Well at least without getting lectured. 2 things. 1. You dont leave it simple, you go on with your statement of why they are the best. Plus it doesnt hurt the fact that him and I already went through what you are going through with me already. He got his baptism in fire much worse than you have got. Ask him if you dont believe me. 2. There is much more history... bad history not with only Philly, but many other teams and the league itself so there is much more in that statement other than just stating it.

Woo I got the 2nd best 40 yrd dash in my grade and the 3rd best vertical today when we were doing testing for football. And the best overall for my grade for the T-Test.

Itachi-Uchiha-Sama00 Woo I got the 2nd best 40 yrd dash in my grade and the 3rd best vertical today when we were doing testing for football. And the best overall for my grade for the T-Test. Congrats. Keep it up. Oh and make sure that you keep trying to improve instead of just staying happy with what you got.

I had like 5.35 seconds on the 40 a week before we did it(I'm a Freshman I'm not as fast as NFL people) but, I got it down to I think somewhere in between 4.8 seconds and 5.1 seconds.

I been working on it for a few days now. I had like 5.35 seconds on the 40 a week before we did it(I'm a Freshman I'm not as fast as NFL people) but, I got it down to I think somewhere in between 4.8 seconds and 5.1 seconds. Well just keep working at it. Something that helped to get our guys speed up is actually get a gait belt and put it on. Then tie a rop on it that is attatched to a tire with anywhere from 25lbs to 100lbs tied to the tire. That will make you tired and sore for a while, but it works your lower body so much it is rediculous.
