ok then well like i said befor we need to set a date for the firwst draft (i do a lot of writting so making deadlines is actually helpful and keeps you on trak) so any ideas for a first deadline? i was thinking because it's hard to get everyone on at the same time maybe set a deadline in a few months and mybe make a few IM meetings once i a while (if we can manage that)

hmmm i was thinking maybe we should tell her kinda who we are and where we are from, ask her how she is doing and hope she is doing well, tell her that we love d gray man very much and that no matter how its ranked d gray man is number 1 in our books, maybe tell her that we heard about the problem she had with the manga and that we dont think she would do such a thing. thats all i have right now feel free to add or shoot down some ideas im open to anything. 3nodding

Yay! looks like things are moving along quite nicely! I'm still up for a small art portion of the letter. but if we wanted to send in anything do we send it to you of what?
I think the IM party sounds great but the problem is not everyone is on at the same time. Maybe PM might work? Just a suggestion.

like i said only ideas and a pm party i think if we have more than two people that might be kinda hard becsause if some one want to say something and others are typing they might not get it in time befor they send it out

what we really need is a Deadline so everyone can send in what they wanted and then sort through the mail.

hmmm i like that idea *light bulb goes up* i'v got it, as a group we can write like a group letter and stuff you know that says why were sending her the pakage and then we can do short individual letters because everyone will have something diffrent to say. Everyone can write a letter but that will also have dead lines so they can be translated in time and can be e-mailed, art can be scanned and e-mailed and other things like if we have recipes and other written things (idk firdst thing that poped into my mind)to and if people have acctual objects we can deal with that when it comes around (if it does) and if it does we have to decied who to send them to (if there is more than one or stuff like that)
