Where I am mostly is in the z!CB and 2 other guilds (including this one). I could try having it as part of a post format for a bit before the event when we know basically when it is and go around my 2 old favorite forums (z!OMG and F&D subby) trying to post. Hopefully not your biggest advertiser.

Fae I would mostly ask you to go ask a bunch of threads to exchange banner links with us, so that's more or less what I was thinking.
I do kind of want to becareful about how much we draw attention from ZCB though...

Yeah...I thought that might not help. xp Thought F&D might be safest, but possibly the least interested. Exchanging banner links...Do I look for threads or do you know people or something? I could go for it, I think.

browsing art shops and art auctions is probably best for link exchange, I know some people for that yes.
basically you copy their link, give it to us, and then paste our banner code in their thread for them and ask them to put it on their front.
What is F&D? that sounds like a good idea
I'd also ask you to go give a short non spam pitch to some of the NPC fan threads (I'd link you to them)
just to say "yo you might like, we're inviting you to come if you want"
that's mostly it for that job though. I'll be going to the fan threads too.

And F&D is Food and Drink - a subforum of Lifestyle Discussion. I used to hang around those threads a lot, mostly lurking.

ok Disco and nim offered to do the banners and stuff.
So I'm going to start our training in another normal thread.
Keep talking in here if you want, and you can still sign up for a job if you haven't yet. There's still room.
Noise might be Louie for the NPC job, so I'll hold that space for her.
I highly suggest you come to the training, otherwise you'll be confused on monday.
for our training we'll have like a practice auction and I'll give you some tips of stuff to try.

Lessee... Will there still be NPCs to auction around 9:30-10:00 PDT? If so, I might be able to get on around then. The DQ closes at 10:00 CDT (aka 8:00 PDT), and it takes about an hour to clean up and stuff, so I should be able to get on at 11:30 or midnight (CDT)...
