I'm down to 1BP. crying
I also have a couple questions, does the item scope lens count as a hax item? I've seen some lists that says that it is, and others that say it isn't. The whole reasoning behind banning hax items is because hackers can hack the game to force a button press make an item activate, like the other hax items. Now the other hax items not all moves can cause accuracy loss, or flinching so there banned for that reason, as the hacker woudl blame the effects on the items. All moves can be critical though, so i don't' see why it woudl be not allowed.
Also shouldn't the self KO clause apply only when both people are down to one pokemon, instead the user of the KO move is down to there last one?
Lastly I don't' understand why all the tourneys and gyms here say "no voice chat" I've seen other gyms that say "voice chat has to be on", to keep people from botting, is there a reason or are the leaders just shy?

Well I can answer your first question and the answer is yes.(In my opinion)I think people would want to win by skill instead of luck so the clause is just to assure that will happen. If a critical hit shows up,then that is just a part of the game so everyone would just have to deal with that if it happens. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Luck/Hax_item

Well, for me personally, its not that I'm shy, it's because sometimes I talk out strategies to myself while battling, so yeah, voice chat would just be my worst enemy if it was on during the most intense of fights. xd
And for the record, "hax" = luck. It has nothing to do with people hacking the game, it more or less has to do with something lucky/unlucky happening that has the possibility of changing the whole outcome of the battle.

That doesn't make much sense to me, it shouldn't be illegal? Other wise you woudl have to ban increased critical hit ratio moves too. Even a pokemon with super luck holding razor claw or scope lens using a move with a high ratio only has a 50% chance and that's still a gamble.

What about the self KO clause?

Why would they ban increased critical hit ratio moves? It's still only 12.5 % chance which is not likely to happen.A 50-50 chance may be a gamble but it makes it possible to work.Hax items are very annoying and as Kyrenx pointed out, it has a possibility of changing the outcome of the battle.

No it wasn't.. My team played horribly in both matches today. They're lucky I don't release/trade them off for a punishment.
