The Lycan scratched his furry ear again absently as he drew his foot over the new burn mark on the floor. "In this country I have very little that reminds me of my sister in this country. And if one thing came from having her mated to Dusk it's that half of that bed smells like her. Even though it also smells of your mate I can distinquish all of the scents individually. And so I want half of the matress."

Having followed her husbands scent, she hadn't been in the Club for far too long.. But with Leon grown up and the cries for help from the Elders in New York, she knew he had to come back. It was his duty. Leon was happy back where they'd come from.. A hit with the girls, just like his Father.

Listening to the conversation, she was steaming mad.. Everything herself and her mate had set up.. Had been ruined. What kind of imbecile had claimed to run this place in their absence?! Coffee bars, untidy registration systems, the nightclub in disrepair.. Now, a male decided he wanted her ******** bed?

Her anger evident, she took her time, leaning on the kitchen side.. This place stunk of another male. It made her sick. Especially someone who quite frankly, after reports.. Was not welcome in her presence, never mind her mates.

"Well I don't feel comfortable you wantin somethin that smells like my mate.." He glared slightly. Another woman or not, if it had his mate's scent on it, it would go to no other man as far as he was concerned. And the fact that he was currently staring at his mate didn't help matters to. "So, gonna hafta' decline."

Jaden clicked his sharp teeth together as he considered the other males position. True, being territorial about ones mate was something he knew far to well, though it did seem strange that he was being so possessive of a smell he could still catch from his own room. Perhaps it was a trait of the new wolves.

Still remaining crouched on the floor and covered for the most part he looked over the female for a moment, red eyes glancing over her as he extended his senses. It was always good to take in everything you could about a new person before a possible confrontation.

Her attention on the redhead now, she smiled and admired him.. Even after the years of marriage, she still found herself undressing him with her eyes. The other male had no chance -- to her, he wasn't even worthy of her gaze.

"You only need to look for a second with sight like ours, not examine." He stared. This wolf had obviously rubbed him up the wrong way by rather openly staring at his mate. Stood partially in-front of her now, he clenched his fist as his wolven side stirred ever more. His wolf was a proud one, much like himself. And he didn't appreciate people staring at what was his.

Jaden flicked his eyes among the pair. They were different to say the least. Perhaps it was time to go. The longer he remained here the more likely he was to snap and attack the male, whether he was defending his mate or not.
"Okay then." He said with a little bit of a smile as he rolled his foot over the complicated burn mark he had made. "Enjoy the sigil, it won't need renewing for another two hundred years." Turning around he hopped out the window, just the way he had come in.

"..Who was that sack of jibbering nonsense..?" She growled, her dislike obvious. "Why does he somehow think he's on par with us, why does he walk around like he owns the place..?"
