Angelica pouted when her whisper to Seamus went ignored. She didn't want to spend the afternoon before her classes with an assorted group of members of the other Houses. Sighing to herself a bit, she zoned out of the conversation for a moment, wondering what Morgan and Sam were up to. She hadn't seen them since Transfiguration. While she was lost in her thoughts, even more students joined the group. Why on earth is everyone congregating here? Do we look that inviting? She scowled.

Angelica heard Seamus turn down the Gryffindor boy's offer to help train Felix's ferret. Amused, she smirked, but the smile was wiped off her face quickly as someone walked smack into Felix and he began to cry again. Something in her made her feel bad for him, which was unusual for Angelica. She reached into the pockets of her robes, feeling around for a tissue or even a bit of parchment she could transfigure to be softer. She was about to reprimand the person for walking into him, but three separate people took care of it. Finally, Angelica's fingers brushed against a piece of parchment, which she tapped with her wand while it was still in her pocket. It turned into a tissue, which she held out to Felix. "Here." She kept her voice flat, but she truly felt sorry for him. The poor thing couldn't catch a break.

((Lame post is lame. Sorry for the delay, I've been busy with class.))

((Blargh, school is kicking me in the rear >.< ))
Arabelle looked up at the first Slytherin girl spoke to her. Just the way she spoke oozed 'Slytherin' it seemed. She was about to retort when she realized the boy she'd knocked into was crying. She bit her lip, wondering just what the right thing to say was. She felt even more horrible now; that was for sure. But then a second Slytherin - this one a boy - had reprimanded her. "I-I really am sorry...I didn't mean it..." she said in a small voice, glancing over at Anna when she spoke. "Of course. I'll be more careful," she added, silently thanking her for not being as harsh as the others. Finally she turned back to the Hufflepuff as another Slytherin girl handed him a tissue. "Are you alright?" she asked him. She wished he'd stop crying - it was making her feel just downright horrible.

(( y'all don't be mad at me... I almost killed my computer crying and omg my coding works again! ))

Felix nodded to Seamus, but the tears just kept rolling down his cheeks. He wanted to pull himself together and be cool like Seamus. However, Seamus didn't have the luck that Felix did. At this rate, Felix might not survive the year. The thought sent more tears trailing down his cheeks and he looked away from Seamus. Again, he used his tear soaked sleeve to try and mop up his eyes.

Felix caught a glance at Anna. She had said not to be afraid. He just couldn't shake away that glare she had given him. Still, she had come after him that time. He tried to smile at her and say he would try, but she was letting the poor Ravenclaw girl have it too. Admittedly, it wasn't as bad, but Felix was starting to feel worse for the girl.

Felix looked up when he heard the word "here." He looked at the Slytherin girl standing beside Seamus. She was holding a tissue to him. He smiled through his tears and took the tissue. It worked better than his sleeve any way. He started to wipe away his tears as he whispered. "Thank you..."

User Image Felix looked back to the girl that bumped into him. He wiped at his face again as new tears rolled down his cheeks without him wanting them to. He nodded to her. "Yes... I am ok... Please don't worry about me... Just watch where you are going..." He said with a smile. At long last, it seemed the last tear had fallen. For the time being.

Snickers escaped Felix's grasp. Felix gasped, but the ferret only ran up his arm to sit on his shoulder. At least some things never changed. He would always have horrible luck. And his ferret would always come back to him. He petted the little guy on the head and looked around at the others.

Seamus pinched his mouth when the newcomer addressed him, stuttering. Although he was displeased with anyone who would go about recklessly knocking into unsuspecting people, she was a girl. He cleared his throat, almost sorry at having upset her, even though clearly Felix was the most upset. "Yes, well. Of course you didn't. As long as you swear to pay more attention in the future, there isn't much more we can do about this, hm?"

He smiled at Angelica when she offered her tissue, though it was quite clear she wasn't pleased to be standing there next to a sobbing Hufflepuff. Couldn't be helped really. Anywhere Felix was, there would be tears. Lots of them. Seamus sighed. "Alright there Felix." He leaned over awkwardly and patted his forearm. "S'alright now. We don't even need to hex her." Teasing now, he smiled in the girl's direction. He was a prefect, and couldn't going around hexing people. But he would turn his back if the need arose. Still, she seemed contrite. Turning to his body towards her he asked, "What are we to call you then?"

Anna had to fight the heavy urge to roll her eyes at the group assembled before her. In the end, it ended as an eye twitch and the smallest beginning of the pout. All she had wanted to do was sit alone and read her book, until Seamus decided to show up. She had enough patience for him, true, but it was starting to look like a mob. A mob of entirely incompatible people. Hopefully she would be able to excuse herself soon enough, though there hadn't yet been a reasonable enough opening.

Folding her arms over her chest, she had to try hard not to gawk at Seamus' comment about hexing the poor girl. He was teasing, of course, but it could be taken seriously. Biting down on her bottom lip as hard as she could, she managed not to say anything on the matter. She remained silent as Seamus continued through the conversation, at least, until he turned towards Arabelle, asking what her name was. Better time to butt in than any. "Ah, this is Arabelle." she said quickly, hoping she wouldn't be thought of as rude. "Arabelle, this is Seamus. Watch out for him." She added the last part on quickly, and quietly, mainly for her own benefit.

[[Clear? xD]]

Arabelle attempted a smile as the Hufflepuff said, once more, he was fine, and finally the tears stopped. At least she could stop feeling like a bloody idiot. At least, until, the Slytherin boy said something about hexing her. Her eyes went wide, as she had no way of knowing he was simply joking. "W-what?" she stammered. "Hex me? I don't believe that would have ever been neccessary..." she tried to say, though her voice had gone up in pitch and came out squeaky. She took a step away from him, towards Anna. She at least didn't want to bite her head off.

Ara hadn't even noticed he had asked for her name until Anna had spoken. Seamus was his name. She bit her lower lip and mentally cursed herself for not being more observant. The boy had been joking; he wouldn't have cursed her at all. "Y-you can call me Ara...if you wan't..." she said quietly, her face burning a bright red. So much for not feeling like an idiot," she chided herself.

Felix looked back to Seamus when he spoke again. He smiled and tears return to his eyes. But they were happy tears. He rubbed his eyes with the cloth in his hands. Seamus reached over and patted Felix on the arm. A light brush crept into his cheeks and he nodded just a slight movement of his head. Felix looked up when Seamus said they didn't need to hex her now. At first he was worried, but the look on Seamus face was one of teasing. Felix relaxed and covered Seamus's hand with his own free hand. Felix's hands were always cold, so it was nice against Seamus's warm hand. He smiled to himself, just hoping Seamus wouldn't pull away too soon. Unfortunately, Seamus's mind was always on the ladies and he turned to the girl that had bumped into Felix and pulled away from Felix. Felix sighed on the ground. He wished he could keep Seamus's attention.

Felix looked up to Anna when she spoke. She seemed rather annoyed. He tried to smile at her, hoping to make her feel better some. He didn't want her upset. Felix glanced back to Ara. It seemed he wasn't the only one that over reacted at times. Felix laughed to himself. At least he was no longer the only one. Felix finally stood up, brushing off his butt from where he had been sitting on the ground. He looked around and wasn't sure where to stand. With the way the day had been going, he decided away from the others was best. He stood on the far edge of their odd shaped circle, though he was considering leaving it all together. He wasn't sure what was keeping him here.

Seamus scoffed. "Watch out for me? It seems you're just as dangerous as I am." He was referring of course to the reason they'd all met, Anna's being covered in sauce and noodles. She had a temper on occasion, he appreciated that. He turned his attention to the new girl again, Arabelle. "Ara. Charmed." Seamus reached forward, cupping her hand. "I agree, hexing isn't necessary at all. It was only a joke. I'd hate to think that my brutish humour upset you." He turned his deep blue eyes on the girl, throwing in his best smile. "I beg your apology." She had apologized, and seemed contrite so as far as Seamus was concerned, she was forgiven.

Watching the other Ravenclaw recoil from Seamus caused Anna to narrow her eyes a bit at the boy, obviously not a fan of his type of humor. Things like that could be taken seriously, and it appeared that that was exactly what Arabelle had done. Her attention was pulled away from Seamus, though, when she noticed Felix looking up towards her, a smile on his face. Despite how badly she wanted to continue scowl, she made her best attempt at a smile, though it began waning shortly after. Hopefully Felix would have turned away by then, as she would hate to have something like a half-assed attempt at a smile cause him to run off. When Seamus spoke again, the smile quickly melted away into a frown. "I'm not dangerous. Just opinionated." Which was, for the most part, true.

Arabelle seemed to diminish in size, though she kept her spot exactly. It was a sort of a talent; she could seemingly make herself shrink whenever need be. A small amused smile crossed her face as Seamus called Anna dangerous. He doesn't know the half of it, she thought, recalling a few events of the girl's anger in Ravenclaw Tower. But it quickly disappeared as the boy turned to her, cupping her hand. Amazingly, she kept her composure and returned his dazzling smile with a simple smile of her own. "Of course, you are forgiven," she responded. Anna, so far, seemed to be somewhat correct; this Slytherin did seem a bit dangerous to cross.

Seamus flicked a glance at Anna. "Some would argue that is dangerous, love." And certainly it could be. Personally, it was something he found intriguing about her. And certainly she'd been around enough lately. For whatever reason, Felix had tied the whole lot of them together, from the train and now from the night before. He was Drama, and it seemed that no one was immune.
]When Arabelle gave her forgiveness, Seamus inclined his head slightly and released her. "Well now that we're all on good terms, I think it best if I excuse myself to class. I would be honored of course, to accompany any ladies going my way."

[[I wan post style too D8]]

Anna scoffed, looking up towards Seamus with the most condescending look she could manage. It was quite hard to try to do that, however, seeing as the boy was close to a foot taller than her and could very likely break her in half should he feel the need. He didn't seem the type to do that, though the simple fact that he had pulled his wand so quickly on the boy from the night before still caused her to be cautious with what she said. She had known boys who very freely would attack girls, despite the age old 'boys can't hit girls' nonsense that often flew about.

"And I would very well argue with them until they give up and admit I'm right," she shot back, realizing quite well how bratty she sounded. She was usually right, for the most part, and even if she was wrong, she wouldn't admit it, and carry out the argument until the end. It was always her pride on the line, in her mind, and she wasn't about to let someone put a dent in it.

Folding her arms over he chest, she waited for someone to speak again as Seamus carried on with his gentlemen nonsense, Arabelle forgiving him before finally releasing her hand. In Anna's mind, it was pure bullshit. Especially Seamus's kindness towards the other Ravenclaw, when just a few moments ago he had been perfectly willing to rip her throat out.

Seamus was a flirt, and a terribly good one at that.

Her attention turned back to Felix for a short moment, and she noticed that he had moved a bit further away from the group, looking as though he wanted to leave. She opened her mouth to say something to him, but Seamus spoke again before she managed too. "I've potions next, so I doubt you're going my way." she said, adjusting the bag strap on her shoulder. Potions wasn't necessarily one of her favourite subjects, but it wasn't as bad as Herbology.

Just as quickly as Seamus had seemed to show protection and even a bit of liking towards Felix, it was gone. Seamus was back to his normal self. Flirting with everything female. It made Felix want to cry all over again. He looked at the ground so he wouldn't have to explain the renewed tears. He glanced at the others around him quickly, and saw Anna attempting to return his smile. It was enough to hold off the tears. Mostly at least. As Ara spoke, Felix realized that another girl had fallen in for Seamus. If not love or crush, she had at least agreed with him and seemed happy with him now.

Felix looked to the others. They were heading on to classes. He was sure he still had a while before his next class. "I have Care of Magical Creatures next... I suppose I'll stay out this way..." He said, inching back some more. He would head to the Quidditch field if all the others left. He would practice alone. But it was better like that. He felt so nervous with others watching him. And without the harsh demand of competition he felt awkward. "Ummm... I'll see you all later..." He finally stated, walking off in a random direction. Eventually he would work his way back to the Quidditch pitch, but through the long way. He didn't want to make things worse.

Seamus shook his head at the girl, his black hair falling back into his eyes. "You'd be right. Too bad though. Some other time, hm?" He had Transfiguration and Potions would be the exact wrong way. Not that that had stopped him other times, sometimes the company was worth a longer walk.

Although he was disappointed none of the girls had taken the offer, it left him open to pick up any ladies along the way. "I think I'll take my leave as well. Anna, think you can stay out of trouble until dinner?" He eyed her shirt, proud not a stain had remained. Seamus gave the group a casual wave and, after another appreciative look at Anna, set off after Felix. "Oi, wait up."

Felix looked over his shoulder. Seamus was following him. He tilted his head to the side and blinked. It confused him, making him stop and stare as the older boy caught up with him. Felix blushed a little and shook his head to compose himself once more. "Oh, um... Sure thing, Seamus..." He said to the other boy. He twisted his hands together for a moment, then put them behind his back. "Why did you want to come after me?" Felix asked softly, a little unsure.

(( good to see this up and going again... sorry about the short post, it'll get better as time goes along ))
