Artemis now lay on the ground, heaving slightley. swaet covered his facem and he was glad that it was over. He then smirked, even though he had been under great pressure. "Thanks man... that was really nice of you..." he said pained, reaching his hand out, and making a thumbs up.
"Well at least we gt to hear whats happening," he grumbled, and laughed, but stoped quickley. Makeing a very sad attempt to draw less attention to himslef. "You alrightey over there?" he asked Nu.
(( OHH IM SOWE, well now i fell like a total dumb a**. but thankyou for explaining it. I think ill jus post and leave thoes ones, cuz im too lazy to delete it. But yah im sorry i totally messed that up.))

Tomomi sat back down in his seat and let his head fall to the table set in front of him. He hit his head on it a few times and sighed. Tomomi looked up, "Hibiki, no one hears of this until the mission is over. My orders are to keep this locked up so tight, not even Captain Hei could hack the computer that would hold this secret, got it?! My other, final orders.. Captain of Squad 2, Daiki Sekuraba, Captain of Squad 4, Madam Hakase Yuki, Captain of Squad 10, Hisagi, and Captain of Squad 13, Shinzo.. My last order; Survive." He stood and looked to everyone, "This meeting is dismissed. Those who failed to come, notify them immediately." Tomomi looked to his blade, "I wish I could join you, but the Seireitei needs a Captain Commander; Now most of all... I feel another Winter War." He sits down and rest his head in his hands, speaking softly so no one can really hear, "It.. Feels so much.. Like last time."

Artemis turns over on the ground, and yells out. "I came, so i dont have to come in right?" He kept a straight face, considering his back talk, and the fun he was having on the inside. He wasnt all that fond of formalities, so he really didnt show that much interest in the ohh so high and mighty. He also knew that this was the captain commander, and he could get sky rocketed to the moon in miliseconds if he really wnated to. So he let that sit in the back of his mind as he made his smart a** remarks.

Tsukiko sighed and pulled a flattened plastic tube with a needle at one end, out of her pocket. It contained a substance that seemed to moving about within it it's container. She approached Hisagi cautiously but quickly at the same time. "Father has ordered me to administer these surveillance bacteria to all attending Captains. I suggest you just stay still, it will be easier to get them into you if you are." She sorta looked to Tomomi while speaking as if she desired his approval or perhaps an order to make him take the bacteria anyway, but she didn't say anything. After tossing another tube of the same variety to Yuki, Tsukiko held up the tube and awaited his consent.

Tomomi nodded his head to Tsukiko, "If he wishes it, let it be." Tomomi then looked to Artemis. A smile spread over his face and he stood up, walking out and over to Artemis. He smiled to him and used his air-walk to get to eye level with him. Tomomi grabbed his chin, "I'm not like the old man from before.. I'm not afraid to show my irresponsible subordinates a lesson. If you don't want a crash-coarse on who you will speak to with the utmost and positively most respectful of tones, then I suggest you don't mess with me, or Madam Captain Yuki. I will personally kick your scrawny a** down a training ground's lines if you think you're gonna be a little cockroach in MY meeting hall." He pushes Artemis back and lowers himself. He knew he probably went overboard, but this was no time to make fun of serious matters. Someone who looks older than him should know not to act so in front of Captains and the Captain-Commander.
Tomomi's spiritual pressure was more firey than his average calm and cold. As he walked back to his chair, he spoke under his breath to his blade. He chuckled a bit, Ouhi-Hebi forcing him to smile. The only thing he made audible was, "Sounding like you're my mother again.." He sat back down in his chair, a little more relaxed and back to normal. He sat back in the chair and looked to the others. Giving them a look as if to say, 'Yes, I did just do that.'

Artemis winced a bit when he was being spoken to, but no matter. After he had turned around, he started smiling again. "Well, if we want to be all snoody about it, then i guess thats fine. All things considered. Just trying to make light of the tension, but sure just spaz a little bit." he said under hhis breath, nt worried about the captain commander hearing it. He walked away, his right hands thumb in the back pocket of his jeans. He stopped abruptly, and he turned, and faced the captain commander. "Good night Sir..." he studdered, almost laughing. "SORRY!" he said, and he jumped a foot or two in the air, and shunpod. Obviously in the opposite direction of "His" meeting hall. He had nothing better to do, so he might as well take the long way back to hi barracks.

Tomomi's eye twitched as he watched Artemis shunpo away. He breathed in deeply and let it out. He looked to Captain Yuki, "If I knew you could bring back the dead.. I would kill him.." He shook his head and sighed, "I only kid. That would be irresponsible of me as Captain-Commander, and his brat-like attitude only shows me as weak for doing what I did.. I am sorry fellow Captains for my actions, however possible it may have been that it was needed." He reaches into his coat and takes out a piece of chocolate. Unwrapping the paper and popping it into his mouth.

Yokozuki's eyes narrowed. Yokozuki however did not stay around, he did give a bow to the Captain-commander and everyone else, but he immediately left for his squad barracks. With a hurried rush to the door and opening push he was out and vanished. He stood just outside for a second before leaving, his face quite serious "Interesting, quite interesting" He began slowly walking back to his barracks, his steps quickened but unlike most he did not use any sort of technique, only walked.

Hibiki sighed as the meeting came to a halt. 'So it's begun. I wonder who's pulling the ropes this time.' he then slowly exited pondering on where to go. "Well, guess I'd better inform the others then." he pulled out his list, crossed-out a few names and proceeded to vanish from the scene. First stop, 11th Squad.
(Yeah, going to start the whole 11th Squad sub-arc thing... if you guys don't mind. sweatdrop )

Kokei listened to the words of everyone around her and nodded when the Captain spoke though she didnt say anything. With regards to Hibiki's question Kokei actually did not know who was left so she could only give a smug. Kokei then shot a very deadly glare at her vice Artimis he was going to get a beat down when her and him were back at the squad. Kokei turned to the Captain commander "I am sorry Sir I shall deal with him as soon as I can" Kokei was embarrassed now...Her vice could be such a pain.

 Daiki had remained silent throughout the meeting. Most of the other Captains probably had not noticed he was even there. He nodded in recognition of the Soutaichou's orders. He had half-expected to be sent off to battle but he didn't mind. " So shall I send a messenger off to have the Senkaimon ready?" He said this as Tsukiko had apparently finished administering some surveillance bacteria. The more time spent at the meeting would mean more people dead in the World of the Living.

With a frustrated sigh from being ignored, Tsukiko promptly plunged the needle into Hisagi's stomach, sticking it through his robes as if they made no difference, and administered the bacteria without waiting any longer. She chose the stomach simply because she was short and it was the easiest accessible spot for her. The bacteria sped out of the tube and entered his system and spread out the very second the needle broke all the way through. They would go to his brain, heart, and major organs to properly record everything to come. She did the same for Daiki some minutes later and once finished, she returned to Hei's spot in the arrangement. Tsukiko stashed the empty tubes in her Shihakusho and waited patiently for Tomomi to leave.
[That's what happens when you don't pay attention, Peebles-tama! scream ]
