Suspected reason: Not sure.. I hit my highest gold count in the 3 years I've been on gaia through buying low and selling high. Very ridiculous, I had several kanoko for sale that I saved for 2 months.. and now that the prices finally got high on them, they block my market rights.

Dealings with Gaia: I sent them an inquiry message using the contact us page. I only sent it earlier today, so I'll see how long it takes them to respond. Hopefully they will fix this problem, but by the sounds of other complaints, I have a feeling this may soon be my last day on gaia. The market system is really the only thing that has been keeping me on this site >_<

oh another thing look at this guild thousands of other users having same problem this whole guild is innocent gaia needs to address this prob i know your not gaia your just a mod but can you at least help me with telling my it got disabled.

All the same stuff as Mistress, Her cousin had given both of us items and they might have been hacked items.

Unlucky;
First i get banned for "hacking"
I wait nine months
Finally i get unbanned. (i wasn't guilty-- someone keylogged me)
I'm on the site for three months
i get hacked out of 15million
the admins tell me they can't help me
because it was my fault
(even though they've helped out several other people who've done the same thing)

and now i win a contest, fair and square, and i'm under pending investigation. Gaia just hates me. I won 100k for winning a tektek contest. I'm not even completely sure that that's it, but i have a feeling it is.

Dealings with Gaia: I tried the contact us button-- it doesn't work on my machine for whatever reason, I PMed a regular mod asking them what i should do-- no response (they read it-- just didn't respond), I posted in the Q&A about what i should do, and then I PMed the omni mod who dealt with my case(s) because usually she recognizes my screen name... hopefully.

Suspected reason: I get a lot of gold-trades for avitar art I draw. It's possible someone sent me bad gold? D< Why should I be punished for this?! It's not like I can say: "excuse me, I need to run a marker across your gold to see if it's legit."

Dealings With Gaia: About 2 months into my trade ban, I PMed a mod and got ZERO response. I waited, figuring they were just hammering out a glitch. November 11th 2009, I PMed another mod who told me I was under a mysterious "investigation." The mod told me to submit a ticket. Don't get me wrong-- this Mod was real nice. Later that same night I submitted a ticket. Today (November 16th 2009) I recieved a "suggested solution" to my problem. It wasn't a solution. It, basically, told me that my account was under investigation (without telling me what for) and that it would transpire for an undetermined amount of time. So much for right to a fair and speedy trial. I rejected the solution and protested that the investigation had gone on long enough. They replied with the same generic message, though in a different format. I declined the solution a second time and told them one year was more than long enough to solve the problem. This is harder than getting an insurance department of underwriting to approve you for something. Gaia wrote back a short time later and had a real nice Mod (Dahlia I think her name was) say the same thing again, thoughshe let me know I had only been disbaled 10 months and told me the mod on my case was working on it. Once again, I declined the solution (...'cuz that's not a solution...) and told the mod to have whoever was working on my case fix it in a timely manner and to have that mod reply. The mod replied once again with the same generic response and closed the case. Gaia HAS no solution for the problem and intends to do nothing about it for the sake of those who will run out, create a new account, and pee-away money on cash-cards to re-create their old account. The cycle will continue.

Date Disabled: 11/20/09 ??? Could be earlier but this is the first I noticed it.

Suspected reason:
If it was indeed disabled earlier, I would suspect it's because of the Halloween event. I kinda went follow crazy at one point and had some 50 - 60 tabs with the thing telling me to slow down.

Other then that, the only thing I can see if possibly because I trade things with my friends. Still, me giving stuff to my friends really doesn't mean I'm hacking, considering I do this not all the time, but enough that it's kinda a routine.


Dealings with Gaia:
I sent out of PM to one of the online Mods. Waiting for a response.

Edit: It's been twenty minutes and the moderator who I PMed is online yet hasn't even looked at my message yet. Sigh....
