Kokei just was speechless. She stared at him with a odd face but it was one that was completely blank. All of a sudden she was trying to hold in laughter "Hahaha Young?" Kokei asked in a playful tone "I am older then you Artimis" Kokei kept laughing then stopped.

"PFF, well yah thats kind of obvious, but i mean like for a captain... i guess." He smirked, his smart a** side coming out. Although in the back of his mind he knew that this may be a bad idea in the future events, but he figured oh well. "So..." he spoke in boredom, walking in a circle. "I think someone has the hots for you" he scrunched his face up in a smile and peered over his shoulder, looking at Captain Zeque. "He was starring at you earlier. HEHEHE.

Kokei stood there with a blank face and looked at Artimis. "I wouldnt say that if you dont know" Kokei said with all honesty. Kokei looked over at Zique with a weird glance then back at Artimis and sighed "You seem to be full of enerygy" Kokei smirked and made a cat face and laughed a bit more and looked at the ferris wheel "A ferris wheel? isnt that not supposed to be here" Kokei then laughed.

"Do you have a problem with ferris wheel's?" he said suddenly serious, but just playing. Eyeing her he waited for an answer. Artemis jumps ontop of a wall, and walks past the captain. "Well, im gonna wander, maybe go buy a ticket or two to go on a ride or play some games. Would you like to come with, or are you gonna head on over to mr. luvy-dovey over there?"
"Well! i gotta' go hehe." Hes said running off in amusment. He sped along the top of the wall, chuckeling.

Kokei sighed and watched the kid go "Man....he is gonna get himself killed one of these days...and I would not be surprised if it was Ziques doing." Kokei then laughed and looked over to Zique and had a seat on the bench Artimis was just on she couldnt stop laughing for some odd reason.

 "No no no! That will never do you incompetent fool! How could I? Keep your pathetic opinions to yourself unless I ask you!" Loud shouts came from a small corridor that lead to the central place of the main festival, it was none other then the infamous captain Yokozuki of squad five. This man was as secretive as a trap door spider, he rarely showed himself around Seireitei except maybe for meetings but even then only captains saw his presence. Some people even go so far as to wonder if there is a squad five captain, others believe he is to strange to approach, it would seem his title doesn't fall quite short as he yells to himself not caring who might hear or see him. Yokozuki was walking down a hidden corridor used by squad five members, not so much hidden but rather forgotten to most of Seireitei. Yokozuki had a calm posture but his frantic yelling about who knows what might say other wise. He had his hair neatly combed and his captains robes were neatly pressed, though, he didn't wear his normal captains robes today was special so he dressed accordingly. Nothing much had actually changed about his appearance but instead of the traditional White haori, he wore a pure red one, red as rich as blood with a design the consisted of hundreds of different black katanas all over, some in sheaths some not. His appearance only made him fit the title of odd ball.
"It's time you got your hea-" Yokozuki stopped suddenly when he saw that he had left the path he was on and had now entered more of the public eye, he stopped so people wouldn't hear him though they could the entire time he had been walking though he thought differently. Yokozuki was a man that never faltered in his on beliefs, he never got pushed into things others might think more an ideal way of life. Yokozuki was also however very deceptive and deviant, some might call him a mischievous person. Though being the way he was Yokozuki was just that, himself, never pretending nor acting out of his character, least to say he felt comfortable in his own skin.
As Yokozuki now walked nonchalantly through the crowd, a glance of surprise here and there from the lower ranked shinigami and those residence of rukongai that he hated so much, he paid them not attention for the most part. He found a quiet little resting spot, a metal bench rusted with age that sat under a small Sakura tree. He let himself sit on the bench, pulling his robes up before doing so. He let his mind wonder into bliss as he looked upon the blossomed tree, petals of pink fell around him as harsh gusts of wind blew past breaking them from their mother. Some flowers landed on his face other swished past him in a dance with the wind going to cover some bare piece of land. Yokozuki took great pleasure in nature, all things, which was why he loved this festival so much, the scene of thousands of blossoms rushing through the air made him feel a sense of peace and tranquility that he could not seem to find during his normal shinigami duties.
After moments of thinking to himself about the flower petals and also after a few odd glances given by wonders passing by, Yokozuki lifted himself from the bench almost in a daze, his eyes swimming about. After he regained his composure he guided himself through the thick crowd of people and from time to time he reached out his hand and literally threw some people almost as if he hadn't even realized what he was doing. Each step he made quickened as he so did detest being around so many people in one gathering, sure he loved the festival its self but he hated having to share it with so many infidels, as he classed them. After making his way finally out of the large crowd he came onto a little walk way that only was covered by a few scattered people, mostly none from the Seireitei. He walked quickly however, a few people was bad enough for him. After walking a few more paces he thought he was in the clear, however "WATCH IT YOU BUM!" A sudden cry rang out after him, apparently he had stepped on a drunk laying about the ground. The man did not know that Yokozuki was a captain because of the strange clothing. Yokozuki turned to the man, his eyes as piercing as daggers. "Can I help you?" He said calm but with anger boiling his blood like water in a pot on a stove. "YOU HEARD ME! I SAID WAT- *Hiccup* WATCH WHAT YOU'RE DOING! YOU HEARING ME BOY?! I'M GONNA HAVE TO TEACH YOU A LESSON!" The man suddenly made a dash at Yokozuki with dagger in hand he meant to slay him "Wretched scum how dare you think you're worthy of addressing me!" Yokozuki cried out as he in a blink of an eye now held the man around the throat, the dagger vanishing out sight and into an unknown dark place "I'll have you hung by the gallows....or.." Yokozuki let a vain smile spread wide on his face "Perhaps you might want to die by my hand?" The grip around the mans neck tightened to the point where it was going to be snapped like a twig "WHAT....THE....HELL....ARE....YOU!" The man struggled to say but his words sounded nothing more then faint muffles.
Yokozuki peered deep into the mans hazel eyes. The man was short and bald, rather large as well, it would seem hard for some to lift the hefty man clear off his feet but it wasn't a task for Yokozuki. "lets play a game" He said suddenly, his voice sounding now more like a hissing snake. "I'll let you go and you have to run, if you can vanish out of my sight within twenty seconds then your free to go, but if not then.." He let the bones crack in his free hand "Well...you get the picture" Suddenly the man went flying through the air straight ahead of Yokozuki. He fell hard onto the ground and broke into a roll before stopping. "Yo-You are crazy!" The man yelled struggling to his feet in a frenzy to run away, though he still didn't know it was a captain he wasn't going to try and face him when he knew he was out matched. The man began running and Yokozkuki began counting "1, 2, 3, 4..." he began skipping numbers and when he should have been at 10 he was at 18 "19...20!" Yokozuki looked ahead, the man was gone, he only smiled before turning around and continuing on his intended path.

Tsume saw the guy running off on the building, said later to the group he was with, and followed him. "He yelled ahead to him, HEY WAIT UP! Tsume was catching up to him he ran a little faster.

Artemis turned around, still flying backwards. The heel of his foot cayght on a shingle of the wall, and he fell backwards. Inches away from the ground, he shunpod, avoiding the fall. Artemis was a couple meters away from the person who had calle out to him. "Hello? umm, do you need something?" he said smirking, at the boy about his age.

Hibiki was about to daze off, the gentle stream of flowers put him an ease. "This feels kind of-- wait what." Hibiki's eyes opened up when he saw his former captain, Hisagi, walking in the air. It took him awhile to remember the shinigami's ability to airwalk, when Hisagi touched down he proceeded to go to him. But his attention was caught by a commotion happening near the center of the event. He shifted back and forth, before finally deciding to opt for a story to be published in the magazine, not knowing that he was already too late to interview the suspects, specifically Captain Yokozuki.

"BAH! Hisagi screamed as he suddenly woke up from a slight daze as he watched the festival from above, unseen by the normal eye.
"Whats with all the commotion!?" He said to himself referring to Yokozuki's rise in spirit energy. "Even at a festival the man goes ballistic! Ah... No boundaries as usual!... Hehe... Might have some fun while I'm at it... Hehe..."
Hisagi was bored as usual, and decided to pick on Yokozuki from above by shooting small harmless bursts of Hado #4 at the ground below him, making it seem like the ground was exploding! "HA! Hado #4 Byakurai!"
He aimed at the ground below Yokozuki, and shot, waiting to see his reaction.

Kokei looked at all the commotion around her and noticed what Captain Yokozuki did and she sighed and then got kinda angry and flashstepped up to her previous Captain Hisagi and smiled by following his pressure. Kokeilooked at Hisagi then yelled down towards Captain Yokozuki "Dont you think that was a little harsh Yokozuki!" and laughed when Captain Hisagi shot a kidou at him and Kokei just laughed and sighed. "My gosh its been to long Captain" Kokei smiled to Hisagi.

Kira just laughed "Yes I can see that" Kira smirked and looked down at Yokozuki "Man...I swear I dont even know the man and that first impression deffinately was not the greatest one" Kokei laughed some more and looked at her Captain "Nothing really" Kokei then sensed Hibiki's reiatsu and smiled.
