakra exploding is enough to cause heavy damage if struck directly.

Description:
A powerful technique that can only be used in areas containing a mass amount of water, such as the ocean or a huge lake. A technique that strikes fear into the hearts of all who travels by water. Dante channels water chakra into the body of water and then channels wind chakra into the air. The technique starts up within a three post period before taking full effect. The first post, the sky slowly begins to darken and wind speeds pick up accompanied with a small drizzle. The surface of the water begins to ripple showing the winds blowing across them. The second post the sky grows even darker, the wind gusts harder then before, making small waves form and the surface of the water unsteady. The rain falls harder then it did before. The third post, the sky becomes black and wind speed is now stronger, creating slightly bigger waves to raged through the body of water, the surface of it moving rapidly and churning viciously making all but the user have a very difficult time standing on the surface of the water, apart from the waves rushing by. The rain now beats down harshly, making it difficult to see through. Al land areas nearby begins to flood with the torrential rainstorm beatng down on them. For the next ten posts, the storm rages on making the battle field dangerous for all who has never been trained in this technique, muchless a dangerous field to be in generally. Some say the god of seas and storms himself unleashes his fury by making this storm

Description
A forbidden water technique that very few shinobis know of due to its great power. The user has to be a specialist of water and very talented in its ways in order to use this technique properly. The user weaves handsigns and then, since the human body is made 70% of water, starts the manipulation of water within a target's body. This can be done in several ways. One, if the user chooses, can control the entire body, but it'll be the hardest to control since the target can fight back with their will. The weaker the target though, the easier it is to control them. If not the entire body, the user can pick a part of the body and control it. The target can still struggle to fight it off, but it'll be alot easier since its targeting a central area, not the entire thing. This technique can only be learned if it is taught by another. A technique this dangerous is locked up usually.
