"Wouldn't more people make privacy more of an issue?" Zareen asked, not exactly following that reason. She tilted her head in thought. "But I do agree.... A big herd with many faces would be a lot of fun to be in."

"I... maybe? Cause with just the two of us, Dad has only me to focus on... If there's more, though, there would be times when he has others to distract him." She shrugged a little. "I dunno. But yeah fun for sure!"

"That is a good point... I suppose it would cause a good distraction to your father." She giggled a little and swished her tail happily. "Is he protective of you? That's nice..."

She shrugs again. "Some times a little too much so. He's mostly great but yeah. And besides, I'd get more time to explore if he had more friends to focus on."

"I can understand that. You want time to spend with other horses." Zareen smiled. It was the same reason she had set off after all. "That's why I decided to be off on my own for a little while. I want to meet others... and explore the world."

Dance nodded. "Exactly! It's the best way to make new friends, and live an interesting life! And I'm glad I met you." She paused, for they were now entering the edge of the trees.

Zareen nodded her head a little in agreement. "Mm-hm. I'm glad to have met you as well. Meeting new friends is nice..." She looked around her surroundings a tiny bit as they made their way closer. She had to wonder what she would see when the two finally got to their destination.

"This is the edge of the Forest... We're getting there." She nods, and smiles. "Such a lovely place to be, it is." She looked into the cool, green depths, which were darker now, as night was coming on, and smiled.

Zareen wondered to herself exactly how far they were going. It wasn't often that she ventured into a forest like this. "Will it be hard to see around here when it gets dark?" She asked curiously. She wouldn't mind of course, but the question had poped into her head as she noticed the skies getting darker.

"For a bit. When it gets hard to see, we'll find a spot to settle and rest until the moon comes up high enough it'll light the forest some." She shrugs a bit, used to the forest's darknesses.

"Ah, I see." The unicorn looked up for a moment to admire the trees. It wasn't quite a bright idea to look away from where she was going however since she stumbled a little on a rock she had not seen. "Oof..." She mumbled and glanced down at her hoof after catching herself.

Zareen shook her head quickly. "Oh! No, no... Sorry. I'm just a little clumsy, forest or not. Sometimes I forget to watch where I'm going and all. Haha..." Her ears folded down a little. Now she felt rather silly...

Dance frowned a little. "If you're sure? I don't want you hurt! I'm not sayin' this to make you feel silly, it's just it'll get harder to see and the rocks can be very hard to spot in good light sometimes... I grew up here, so know the hazards..."

Zareen nodded her head. "Do not worry, Dance. I just need to make sure I pay more attention to my surroundings in front of me and not around me... eh heh." She gave the other an encouraging smile. "Please do not worry. I'm excited to go forward."
