Rhian slipped a glove off and tossed it aside, peeking through the book for a good question to ask Lauss. "Um......" She paused for a moment. "Can I have a minute to think up a good question, Lauss-teacher?"

Nodding and smiling, Lauss waited patiently for the game to continue, peering over at the book as Rhian searched through it, studying up a bit himself.
***
The essentics had gone through a round of quizzing each other, and the scores showed quite clearly on how much skin was showing. Lauss had removed four pieces of clothing due to his two incorrect answers; his belt, both shoes, and his goggles. Basically, he was still fully dressed. Rhian, on the other hand, was leaving very little to the imagination at this point. However, Lauss was rather unhappy, even with his girlfriend almost naked. How had he answered those questions wrong? Honestly, it was just a matter of semantics, he wasn't stupid or anything... was he?

Zia came out from its bedroom and headed downstairs with the book it had just finished to return it to the shelf and get another. As it rounded the corner it was understandably shocked with the sight before it. "What the ********?" It dropped the book and just pointed at the two, more its sister than Lauss. "What THE <********>?" Hurrying over it grabbed a throw blanket from the back of the couch and wrapped it around Rhian. "Are you out of your stupid mind?"

Rhian squeaked, looking at Ziazan with wide, frightened blue eyes, trembling a bit. "I - Sibling-Ziazan........... we were just stu-studying.........." Her sibling's anger and disappointment was nearly overpowering, and Rhian didn't quite understand why, but she could feel how upset Ziazan was and that it was her fault, and that she'd somehow done something very very wrong.

Lauss smiled pleasantly to Ziazan, waving to the essentic as it joined them. "Hello, Ziazan. I didn't know you were home." He looked down at the book in his lap, holding it up. "Would you like to join our game? It's fun, and educational." He nodded happily, assuming Ziazan was wrapping Rhian up simply because it didn't know the rules of the game. Silly Zia...

Zia turned on Lauss next, picking up the other Essentic's discarded clothes and the book, shoving them at Lauss. "Take your s**t and go home. Right now." It turned back to Rhian. "You get your clothes and go to your room and put them on. Now!" It rubbed at its temple. Thank the gods Elle and Fao hadn't come home for this, but Zia didn't frankly want another peep show involving its sister.

Rhian squeaked, peering up at Zia with wide eyes. "Y-you don't want . . . . want to play, S-sibling-Zi?" She was terrified - terrified of her own sibling, and she still didn't really understnd what was going on other than that she had apparently done something very wrong and Ziazan was mad at her for it.

Lauss' smile quickly disappeared, his eyes looking down at the things that had been shoved into his arms. He moved to set the book down on the table he'd found it on before heading back to Rhian. Why did he have the sudden urge to hug her? How odd... Even he, though, could tell she wasn't happy, and he bowed to her, standing straight and giving her one last short kissing practice session, figuring that might make her happier. "I'll see you another time, I suppose." He sulked back toward the door, realizing Ziazan was upset, but not understand why.

Zia waited till Lauss was gone then glared at Rhian. "What the hell were you doing? You can't do that with him. No wonder our parents think you two need supervsision."

"W-we were just playing, Ziazan," Rhian stammered out, clutching around at the blanket and trying to figure out exactly why her sibling seemed so very angry at her. . . but she couldn't wrap her mind around it, really. It had just been a fun study game!

"Yeah, well, you shouldn't play games like that. It's not proper," Zia sighed, going to get a book from the shelf. It walked back and dropped it on the table in front of Rhian. Proper Etiquette For Young Women. "Read this. It's a good start. And go get your clothes on before Mama and Fao walk in."

Rhian blinked and peered at the book, confused as to what exactly Ziazan had just dropped in front of her. "E-dee-quiet? What's that?" She didn't move or bother to get dressed yet; she was still trying to process what had just happened.

"Etiquette is being proper. If you're going to pass for human and go out among the people, you better learn what's right and wrong. Taking your clothes off unsupervised with a boy isn't good." Zia leaned down and gathered Rhian's clothes then held them out to her. "Take these and the book and go to your room."

Rhian blinked watery eyes at Ziazan and did as told, too shell-shocked to fully understad that her sibling was, in its way, trying to help her. All she understood was that she'd done something very, very wrong without knowing quite why it was wrong, and that she was in trouble for it now. And to top it off, Sibling-Ziazan had made Lauss-teacher leave. . . would she ever see her Lauss-teacher again? As upset as her sibling was. . . Rhian somehow doubted it.

Zia sat down on the couch, sinking down into the cushions and cursing softly. Great. It'd probably have to have some version of The Talk with Lauss now, too. Maybe it wouldn't tell Faolan about this, but definitely would tell Mama. Rhian belonged to her after all and would listen to her. Fao was a man and Zia was . . . well, neither. Another woman would put a better perspective on things for Rhian. Hopefully.
