@Nightfure: Yeah, if anything, Anzu's maturity compliments Yuugi's more layed-back attitude, though I still am not totally into the pairing so much (with either of the Yuugis, I don't care to pair Anzu with), mostly because I just see Anzu breaking Yuugi's heart in the end. She only ever seems to love him as a friend, and as caring and compassionate as she is for him, she would always put her dancing first, I think, and Yuugi his gaming, and the two would end up in a long-distance relationship. Ahem, but anyway, back on topic... you should totally make that thread! XD

I think she was referring to Yuugi being a perv mostly as the beginning of the manga, since he imagined looking up girls' skirts while playing basketball, borrowed a Censored!porn tape from Jounouchi, and would sometimes look at Anzu sexually. But I mean GOD FORBID a high school boy have any thoughts whatsoever on the panties of his hot female friend. rolleyes That's not perverted; that's nothing compared to most high school boys. Nothing compared to most high school girls, even.
Which character do you make an exception for with bashing? XD I'll tell you now that this guild does allow bashing to an extent, but mostly under the parameters that you were talking about; be mature about it, say your reasonings for not liking a character, and don't get angry if people disagree with you. We're a guild of individuals, and we should celebrate our differences, after all. ^^ But don't worry, if anyone here is ever all, 'omg seto is such an a*****e i hate him he should just die because he only cares about himself and god cards lawl!!!1,' then a stop will be put to such behavior.
Yes, you must watch Avatar! It's like the only 'anime copy' America's made that was super amazing and up to standards of the better Japanese anime. (Teen Titans was good, but a bit more fun and immature) But Avatar has become my favorite American cartoon, of all time. XD;; It even beat Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy, which I'm obsessed with. o.o
Ahhh, you find those pairings cute?! X3 That's so great to hear. Even if you don't ship them hardcore. I can understand the not caring for yaoi in YUU*GI*OU thing; I'm the same way with slash in Teen Titans. I don't dislike it, and there are some pairings that interest me, but overall it just doesn't seem to mix very well.

Oh, Gouzaburo. XD That I can totally see. Someone I was expecting a generally liked character that you just didn't like at all, but Gouzaburo makes way more sense. I don't think many people mind him being bashed, because I think he's supposed to be a hated character to begin with. As much as I hate what he did to Noa and Kaiba and Mokuba, though, at the same time, I am somewhat glad for it, because that did lead to some very good Kaiba-centric arcs/episodes, and also helped to form Kaiba into the cold a*****e he is today. <3 I think he always had the potential to be that way, but I can't help but feel he would've been a bit kinder and more willing to open up to people if it wasn't for Gouzaburo.
That sucks that people act like that in one of your guilds. D: Such behavior is not tolerated here, and we generally have very considerate guild members.
I never met many pervs in my high school, but I think that was because I was just good at avoiding obnoxious people. XD;; I just had a small group of friends, and ignored everyone else. But gosh, oftentimes I'll make more perverted comments than my male friends when I hang out with them. It's not really a big deal, at least if your friends are mature and realize that you're just playing around.
I know, Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy is so amazing! <3 I want to see the movie... D: It's already come out in a couple places... like Scandinavia and Australia. XD;; I don't get why it hasn't been shown in North America yet... at least Cartoon Network still shows reruns quite often.
Mmm, Avatar is also one of those shows that just gets better and better as it moves on... the first half of the first season is like "oh, that's pretty good," then the second half is like, "wow, I think I'm really getting into this show," then the second season is like "definitely one of my favorite shows now! I love it!" and by the third season, you're just a drooling, obsessive fan who is scouring the internet for any little tidbit of info you can get on the movie coming out. XD;;;

... lol at Bakura Ryou's dad XD I don't think he knew it was cursed... I never liked him 'cause he let his son go around to live alone at a potentially young age... I'm not sure if Ry actually lived alone when he was younger, but it's very plausible XP

And I thought that Atem's dad was alright... just that he was too goody-goody... Not that being good is bad... but... yeah XD

And Sokka (Avatar!) and Katara's dad... I liked him, he wasn't too bad... even though Ozai (Zuzu's dad) was a b****. D:

Yeah... and I don't think Teo and the others in the Northern Air Temple are in it... last I checked, anyways... even though they're pretty important in season three... :/ This is why I like A:tLA... lots of important minor characters biggrin

I never did like Teo's dad, though he seemed like a good dad... Loved Teo, though... and Haru's okay, I guess... Don't really have an opinion on him :/

It was, I admit XD And he was pretty cool... I just think I have a bias on anime fathers... I tend not to like any of them... with the exception of Odd from Code Lyoko's dad... He's awesome biggrin
