Seraphim glanced at him. his offer was tempting, and yet the pent up anger and frustration inside her wanted to shout never. But somehow the male's reasoning got to her. "Perhaps...." she began, thinking rather deeply to herself. "I guess if I know whats what down here.... It would be more.. tolerable." she mouthed the word with a look of disgust. She could never truly get used to living life on the ground...but she could get used to it.

Hiba smiled "Though Even I know this place is a poor comparison to your home." Hiba did like the sky and often wondered what it would be like up there floating endlessly. But he was glad the sky had brought a piece of itself here. Hiba nodded slowly "There are many things here that you might not see there, my favourite though is a moon flower." he said with a smile.

Seraphim's ears pricked with interest. "A Moon Flower?" she tilted her head, now very curious. "The only Moon Flowers I know of are newborn cubs....because they are said to blossom like the changing of the moon." she said with a soft sigh. There had been that certain someone in the sky, but since her dramatic feet and exile, he had lost all interest in her. Getting to her paws, though still a bit weary, she shook the pain from herself. "Would you show me them?" and for once her eyes held a peaceful and rather innocent look about them.

Hiba nodded "They only bloom at night under moon light making them really hard to find during the day." he had stumbled across a clearing of the flowers during the night once... now if he could only remember where it was. "The flowers are brilliant white and shine like the moon." he then nodded "I'm sure I remember where they are." he smiled.

Serahpim's eyes light up at the mention of the moon. How she loved the moon. She could go on and on and on about its beauty. "I can't wait to see them." she said softly, glancing at him, hoping he remembered. If there really was a field of flowers that looked like the moon....maybe living on this earth wouldn't be so bad after all. It would be like home...

Hiba saw how she lit up and smiled again she had some life back within her. There a faint glow lit up arond her it seemed making her shine regardless of her wounded appearance. "It'll take us at least half a day to get there if I remember correctly." he said "By then the moon should be rising and the flowers opening." he said hopefully. "We'll start off when you're finished." he said glancing to the horizon.

Smiling, Seraphim looked at him anxious to go. She felt better already just by hearing what he had said. "I'm fine. Lets go now!" she grinned and kneaded her paws into the ground like an anxious kitten. She spread her wings a bit, but remembered her punishment. Sure she could fly, but no higher than the tree tops. It would make the traveling fast, but it was harder on her to fly here than it was soaring through the sky. Sighing, she glanced back down at her paws as a few more feathers fell from her wings. "Some how... I need to stop loosing these..." she whispered to herself as she pawed at a sparkling feather.

Hiba couldn't help but chuckle at Seraphim's display of sudden energy, it was cute and much more fitting for the celestial lioness. Hiba spred his own wings and flew, he watched as a few of her sparkling feathers started to fall, Hiba flew underneath and with a few aerial manuvers caught her fallen feathers before flapping his wings and rising to the same height as her. "Here" he offered then thought "It's natual down here to loose some feathers." he explained "New one grow in their place so you'd never be able to tell." he beat his wings again but still holding Seraphim's fallen feathers.

Seraphim glanced at him and blinked as he caught her feathers, and tilted her head curiously....almost running into a tree at the same time. Hissing, she pulled up wards with a flap of all six of her wings, managing to dodge it at the last second. Sighing, she glanced at him this time from the sides of her eyes. "Why did you catch them? If I will grow new ones, would those not be useless to me?" she asked, curious why he would hold on to them.

Hiba blushed a litte "because they were important to you." he smiled slightly he musty look like a fool for doing something like this.

Seraphim couldn't help but smirk. "Your sweet. Not something I expected from your appearance." she laughed slightly, dodging another tree, this time more gracefully. Swerving back up to soar beside him, she blushed a little herself. "T-thank you though.... They were my pride in the skies.....everyone said I sparkled like the Moon Herself...." she said softly, looking a little down at the thought.

"I get that a lot." he said flying around another tree. "I didn't really fit in with my family because of that." he chuckled quietly then listened "You're welcome." he smiled "I think you still shine like the moon, and like the moon you're more beautiful during the night ."

Completely caught off guard, Seraphim almost fell from the sky from his comment. Normally, she would have smirked and posed and responded with something along the lines of, 'I know.', but this felt different - and she wasn't sure why. Swallowing hard, she corrected herself in flight and narrowed her eyes, looking away in embarrassment. Her face flushed heavily as she forced a slight growl. "Yes...well... your... not so bad yourself...." she muttered softly, stealing side glances at him every other second. She had told herself she wouldn't fall for any 'earthling' ..... but this particular lion made that promise ever so hard.

Hiba looked at her surprised for a moment he hadn't expected his comment to affect her like that. He laughed lightly for a moment "Sorry." he said after. Hiba was suddenly surprised himself though no one would have been able to see his blush due to his coloration. "Thank you." he said quietly dodging another tree.

Trying to quickly change the subject, Seraphim eyed the ground beneath them. "Soo.....how much..farther?" she asked, hoping he wouldn't notice what she was thinking/feeling... but it seemed he already did. Growling inwardly to herself, she kept telling herself not to look at him...but she did.
